I have placed 3 orders on 11 feb 2016 and not delivered yet. Tried to call customer care but no response and even live support executives are responding from last 2 days. While placing order they promised to deliver on or before 14 feb 2016.

I order a combo pack (cake, flowers, chocolate) of 699 rupees, which was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb. which is not yet delivered . I asked the online people to cancel my order I got no response. later they gave me a number to track details[protected] which is a wrong number.

Such a worst website and Service. Fraud people. We should give Complaint in Police Station/consumer...

Pathetic services..i had ordereheticd birthday cake for my brother but the send my gifts team they just spoiled my plan and his birthday too. i just want to mention and advice to these send my gift people that please dont play with the emotions of different people.....

Cheaters have not delivered what was ordered...it was absolutely different n dissapponting...the company should shut down for cheating on others money....

I had ordered a gift on 12th Feb, my first order gets undelivered and my money gets debited from my account successfully. I cancel the order next day by sending mail to :[protected]@sendmygift.com -- "No response".
I tried to contact these people on their customer support and they are always busy- "No response" !!! I guess they are not delivering any order on...

My name is Percy I had placed 3 orders[protected],[protected],[protected] on 13th and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb but it has not been delivered yet and today is 18th Feb, I understand that u people had lot of clients but 5days is more than enough and currently am not in India and u have just spoiled all the surprises which I had for my loved ones I don’t expect anything from u but please just deliver my...

[protected],[protected] &[protected] has to be delivered on 16 and 14 Feb. None of the orders reached yet. Prabhu, Naveen from CC assured me they will reach. Keep calling them everyday, same response I get. On 17 I asked Gopinath to cancel, no update yet. Today Shubankar taken a request to cancel.
Please act o/w I have to take a legal action now....

It was a surprise gift i arranged for my fiance... But totally they made my day so worse hell lot of thanks bunch of.. Not only mine they spoiled most of couples dream with a single website... I surely say they all wont live long... We curse u...

Wenever i call.. The number is busy, if call connected they put in hold for 30 mins..
And return back and said i will get tomo..

And even now wen i called...

My orderid is[protected] not delivered till today...Amount was collected through CBD...I have phone numbers who are all received my amount and also sales exective numbers too including delivery boys...These numbers will be given to police as they are not reponding till date...All o[censored] who r fooled by this company service... please mail ur complains on... so that its a collective complain and police takes action on their Bangalore officebr...

Sendmygift orderid[protected] did not get delivered


I placed an order on 12th of feb 2016 with order ID[protected] for which the selected delivery date was 14th Feb.
When called the customer care on 14th they told that it would surely be delivered before 9pm but the order did not get delivered.
This company shattered my plan of surprising my hubby and has even ruined our whole day.

Now I want...

They mention the delivery in 4to5 working days but nobody responded well and no responded. Playing tricks and saying your order is transit from last 8 days.

We order the on 30.1.2016. Kindly take some action and please let us know where we can file the complaint....

I ordered flowers online at sendmygift.com on 12-Feb for delivery at 14-Feb. Paid 1847/- online.
Till date no delivery. Sent emails, spoke with them at online chat but nothing happening.

I don't how they can do it. Not even communicating with customer.
This is a fraud company.

Please help to get my money back....

My order id is[protected]. I ordered a flower boutique on Monday and suppose to deliver it on Tuesday.
Today is Thursday, and i contacted the service desk and they told it will be delivered on Friday. What is the use of delivering it on Friday if it was suppose to deliver it on Tuesday.

Guys and girls, never opt for this site. You will never be able to give surprises to your gf/bf. It was an utter flop show. Thanks a lot...

Placed an order for a perfume, cake and card on 2nd Feb 2016. Received the cake and card next day 9pm (would have preferred by 5pm !). But perfume still to be received nearly 15 days later ... Very bad Customer service, calls not going through, and product misplaced first time. Promised delivery in 4 days but no feedback or product received....

I ordered cake and floer from send my gift. I paid them the amount through my card. The cake and flower was not delivered, I tried calling them 100 times and have sent them mails and msgs on their chat. There is no response from them. I am trying to reach them for refund but again there is no response. Please help me in geeting refund from this fraud company....

My friend ordered chocolate and bouquet on[protected] delievered on 9th feb2016.
Today is[protected], we are still waiting for our order.Since, last 4 days, i am rigouously following up with their customer support on chatting(because they dont pick the phone ever). Atleast 10 different people in a day chat with me...And make false promies to deliever it the same day...But still...We are waiting for our order...

I ordered a gift on[protected] and paid Rs.472.The date of delivery asked was on 12 th feb but I dint recieve as promised and finally got it on 16th Feb.The gift that I ordered was delivered with no message on it and it was not as described.I ordered a couple cushion set and all I got was a cushion cover that too was not as described on the site.Sent several emails, calls and chats and the response is they will call me ..But...

I order gift for my friend on her birthday, I paid extra amount so that she will get the delivery at midnight but they have not delivered the gift to her.

I have done the payment on 15-Feb-2016 and the delivery date is 17-Feb-2016 Midnight but forget about the midnight they have not done the delivery itself.

Seriously they are frauds and doing fraudulent business by fooling people like us....

Can you please cancel this order and send me confirmation mail for the same with the refund status I this order[protected].
