I have come across this page on Facebook and joined them since they had 90000 Likes. I thought they are credible gift sites. Yesterday on 16 Feb i placed an order for birthday and flowers and paid through paytm. however they have still not delivered the products. also their customer care is always busy and the live chat guys misguide you.
Since the payment was through paytm i thought it will be a credible site again but now paytm guys are also not ready to help or look into the matter.
Need help in getting my money back.

    I placed an order on 5th feb 2016 with order no[protected] and payment was done. The agents again and again assured me that the product will reach on time. Till now order not delivered and they are also not responding.I already wrote them to refund my money, but no response.

        I have ordered a product from sendmygift.com on 13th Feb 2016 which was supposed to be delivered by 14th morning. But it has not been delivered by even today ie 17th Feb 2016. The required amount has also been deducted. Live chat and customer care is useless they never respond to you. I want my amount to get refunded and a case should get register against them

          I have placed a order worth RS1198 on 13th of February. Fellow Customer Care agents mentioned that the order will be delivered on 14th. but till now my recipient has not received the order. None of the Customer care agents responsive.I am very much disappointed with this behavior. I have been cheated.

            I have ordered gift from sendmygift.com on 4 th Feb, order id[protected], which was supposed to be delivered by 8th Feb. But this fraud people haven't delivered the product till yet.And everytime I call they either give false promises or put the call on hold, bcoz they are doing business with telecom also by putting so high call rates.i just want to know when my product will be delivered. If the product is not delivered within 48 hours, I will go to the consumer court and make sure that sendmygift.com business gets shut down or have zero reputation I'm market.So take it as a warning

                I had made an order of rs 556 on 12 Feb I got message that your payment has been done successfuly by paytm but after this I am not able to contact them and even there is not even single response from sendmygift. I haven't made delivery of my order...really fraud people..took money from us and then no response.they had mentioned incorrect numbers. So that we cannot call them.

                  I made 2 orders on this fraud website[protected] and[protected], These two were not delivered and when i tried to contact them, there is no response from them.Neither on call nor msg or mail.They just play with your emotions & money .Their tag line- "Send My Gift - Delivering Emotions" is all FAKE.

                  They should atleast realise the importance of these cakes & valuables gifts that anyone want to surprise with .I am very much dispappointed and want this fraud Website to shutdown .

                      Please note i had orderd with order ID:[protected], it was to deliver on 14th feb it is 16 feb now nothing delivered. now i am able to see so many complaints on the website. I paid through debit card i have done live chat with most of their people no response yet. Indian forum please stop this site from fooling many more people. I just hope and pray that no one else books through this site. I have even posted on Facebook about them. on their site there is an option for live chat everyday they keep saying the stuff will be delivered today and no other response.

                          I ordered on 14th Feb for delivery of cake on 16th feb 2016 i.e., today however the cake has not been delivered yet...The number provided on site is not connecting...highly disappointing...either deliver the cake by tomorrow or refund my amount...payment made via paytm...how will we able to make payments from such applications...paytm is loosing the authenticity...would never suggest anyone to order from this site.

Since I have got no update on the status of the order I have been trying to reach the customer care of "Send My Gift" but they are not responding by any medium.
