Kindly refer to letter dated[protected],[protected],
and[protected] in connection with subject issue brought to your kind
notice for a clear views of Reserve Bank of India with regard to para 2 (b)
observation of Chief General Manager / CSD / SBI / Mumbai’ s letter no. PB / PL
/ 177B / 118 dated 29.08.2013. In view of clear cut refusal by nodal
authority of SBI to consider a case of Old Aged extreme Disabled person in
absence of mandatory instruction from RBI you are requested to kindly see once
again CGM / SBI’s letter dated 29.08.2013 at attachment & do needful action
at your earliest. [Copy of all letters referred in this letter are placed at
attachments for perusal]

Department of communication / RBI dated[protected] do not indicate that the same is issued
with your approval as the request was made to you, name and designation of the
issuing authority. It is however not understood although several reminders
issued from time to time since[protected], request of an over aged
(ornamentally crowned as Sr.Citizen of the country), cerebral paralyzed
disabled as detailed at above is completely neglected by an authority like
Reserve Bank of India. Hope you will kindly do needful at the earliest.

    Rs.12742 was unlawfully deducted from my salary savings account of SBI, KALYANI Branch, Nadia, west Bengal on 21/12/2013. I gave written complaints to the chief manager of the branch first on 28/12/2013, bur he did not pay due attention to my cause. In this context I now want the debited money be returned to my salary account with due interest as early as possible.

          I have submitted my loan case in State Bank of India, Dhantoli Branch, Nagpur on dated 03/02/2014. I got massage my file is forwarded to CPC office on dated from SBILOS. Till now there is no confirmation from bank whether is rejected or accepted. When I asked processing officer in RACPC about my file, he said he still didn't see my file.He will see my at end of next week which is 1 month from date of my document submission. Then after that it will take again 10 days to process the loan. All things are like they just want to show how they are busy in other work. I don't know if they want to complete other work at least told client we cannot process loan elarly and take the document to take loan from other bank. Everyone in the bank is busy in misguiding customer that they will receive service as early as possible where as situation is they don't care about the customer urgency they just care about to show their busyness. Even The Relationship Manager, to whom i have given my file for loan has no idea when exactly my loan will disburse. It very pathetic . If someone showing so much trust on India's most trusted bank and their employee are just to show how they misguide the client. - Nilesh Raut

But the lady at the counter is refusing to take other banks statement and cover letter as address proof.She is going on giving some non sense reasons for the same.KYC clearly states that other bank certificates are accepted as address proof. I dont know what to do.how to convince this lady

                Sir, I have requested for a redemption dated 9 feb in my above mentioned folio.Its a liquid fund investment.But to my surprise I haven't received the proceeds till date .Its been 20 days I have requested and no action taken. I have spoken to your customer care, they informed me last week that we have issued a warrant at your residence but there is a delay by courier co Blue dart...still I have no response from them. Its a pain following up with your AMC.with no call back to update the latest status.I needed the funds urgently and that is the reason I requested for redemption.Unfortunately am very discappointed. Please look into this on urgency.I am a regular investor in mutual funds since 2008 and my first bitter experience with sbi. Regards Mitika Investor

                  My Loan account number is [protected]. Processing Fee of 6500 was deducted from my Saving Account number [protected] when I applied for Loan. At time of disbursement, the Processing fee was deducted again, this time from Loan account. And now they are charging 10.15% interest on that 6500. This is ridiculous. First they are charging fee twice and now thet are applying interest on that.

                  I'm also facing exactly the same situation, that the home loan processing fee Rs 6, 500 was deducted from my savings account at the time of processing and now they have deducted from the overdraft account. I've raised a online complaint with SBI. Did you get this issue sorted ?

                      My Problem is
                      I have been using the Mobile banking regularly. But suddenly from yesterday I can’t use it. The application is logging in and asks for the options, but no options like balance enquiry, mobile top up, fund transfer etc works it simply replies to synchronize the application stating the code=904. I tried synchronize also by going to settings > synchronize > get key and entering +225101 it but it does not work. Kindly clarify what to do please.

                        Dear sir,

                        My brother who is working in kalpakkam had an account with SBI. By Feb 4th 2014, he had checked the balance in kalpakkam SBI atm. After checking it, he had requested for cash withdrawal of amount 20000 from his account. The machine has displayed successful transaction but the amount didnt come out of the machine. He had waited there for sometime and left the place. Again by evening, he tried withdrawing same 20000 from sadras atm. He got the money at that time but he was shocked to see that his account was debited with 40000 cash. He contacted the SBI kalpakkam branch but they didn't give proper response. They already delayed so many days in meeting the bank manager. He has told there had been no balance with the atm machine on the day you have complained and then he told you only would have taken the money. We asked for the video proof... For that the manager has told, some engineer has to come to show that but still no one has turned towards this issue. The account holder is my brother. He is def and dumb since his birth. He is working in CWMF, kalpakkam. We humbly request you to take necessary action to get his money back.

                            I applied for Gold & more on jan23 of 2014 and i have provided all documents and proofs. When i tracked my application it shows your application is in process till 23feb. Today morning i got SMS from SBI that Thanks for your interest for applying card and your application is in process and pls give us 11 working days, but when i tracked my application it shows "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time." I don't know want is happening i got message that your application is in process but in online it shows it was rejected. My Address:-13-3-63, 2nd Floor, S4Kabeer NagarMotinagar - 500018Mobile : - [protected] I have been issued credit card SBI Gold And More with below credit card number [protected]on behalf of my Savings Account - [protected], Branch - Motinagar, Hyderabad, IFSC - SBIN0005094 But After receiving the above card Last week, surprisingly there are lot of new things are mentioned in the card which were never told to me in the SBI, Motinagar Branch Hyderabad When they have told me to apply There is Yearly fees also charged which I have to pay in my coming statement, which there is no information. And I dont want to have card and want to Surrender have called your customer care they have said that there is no online Cancellation, they have informed me to write a Letter about surrendering, then take a Signature on that letter from SBI Motinagar Branch from where it is applied and courier the credit card and letter to SBI, DLF Infinity Towers, Tower C, 10th–12th Floor, Block 2, Building 3, DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon I have written the Letter, but SBI Branch Motinagar are Refusing that they cant sign and there is no where concerned with them. They have informed me to go to SBI, Ashok Chambers HO in Hyderabad. They have told that they cant take it. What is this type of service for cancellation making move here an there for simple cancellation.Please immediately cancel this card, and I will not pay any amount, if Statement gets generates.                                       I have placed an online request for SBI Credit Card, and without even getting a verification call from SBI, my application got rejected. My application number is[protected] and as the status says "We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time." May i know what is that policy ? My salary is good enough to meet any bank's policy and so is my credit history. I don't understand what kind of policy they have. I have a well maintained credit history. Could you please tell me any valid reason why my application has got rejected. With this kind of incident in lined, I started believing in this quoted by one of the complainers "I think that is the one reason why national banks cannot competitive with private banks. Private banks are updated and advanced. May be the reason is private banks have young people in positions who will work properly."

                                        Such a bad experience banking with SBI specially at SBI Basirhat(code- 0030) and SBI Taki(code- 6867) branch. Issues: 1. SMS does not come after withdrawal/debit of amount. But service charges are being debited from account regularly. Complaints/applications has been submitted for several times, no result. 2. Net Banking does not work. Firstly they gave the net banking kit but did no activate it. I reported this. After a long time they activated the kit but there is no transaction rights given to the account. After contacting several times nothing has been done. 3. Spelling of account holder name is different from what is submitted in KYC application. Separate application to change name spelling has been submitted along with supported documents, but no change. Only thing I get is harassment, helplessness and total waste of time. Staffs are too arrogant and they do misbehave. They hardly give proper information and most of the time they would give wrong information. They don't mind telling lie. Even complaining issues online didn't help me. No one bothers to call me in response to the complaints. So, here is my post.
