I have ordered fliwers n a mug which had to be deleivered on 14 feb which is not yet deleivered. I gave done a sucessful payment for this ider. I sent them so many emails and tried to call them but nobody is picking up the call. There chat service is the worst service. This co deleivered my proposal day gift which was supposed to deliver on 8 feb, that was deleivered on 12 feb.
Ill take them on court.

      I booked bouquet for delivery on 14 Feb but till now this order has not been delivered after making successful payment through credit card. Even no body is picking up call in customer care and responding on line chat and mail. So many times i mailed but never i got response. I think this bloody fake site and these are only here for cheating the customer. Even not refunding the amount also.

      I will notify them through court notice also.

      i also asked one agency to send a bouquet. my girlfriend told me that he has not delivered. i did some discreet enquiries and found that she is now having an affair with the delivery boy.

        Booked a product on 14 Feb 2016 & was supposed to be delivered on same day. It's not delivered yet. There number is always busy & no reply through chat. It's worst & fake site. Don't book your order through this website. They have not listed their office address on website. Sometime gets reply from website & promise to deliver by 9 but they don't deliver the product..

          I ordered a gift on feb 15 which was supposed to be delivered on Feb 16. However, fake promises! The customer care people keep on saying to just wait for a day more. I even got a message saying that my product has been shipped and will be delivered shortly. They say it was an error and the product is still in processing. Such a bad experience. For how many days I have to keep on waiting like this.

            I ordered cake, flowers choclate of rs.1235.90 from send my gift on feb18, 2016.For delivery on dt.18feb, 2016.But they not delivered yet.
            Also their support team is not picking the call, not responding to email, and on live chat they tell it will deliver as soon as possible.

            i have sent the email to refundon the above email id ...but no response i got...i called u guys also...but still u shameless guys are not refunding

              I am writing this complaint to inform that the order no[protected] has not been delivered and more than 20times i called up ur support team to cancel and refund my amount . but I did not get any response from them. I tried to contact chat support but they left the chat instead of helping. Take it as a warning or whatever just I want my money to be refunded else I am going to post the recordings o[censored]r support care ppl and how they spoke to me and disconnect the calls and also the screenshots of the chats in the social media and public forum. I want an immediate response to my refund amount else I am going to do the same wat has been mentioned.

                On 13th Feb I placed an order ref #[protected] for product to be delivered at Gurgaon on 14th February 2016
                Till date there is no clue as each day a false commitment is being given

                I have called around 30 times with no resolution

                I am surprised customer service support is not sure about the status of delivery of their own product

                  This people are trying to fool around in this forum by creating a notion that they are resolving the complaints.Wheres as they have not resolved any of the cases.The number of resolved cases shown here are just fake to convince this forum and also the other consumers who are viewing this complaints.This cheaters should be punished.

                            I have ordered a gift from send my gift. Customer care assured to send the gift to receiver by 9pm but later told me they can't deliver by then since it was non perishable item. Later I cancelled the order as all executives were telling wrong information about the order and placed the complaint as well.

                            Now I am calling customer care since then there is no one available there and no one is replying on mail as well.

                            Seriously a first and a worst experience.

                            Still waiting for my refund.

                              It was a surprise gift i arranged for my wife... But totally they made my day so worse hell lot of thanks bunch of.. Not only mine they spoiled most of couples dream with a single website...

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                Kindly note that i have ordered for a gift for my husband on 9th feb from Sendmygift online portal.Order Id is[protected].As per the discussion held with there live support team(Ms.Sapna) informed me that they will surely deliver my order on 14th feb and i have ordered.Till now i have not received my order.Whenever i ask for my order they are silent and they have not given the courier details also.They are not giving any reply for phone calls and emails.As per there normal procedures they should deliver the product with in 4 days time.

                                Request you to help me getting my refund as there is no use of the gift now(late).

                                  Please understand that when you deliver a Cake you, a message need to be written on it, without which the cake seems to be useless.
                                  Even after reminding your call center person about the message, my dad got the cake without any message on it.
                                  If you can't put it then why do you ask for it in the first place. I would have ignored it, but it happened with me second time. My order no was #[protected].

                                    Order #[protected] is not yet delivered to my recipient and there is wrong status shown on website. Everyday I am escalating this to customer center and get the response from customer center that there is some problem happened in logistics departments and it will be delivered tomorrow. The gift was promised to be delivered on 14 Feb 2016 but it is not yet delivered.
                                    I wanted to know the exact reason and actual expected delivery date ? I am very disappointed with the service delivery of SMG and their fake promises.

                                    I want either my Order to be delivered to my recipient or my money back.

                                      Finally I met a agent at sendmygift in a chat pratap shau. I was rude to him at a point when I heard my order was not delivered but he stickers with me till I end my query. Management should hire ppl like him at customer support. He is the best example to his team mates at his office
                                      My order is not yet delivered sendmygift that is what I WANT GENIUS
                                      I see finally someone is responsible in taking the job! Shahid from support team who stood different against his teammates and reached me on my phone and updated the that he is going to warehouse by himself and getting the order done by today on priority else by the noon tomorrow as person won't be available at the delivery point during the morning.!

                                      I rated shahid bad as initially he didn't reply to me like his teammates other than pratap sahu. I'm prity much pleased with the correction though it is toooooo late.
                                      Management has to take his take to hall of fame!!!
