My product was not delivered and even after frequent mail no response was from the company . After made the payment i got a confirmation email and self was cross check with the customer support online, with reference to the customer support the order was successful and delivery will be on same day

    Hi, I have placed on order on Sendmy gift.com on Feb 12, 2016. The order was a Cake, couquet of flower, Teddy and box of Ferro Rocher chocolate. The order id is[protected]. The payment of around Rs.1000 was done via paytm. The delivery date selected was Feb 13, 2016. However, even till date (i.e. Feb 18, 2016) the item has not been delivered.
    Tried reaching the customer care no as listed in the website i.e.[protected] on numerous occasion and everytime I get an automated reply that “all the customer care representatives are busy as we are experiencing a high call col, please send us a mail on our mail is [protected]@sendmygift.com”.

    Send mail twice (i.e. Feb 13, 2016 and Feb 15, 2016) on the mail is listed in the website (same as above) but no response.
    While logging in the website http://www.sendmygift.com/, there is a chat option wherein somebody pings “Can I help you”. I tell them my problem along with my order ID but then they stop responding. This has been happening every day since Feb 12, 2016 onwards.

    I am tired of following up with this fraudster company. I need my money back and want this company to be blacklisted and closed.

    Can I expect some solution from this forum atleast

      I ordered 2 gifts on website for valentines day but it wasn't delivered. The amt got deducted but the order status was pending. I emailed customer care but they never responded. On FB, they responded and said that it would be delivered but it did not. Later after 3 days of continuous emails and messages on FB, they replied on FB. I had to wait for 30 mins for one reply. They never told me what the problem was at their end. They refunded the amount to me and said that gift will still be delivered but they haven't delivered it yet. I Emailed again but waste. On FB they reply only one or 2 msgs. Even now I don't know what is their problem. The customer rep cant even communicate properly on FB. They are not delivering emotions. They are playing with ur money and emotions. Order no.[protected]

        I had submitted complaint on Send my gift. The complaint has been marked as resolved. But so far I have not received neither any response nor product delivery. (ordered (Order #[protected] cake and bouquet combo on Feb 13th and which was suppose to be delivered on Feb 14. But today is Feb 16th. so far no updates from the service provider and there is no response for calls from them. It looks like they are frauds and doing fraudulent business by fooling people like us.)

            I have placed an order on 14th Feb, 2016 which was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb, 2016. Till today the order has not been delivered. Every time I try to reach out to the customer care, I am either disappointed with my line not getting connected to the person or I am being given a false promise of delivery ASAP everyday.

            I am unable to understand why are you making fake promises if you do not have the required infrastructure. I have also mailed twice to the customer care regarding my problem and to my biggest surprise, there is not even a courtesy mail reply that we are sorry for the trouble.

            They are playing with People emotions.

              I ordered for cake and roses combo on 12th of Feb to be delivered on the same day. But still now I have not received it. Whenever customer care number is dialled it automatically says there are huge call volumes. Very irritated. Even after paying money on hand before still am going behind them everyday for delivery. Fraud and senseless Company.

                    I placed an order on 12th of feb 2016 with order ID[protected] for which the selected delivery date was 14th Feb.
                    When called the customer care on 14th they told that it would surely be delivered before 9pm but the order did not get delivered.
                    This company shattered my plan of surprising my hubby and has even ruined our whole day.

                    Now what I want is my money back.I have been making so many calls to them but
                    Nobody answers the call or responds to the chat.
                    I even sent an email to them but no one has responded to it.

                    This is a very bad company I regret why I placed an order with them.

                    How many times will I get the same answer from you people.
                    I have already sent a mail to the given id last week on 20th Febuary.
                    It's been 2 weeks now since I have been mailing calling and chatting with you people regarding the refund but nothing happened till now.

                    I WANT MY REFUND. If I will not get my refund till tomorrow I will go to media and police with all the people who are cheated by you.
                    Everyday you people are telling me that it will be refunded today but it seems that you people have no intention to return my money.

                    You better refund my amount till tomorrow or else I will go to police and media on 27th February 2016.

                      I am disappointed by sendmygift.com, online site.I ordered -order id[protected], from this site on 11th feb, which should have delivered on 14th feb.But they have not delivered my order as yet, though i have already paid amount at the time of order submission.
                      I called on their toll free number, but they never connect my call to their customer support.

                      Their customer support is worst.Neither they pica calls, nor they respond on email.Also on chat too they never respond when yoy provide order id for the status.

                      COMPLETELY FRAUD SITE!!!
                      DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
                      SPOILED SO MANY SPECIAL DAYS OF SO MANY PEOPLE..
                      NEED TO BE BANNED.

                        My order[protected] for the valentine day is still not delivered, the customer support is very bad, they dont respond to query and to the worst the call representative after taking the call simply saying he is not hearing the voice and cutting the call.

                        Such a bad company, there is no trust in this company. Even they have revoked my login, i am not able to login and see the account status.

                          I have given order order no:[protected] on 10th Feb 2016. It should be delivered by 11th Feb 2016. But it was not delivered on time. Neither i got any update regarding that.                                 I have ordered caje and flowers on 12th of feb it suppose to reach on 14th feb 2016, but till today 17th of feb 2016 delivery has not been done by sendmygift.com. I have called customer care no 15-16 times but all effort went in vain. They only make false commitment dat delivery will be done by today which never happen.                                     Order has been placed on 13th Feb and it supposed to be delivered on or before today. Full payment is already made. Your customer care number is totally hopless. Also you are not responding to emails. By looking at no. of complaints and your resolving speed I think my product will be delivered on next Valentine's day. So, I can't wait till then, so please refund my money.
