I ordered 3 gifts (cushion, greeting card, mug) 2 weeks ago order number[protected].But no response have been received.I tried calling them but it always go busy, mailed them but no response.Very bad customer service.The amount is already debited from my account.I want my money refund.it is a fake site

OMG! I never knew that this firm is facing so much of complaints already. I wanted to try a new online delivery store and whoops ! my first order gets undelivered and my money gets debited from my account successfully. Nice business model. I tried to contact these people on their customer support and they are always busy answering to Nobody I guess. I wrote them an email but no answer to it as well. So disappointed coz it was my parent's anniversary and everything went wrong.

I have a order a flower n cake order from www.google.com for delivey date-14/02/2016. They havent delivered it...now this occasion has been so i dont want to deliver that product because no one is available at the receiver end. I told them please refund my money as soon as possible .. they are not repling about my money

I PLACE 3 ODER on 13 feb[protected],[protected],[protected] . they promise they deliver oder on 13, they dont deliver even when i raise complains for oder they dont have any complain request no. they fake site dont use this site they suck kind of fake site fake pepole work .

I ordered this Order #[protected] on 13th Feb 2016 afternoon on getting confirmation from their customer care people who respond only on chat in the website sendmygift.com that my order would be delivered on 14th Feb 2016 before 9pm.

I followed up with then called 10000 times their customer care number[protected] /[protected] but it always said cant be picked due to congestion not sure there is congestion 24*7 for any company. They used to respond only on chat but they give same copy paste answer that it will be delivered soon .. But till today at 3pm 16th Feb 2016, it has not been delivered.

Hence I have requested for refund which hasn't been done yet. Can someone take any action on these guys.

it's 16th Feb today and it has not yet been delivered. Called them up twice and chatted with them once, got the same copied responses that they will deliver the product today, but it has not yet happened. Have asked them to refund the money, hoping that will happen on time.
Very poor service, bad quality of customer care representatives.
Will not ever shop with them.

I ordered these gifts on 10th Feb to be delivered on 14th feb these people have not delivered and mainly didn't answer my calls or respond to our emails sent.

If they could not be able to do this delivery why do they accept the request. Im realy frustrated with their service..

Please dont advertise if you cannot fulfil your orders. We people are depending on you and you just takes us for granted.

I ordered for a bouquet to be delivered on 14th of Feb (standard delivery). the order was confirmed with order id :[protected] and payment was done online. It was not delivered on the day. next day(15th feb) morning i noticed 6 missed calls from sendmygift.com at 4am(morning). on calling back they said, they had come to deliver and since the calls were not responded the delivery went back. i called the customer care, after much hassle and they promised that it was a mistake from there side and they will deliver on 15th. the customer care person told me all false statements that it will be delivered before afternoon on 15th. TIll now i didnot receive the order. Now only option that i have is to take my money back from them

most of the time the customer care number is not responded and even it is, then they tell all sorts of lies. i think this is some fraud which is going on online. Legal action must be taken against them for cheating the customer this way. After seeing the number of complaints against them in the forum i am convinced that there is something fishy going on . Please take this as a serious issue wanting legal action.

sent many emails on their [protected]@sendmygift.com id but no response neither they sent any confirmation email till today.

Sendmygift is a fraud company they delivered partial order I booked combo gift in that bookey, printed mug, celebration choclate, teddy was there but in delivered gift printed mug is missing and one more gift i ordered that gift is still pending totally disappointed by their worst service

I have booked a gift via order number[protected]. The gift was supposed to be delivered on 14th feb valentines day. i have been calling the call centre number give but it does not get connected at all. Its almost 3 days now and neither the gift has arrived nor the money has been refunded. I have even written to Paytm guys but they also just sent me a ticket number thats all.

I have ordered the gift after confirming with the executive that the gift will be delivered the same day but I did not get anything till date and if I call their contact no. no one picks and email never gets delivered. I had Met Mr. Sachin Naik who happens to be the main person at their warehouse on gruha kalyan building in HSR but he threatened me to go to anyone I deem fit and also said all the police in his area are his dogs who lick his and they cannot do anything to him -

Such is the audacity of this person and am wondering why no one is able to take any action such a man...

I am totally disappointed with this kind of attitude from such a person and such a company that has cheated a lot of people around.

I had ordered a gift for the valentines day, which has not been delivered on 14th feb ( as promised ) but still the gift hasnt reached . It is 16th feb today.

The contact number they have given on the site doesnt ever forward the call to the customer care representative . The chats are so irresponsive, that they only have few sentences to write ( it will be delivered, dont worry and all that ) .

listing all the problems below:

1. there is no mail received on my registered email id about the status of the order, what is actually happening to the gift ordered.
2. no response from the customer care contact number given .
3. The people in the chat section should be able to satusfy the customer.
4. There is no update in the website too about the status of the order.
5.. only msg i have received is that the money has been deducted from my account for the payment i made.

I am still waiting for a response, which i hope i get now.
