[Resolved] Self — no response from customer care as well as service center for replacement under warranty | |||
I mr rakesh debnath have an issue with my 3rd servicing of my newly purchased activa 5g from aditya honda, margherita, assam, on 13/01/2019 model code me4jf50, engine no-jf50e-u-8055670, frame no-me4jf50bfju055720 and registration no as23v8036 as when i received text message for my third servicing i went to aditya honda (M/s. Amit automobiles) this both are of same owner at margherita they said to come after 7000 km is over so after 7000 km is crossed, i went today around 11 pm they said that your 3rd servicing is lapsed due to late so i requested them but they refused also i told them that i had already visited earlier as you people said me to come after 7000 km is over. After all i asked them what about if i pay for servicing they said we will do it if you pay for or else you have to go for 4th servicing. Now after complaint raised by me they asked me to submit my activa at tinsukia dealer vishal automobiles so i did it on 20/10/2019 and also asked them to change my back wheel as it is torn they said they will send it to tvs dealer as it is under warranty wheel need to be changed but till now i didn’t get any response. Hence i would like to know from honda that what kind of policy is that. Your communication w. R. T ticket no.1-[protected] has been registered. We are looking into the matter and shall revert accordingly. Honda customer care but no response. This is really a big harresment for me that i choose to buy a honda product and never expected honda such a named company serving like this to customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello I have ordered some live orchid plants from Kerala Kochi from a seller with worth Rs 3050/- and by my request they sent it your courier at dated 23/10/19 but still now the items in transit why so delay if the plants are got rotten your company will be responsible what a 3rd class courier I ever saw
