SBI Credit Card — Non receipt of sbi credit card

I, Mr. Jay Desai, like to inform you that approx in year 2004 I had applied for SBI Credit Card but till date I had not received the same.Unfortunately from Couple of last few months I am receiving a call from executive by stating that there is a due of Rs. 36000/- on behalf of SBI Credit Card
Because of above incidence I am geeting mental as well as physical heracement.

executive had convey to me that they are looking from Mr. Anil Gandhi (Laxmi Electronics) on [protected].

Hence forth I had inform to them that [protected] is my cell no ie. Jay Desai, from last 12 Years. I kindly request them to check with same no @ Vodafone, a service provider. Apart from this I had provided my residential address also for verification.

I am sincerely requesting them to provide me Clearance Certificate, stating that I, Mr. Jay Narendra Desai, am not holding ANY SBI CREDIT CARD.

During conversation executive neither could able to confirm with me about credit card no nor the where card had been used because the different mobile no had been registered in the data like the name of person (Anil Gandhi) as per yesterday's talk with executive in mention in earlier communication.

Hence I like to draw your attention that neither the name or the mobile no which are registered with data that's not belong to me. So sincerely requesting them to give me a CLEANRANCE CERTIFICATE stating that I, Mr. Jay Narendra Desai, don't HOLD ANY SBI CREDIT CARD.

Thank you very much for your kind support. I get a call from executive of SBI CREDIT CARD from +[protected] to resolve my concern.

Their executive had verbally inform that even I hadn't received any SBI CREDIT CARD or which is issued on the name of Anil Gandhi (Laxmi Electronics) with Different Registered Mobile No in the data (as mention in my trailer mails) but showing Due of Rs. 34500/- on behalf of same. That could be resolved with Payment of Rs. 11500/- to avoid physical as well as mental harassment.

For the same executive is going to mail me an approval letter stating that I, Mr. Jay Narendra Desai, don't have any pending due nor I am not holding ANY SBI CREDIT CARD.

It's very heart fail to write that I had only apply for SBI CREDIT CARD in 2004 & till date neither I had received SBI CREDIT CARD nor any body could able to provide me details (like Credit Card No / Statement / Usage Detail / POD of Delivery Of Credit card). Apart from this name had been communicated ie Anil Gandhi (Laxmi Electronics) along with other mobile no registered in data.

On the above, due was showing of Rs. 34, 877.70/- on the same credit card which has Damaged My CIBIL instead of Anil Gandhi. Apart from it the time is given only of 1 day ie 29.03.2016, today, to pay amount of Rs. 11500/- for Write Off from CIBIL as well as other relevant firms, call by Executive from +[protected].

First I had issued a cheque (Pl find the attachment with this) as mention in letter (pl find the attachment). After half an same executive had informed me through +[protected] that compulsory I have to do online transaction which I had did (attachment of screen shot) by stop payment of cheque which is already in Dropbox of SBI (SBIN0005098) & might be getting back day after tomorrow.

I sincerely request you to give me CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE stating that I am not holding ANY SBI CREDIT CARD along with Refund in terms of CASH BACK for such mental / physical / financial harassment.

Still today I am getting a call from +[protected]:22am) about the same with Name of Mr. Anil Gandhi (Gandhi Electronics, who might be actual defaulter).

As mentioned in Trailer mail I had paid the amount as mention in letter (attachment) even though neither I had received Any SBI CREDIT CARD nor I had received statement of the same / delivery proof (POD) @ my residence . The different mobile no has been registered in data.

So sincerely I am requesting you to give me a CLEANRANCE CERTIFICATE stating that I am not holding ANY SBI CREDIT CARD along with Reimbursement of the amount because of Mental / Physical / Financial Harassment.

I am thanking you for taking lots of pain to resolve my concern as I am receiving call on daily basis either from +[protected] or +[protected] or +[protected].

During above call everyone is taking a common verification of mine (like my residential address / dob / mother's name etc) along with other name of Mr. Anil Gandhi (who could be a defaulter) as well instead of my mobile no some other mobile no is registered in the data @ SBI. I am sincerely requesting you to avoid such repeated verification.

Hence I had provided all the verifications in every call as well as I had paid the amount (to clear it from CIBIL) also even though till date I hadn't received any SBI CREDIT CARD. So I am suffering from Mental / Physical / Financial Harassment. I am requesting you to provide me Clearance Certificate stating that I am not holding ANY SBI CREDIT CARD & also to reimburse the amount which I had paid with out receiving SBI CREDIT CARD.

I get heracement through calls on the defaulter's name, Mr. Anil Gandhi along with other registered mobile no in data of SBI CREDIT CARD.

Mobile Number Change Related:

We would request you to contact our helpline and follow the below mentioned steps in order to change the mobile number on your SBI card account or you can also update the same online as per the below procedure. You would require OTP to update your mobile number which will be sent to your existing mobile number registered with us.

IVR:

Step 1 – Call helpline and choose option 03 in level 02 for Mobile Number Updation and press 1 to generate OTP
Step 2- Enter 16 digit card number, DOB( DD MM YYYY), Card expiry date( MM YY) to generate OTP.
Step 3- If information entered in Step 2 is correct, OTP will be sent to your old registered mobile number
Step 4- IVR would prompt” The One Time Password (OTP) to authenticate registered mobile no. change has been sent to your registered mobile no. ending with XXXX. Please enter the OTP sent to you”
Step 5- Enters OTP
Step 6- IVR validates OTP entered by you
Step 7- Post successful validation you need to enter 10 digit new mobile number & then re-enter.

Online:

Step 1- Login to your account through www.sbicard.com with your user id and password
Step 2- Click on My profile option
Step 3 – In My profile page click on Quick contact option
Step 4 – Click on Edit to change your mobile number

The mobile number is updated successfully. Confirmation SMS would be sent on both old and new mobile numbers.

In case you do not have your registered mobile number functional, we would request you to send us the signed covering letter along with self-attested Residence Address Proof & Govt. Photo Id Proof

Executive had convey that latest by 10 May 2016 I am going to receive NOC letter as per mail of 20 April 2016, I am not having any due @ SBI CREDIT CARD.

I Thankful to All for taking a lot of pain to resolve my concern.
