My Parents anniversary was on 21st Feb 2016 so I placed the Order of Cake & Chocolates on 21/2/1026 & my Order no.[protected] after confirming thrice before placing the orders with online support executive "Laxmi Reddy or Lakshmi Reddy" . Amount has been dedcuted 599/-. Till now order is not yet been delivered. When i call to customer care initially call was disconnected in the middle of conversation by some "xxx" executive. Again i Call to customer care this time call it was "Rahul Kumar" after communicating with himthe call has been exclated to "Hari Prasad" he is floor Supervisor. who not able to speak properly. Hr promised me that the oder will be get deliverd by max 10: PM on 21th Feb. It not been delivered so again i Call to customer care this time it was "Prabhu" who lift my call. I was communicating him to transfer the call to any of" your manager or Lead" He said I am the supervisor and after forcing he said Sorry sir on Floor no Supervisor no Leads or Manager available. And he disconnected the call in the middle.What kind of custmer care is this where no Managr or leads or Supervisor " is available and executive himself says that he is supervisor after lifting my call. Now my Parents anniversary is over and order is not delivered so i want my Money Back and this site should be close they don't have the right to plays with the people emotions.

    The payment was made on 14th Feb. However the order is still not delivered. The customer care make fake promises of delivering it every time I call. This has happened for 5 continuous days now.

      [protected] i ordered on 14th feb but still product was not delivered. Website's feedback and enquiry doesn't get back to us at all. They are simply not interested in resolving the issue.

        I ordered bouquet on 14th february 2016 from send my gift.
        Before ordering I confirmed with the gaent they said yes the product will be deliverd today itself.
        However my both the products weren't deliverd.
        I conmtacted them next day, they do not respond to the queries of the customer.
        I asked them to provide me the refund for my order they say they will provide the refund I'm waiting since a week but i've never received any mail in regards to it.
        I never received the order confirmation mail, nor for the cancellation of the product mail.
        I made the payment via PAYTM.

        I recieved payment confirmation mail via Paytm.
        I asked them for the refund for more then 10 times on call but i've never recieved aNY RESPONSE.

        You never responded.I never thought of such kind of things in my life.

        These are your bonus points. You are just making cux fool.
        I just need my refund.

          Hi,

          I order a product from sendmygift.com on 16th feb which was to be delivered on that particular day, but still now it is not delivered.When i am trying to reach customercare they are not responding.Hence requested to take action against that company and refund the amount .The cost of the product was RS 424.15. PFA for further reference.

Poor and pathetic service. They just have one target to cheat and extract money. Can they dare enter cash on delivery segment, surely they will go bankrupt within a week..

                  I was surfing the internet and found this site on 14th feb 2016 while looking for same day delivery...The chat agent convinced me that same delivery can be made for order #[protected]. They neither delivered that order till now nor refunded the amount. This is a cheat and fraud organization. I call their 24/7 number, it never connects...The 24/7 chat agent leaves the chat as soon as I ask for refund for my order. They need to be given to Police.

But it has been 8 days and their customer care number is always busy and they dont reply for our mails. Everyday i am wasting my time and chatting with customer support people.From past 5 6 days, Every day they are promising me that they will deliver the goods the same day. But till now it is not yet delivered. So i need compensation for my waste of time, money and hurting my emotions.

                              I had ordered a personalized cup which held a sentimental value as it for my grandfather's birthday and still holds. First of all, it was delivered late and it had the wrong image on it, despite me having sent them the correct image before. Nonetheless we had paid the desired amount for the cup and when we found out that it was the wrong image I sent various mails to customer care. Later when they sent the correct one.. the courier services are asking us to pay again which isnt fair as we had already paid. Now I've been writing emails to customer care to contact me as I have to sort this issue out but I have received no reply from their side. I called them and it was always busy. I am extremely disappointed as the customer care hasnt responded to my concerns at all and I still want them to contact me so that we can sort the payment issue out.Below I've attached my SENT folder .

                                I placed an order[protected] for Rs. 799 on 11-Jan-16 to be delivered on 14-Jan-16. The order was not delivered till 15-Jan-16. When I spoke to their customer support, they said that they would not be able to deliver and promised me to refund the money. My money was not refunded for 10 days. Then, I called their customer support 3 times to follow-up for the refund. Once, my call was put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call got disconnected. I chatted with their customer support 5 times. After that, I sent a mail and there was no reply. When I called them again, a gentleman spoke to me and sent me a mail on 30-Jan-16 promising refund. Till now, I have not got the refund.

                                I am very sad to see that many customers are facing the same scenario.

                                  I ordered[protected] cake, of rs.949 from send my gift on feb12, 2016.For delivery on dt.13feb, 201 mid night.Due to some reason i canalled my order on same day and they confirmed as well.
                                  but yet there is no any confirmation of refund from SendMyGift.com side.
                                  Pathetic service upport team is not picking the call, not responding to email.
                                  they are cheating the customer please take strict action against them and Compensate our loss.

                                    Hi, I booked the Cake order though sendmygift. I faced the worst experience with this company. My order i # is:[protected]. Later once i know that order is not delivered, i cancelled the order. I asked customer care to refund my money and sent a mail. There is no reply for either call/mail. Still facing the issue.

                                      Dear sir/madam
                                      On[protected] i had ordered a gift item(order no[protected] worth 299/- through send my gift on line shopping company. The company not even delivered the item or refund the amount to me. Regarding this i contacted the customer service[protected] of send my gift more than ten times, , but they are not responding properly. Now days they are not even picking the phone, not responding to mail also . Kindly do needful in refunding the amount for which i will be grateful to you.
