Screen Guards India — More than 10 days, my IPhone 7 back cover NOT delivered. Made full payment

I placed iPhone 7 back cover order on Jab 28, 2023 and till date there no sign of tracking and case is not delivered till. I made full payment of the back cover via UPI of Rs.719. below are my order & other details

Some serious action should be taken on this company. Who is looting people they are taking money and not delivering the product. How to catch of this thief's they Just getting away by stealing people hard earned money
