tag line – Send My Gift – Delivering Emotions - INCORRECT instead it has to be “DELIVERING FRUSTRATING EMOTIONS” I do not care if the order will be delivered in future or not as the scheduled time has lapsed, hence please refund the money that was credited to your account on 15/Feb/2016 ASAP - I cannot be politer than this… Truly very UPSETTING EXPERIENCE and RIDICULOUS SERVICE!...

    I ordered A bunch of flowers and a cake on 13th February for Valentine's Day from sendmygift.com and I have already paid for this.

    They promised me that anyhow they will deliver my order by 9pm but after calling many times they said that due to some technical issues product has not been delivered.

    I have called them again on 15th february and they again promised me that they will deliver my order as soon as possible. But today is 16th february and they have not yet deliverd my order.

    I am totally disappointed and I have lost my trust in this site. There are many complaints for this site.

    I want a quick action for this site.

      I have placed four orders on Dec-31st 2015 and as it was not delivered on promised time, I have cancelled all the orders on 1st jan 2016. Its been a very long time i have cancelled all my orders and just got refund for one order only. I have mentioned all the order ID below. Please help me get the refund at the earliest.

        I had ordered a bouquet on 13th feb to b delivered on 14th feb.I waited the whole day for the bouquet.called 100 times the customer care no., it was always busy. chated with the customer service agents, they kept telling me till 8 pm that i will receive the bouquet. i couldn't order any where else n my day was spoiled.
        from last 2 days i have been trying for refund but no response. when asked for refund their agents tell u that bouquet will b delivered the next day coz of heavy load..
        had a horrible experience
        Plz dont buy anything from this site..

          I ordered a cake and chocolate to be delivered on 14 Feb 2016 at approximately 10 AM. The order id is[protected]. I called and chatted multiple times and they promised every time that they will deliver on same day. They did not deliver at all. This company is taking people's money and not delivering things at all. Please take appropriate action against this company.

          The same happened with me..they do not deliver goods at all ! they are cheaters..I have order cake and flowers on 31st dec 2015..and i cancelled my order on 1st jan as it was not delivered on time...I have beenfolowing up with them from past 2 months but ll in vain..even customer care doesnt reply to your chat..its a no1 cheater site..NEVER EVER order from here
          please guys dont purchase anything from this site...
          this is very fraud and fake company...they takes money..never diliver the gift...
          worst customer service...not responding to call n mail...i have purchase a valantine combo of RS 1000/- ORDER NO[protected]..I had ordered on 10th feb..which has to b delivered on 14th...they can't bring back the bygone
          occassion...

            I placed an order with sendmygift.com for delivery on the 14th feb but they did not deliver. After following up they kept trying to keep the order and offered me extra goodies rather than a refund.
            I refused the extra gifts and finally got them to process a refund. Now i am waiting to see how soon do they process the refund.

            Bad experience with Send My Gift and will not recommend it to any one.

              I had made the order to be delivered on Feb 15th. I have also made the Payment through Net banking for which I got the confirmation email. But, till now the order is not delivered. Neither I can track the status of my order. Online customer care chat, they asked me to wait as to they wanted to check my order details but they never returned back. Customer care number is not reachable. Emails are bouncing back.

              I am unable to track my order. When will my order get delivered? Will it ever get delivered? Else I need the refund right away.!!!

              I did not know that SendMyGift is a fraudulent company. Its so pathetic.!!!

                  Had ordered a gift on the 13th of Feb the company had promised same day delivery... The gift hasnt yet been delivered had made a payment from PayTM no record of the payment done found, both companies acting together fooling people and playing with their emotions... No response from both the companies as if they have scammed the people got all the money the needed and just vanished... There is no response from both the customer support teams..

                    I ordered few products on 12th Feb by confirming that it will get delivered on 14th Feb.. i have done calls more than 100 times they said sorry for inconvenience it will get deliver by 14th Feb by 4 pm then 6 pm then 9 pm then 10 pm.. n 15th feb i called they told me 9 am to 9 pm u will get it with some complimentary gift.. usshhhh!!! i dont want compliment but just give me the product which has been ordered. if you cant deliver on time y did u take orders in bulk... I got to know y there is no COD option bcz you people know that u cant deliver on time, i[censored] cant deliver on time we will cancel order, so u wont get money to grab money u made CBD option and fooled all o[censored]s.. I will wait till today evening if you dont deliver be ready to face consequences.. order id[protected]

                      I had ordered a couple of things which were to be delivered as a gift by the 14th of February. The order status is still unknown and nobody even bothers to reply to emails. The so called Live customer support is particularly useless. This is pathetic behavior and I demand a refund ASAP.

                        My order number[protected] I made an order on 05/02/2015 through CC Avenue They have promised the Product will be delivered by 14th Feb Early Morning 7AM. When i called on 14th Feb they confirmed It will deliver today at any cost But they they dint . I have complained no response (today its 16th Feb).. I want this to highlight NO one should Buy from them.

                        Its money oriented company Don't buy anything from them.

                            I am not getting to know what has happened to my gift ordered and the order no[protected].

                            I have ordered on 14th and on the same day I made the payment through credit card. I thought it will reach my desired destination on the same day but it has not.

                            I also chat with you representative he replied it will be delivered but till date no information whether it is delivered or not.

                            I am also calling the landline no which is displaying in your website but no response this is the worst customer experience where I am kept in dark without giving value for my order.

                            I hope at least I get reply for this complaint.

                                  I placed an order on 13th aftr confirming from them that they will deliver the gift on 14th! On 14th they kept saying that my product will be delivered before 9 pm! And when they didn't they said that they understood how important it was for me and they will try their best to deliver it asap! Bt till now it has not been delivered! Moreover no one picks the call and no one is willing to reply on the chat! Someone says it will be delivered by rhe end of the day someone says asap while someone says within 4 days! It was supposed to be delivered on valentines day! And even now they are not even bothered to reply me telling me the status of my order since their tracking system doesn't work! It was the worst decision of trusting this site! The site spoiled my v-day surprise!!

                                    I would like to share my complete experience here.

                                    I placed on order on 11th feb which was to be delivered on 13th feb by 10AM. I placed the order only after their executive confirmed that the order will be delivered on time.
                                    On 13th I called them at 10 and they promised that product will be delivered by 11 and the product was already dispatched. The product did not arrive as promised. I called them again at 12 and they promised to deliver by 2. At 2 they promised me to deliver by 4. At 4 by 6 and then at 6 by 9. Finally when I called them at 9, they told me that my PAYMENT WAS PENDING. When I started asking the executive to connect me to his manager he put me on hold and after 6 mins or so told me that his manager is nowhere to be found. I lost my patience completely. Then he told me that my payment was made and product will be delivered by 12AM!!!
                                    I cancelled my order. Its been 3 days and I am neither refunded nor received an acknowledgment about the cancellation.

                                    On calling the customer care, they still say that product is delayed and will be delivered. Nothing about the cancellation at all.
                                    What is most irritating of all is that I had ordered for flowers which they say has been dispatched on 13th and are yet to be delivered!!
