Dear sir, myself Deepali gupta .. when I was filling my registration form and did the payment it was cutted twice due to technical error.(6820/-) ...please help me for this query and refund my amount as soon as possible sir .

My name is Dheeraj one of the student of Sol University I would like to log a complaint regarding Sol University because you guys are doing totally fraud thing you guys just take much money for addmission then don't provide classes to us after that you guys take offline exams and we word hard give our 100% overall and try our best then you guys without understanding make us fail and not with some numbers direct gives zero 0 numbers is it anything to give us atleast give some number and after that you guys use to take 1000 fir re cheking the paper and then also it's not confirm Will get pass or not totally politics is going there that's by poor students use to do suicide we collect money by our hard work and you guys don't do value of anything of money or humanity i am just frustrate atleast give us some online classes about important things or make us pass atleast with passing marks but there is nothing I will definitely collect many more students and we will escalate this.

I did my 3rd year's admission payment on 5 Nov 2022. The payment was deducted from my bank at that time but the fee receipt is not generated yet. Please kindly generate my fee receipt as soon as possible. Because I want study material to study for the exams but without a fee receipt I can't able to get it from the university.
Please kindly take a look at my situation,

please check the below screenshotas i have paid fees on DU SOL website for 5th semester via using net banking but its got failed or amount has been deducted from my account and got the debit message as well now i am checking my fees status its still showing pending please advise what to do in this case 8 days is above money not refunded till now what should i do? form last date is coming plz do some....

I really want to know why sol staff don't picks calls? Why the numbera they provided on website don't work?
I have trying to call then so many times but no respond as because the campus is too far from my residence..
I want to know that does sol provides online or offline exam option for students who works in aborad and unable to come to delhi. As per my sources i found that sol gibes form to fill and choose option online exam. Is thus possible or not..plz respond fast i[censored] can it's very important

It's been 6 months and SOL have 't released the ABE Annual mode 2nd year result.

My self Sakshi from Delhi. On 23rd November, 2021 at 5:20 PM, I made payment to SOL for getting Fee Receipt of B.A. Programme 3rd Semester. At First Time, when i made payment to SOL from my Phonepay ( By Airtel Payment Bank ID ) Account, It shows that Payment Done Successfully, but it did'nt generate Fee Receipt, then it was asking again to make payment, I got shocked, a message came on my Contact number that Rs. 3575 has deducted from your Airtel Payment Bank Account. then I contact the sol administrators regarding my payment issue, They told me to repay the admission amount. And your first payment will be refunded. Then at 5:15 PM, again I made payment to get Fee Recept, finally it shows that Payment Done Successfull, and my Fee Receipt got generated, and again a message came on my Contact No., that Rs. 3575 has been deducted from your HDFC Bank Account. It means that you took Double payment Fees to me. Sir, Please Refund my money of first time payment worth Rs. 3575 into my Phonepay ( Airtel PAyment Bank) Account.

Please Sir, refund my money immediately...as soon as possible.

I have to paid semester 3rd fees at yesterday. Then I have received tomorrow a mail box, given a massage your payment received successful but I had check in my account balance. and I have not received refunded amount in my account so please help me. Because 5/12/2021 is last date to pay semester fees.

I have made successful payment and alos received payment related mail.
However, fee receipt and id has not been generated yet.

I have made the payment in the Delhi university SOL online portal through my bank amount deducted but admission not processed neither I received my amount back it's been 9 working day of bank my exam will be starting on 30th November I visited the campus but they said make the payment again please help

SOL just release its results for semester 4 in which i was marked absent for hindi A even though i submitted the assignment within time mentioned, i also have proof of submitting the assignment within the time mentioned but still they showed it as absent....

I am Shubham Tomar from Delhi. I am a SOL student of Delhi University. This year university conducted online examination due to pandemic COVID19. I attend all subjects' exams and submitted successfully as per university guidelines. I received confirmation of submitted successfully of all subjects' exam on mail. But in the result declared by university there is absent in History Exam. I have confirmation of exam submitted successfully. Please rectify my result and give me correct result.

I am b. com 2 year stutent... recently i gave my 4 sem assignment... by mistake i made a mistake in uploading assignments...i fill grievance form on 29 july but today there not showing any re-uplod option what to do
