Order Number[protected].
My order was to be delivered on 15th February 2016. Till now (16th Feb 2016) the item is not delivered and there is no update from the company.

No replies to email and there customer care number is always busy with "hike in calls".

I placed the order on 14th Feb on sendmygift.com, which was supposed to be delivered on 15th Feb but till now no update on order. I spoke to several customer support but it's of no use. They give false promises. I made the advance payment through credit card but still my order status is pending with them.

On facebook page they promised to refund my money but till now no refund took place. I paid Rs. 1020.69 but till now no refund no delivery of product.

I placed the prepaid order with order number[protected]. The item supposed to delivered on 14th february midnight 11:30 to 12: 30 am.with extra charge of 149 rs bt till now i didn't receive it. After tracking on their website it shows status unknown and when i clicked on the fedex tracking link it said no such tracking id. Nothing delivered and no response till date.
Calls are not getting connected to Customer Service and they are not responding to Emails I want my money to be refunded as this is a disgusting Service.

I placed an order of two gifts, and only one was delivered. However, my transaction n payment was successful. My order ID is[protected]. Delivery date was 14 Feb 2016. There customer support service is also of no use. No body replies easily nor they pick any calls. M completely disappointed by their service. Kindly send me my money back.

I placed the prepaid order with order numbers[protected] amounting to 200rs. The gift was supposed to be delivered on 14 th feb but all fake. Nothing delivered and no response till date. The customer support dont response and no reply to calls and emails. They are big time frauds. Kindly help me get my money back...

The order was placed on 12th Feb'16, the delivery date was the same day & as i see a lot of complaints registered here even the product ordered was not delivered . However, when you are placing the order the customer support is excellent because they are excellent in the fooling business.

Initial follow up call was the only time i could speak to the customer service executive post which all the calls got disconnected as all of them were busy chatting with the new buyers whom they could easily fool as it was valentines week. The chat service after you place an order is pathetic as the only message you see is everyone joins the chat & leaves the chat because they have nothing else to say other than stating the product will get delivered by 9 PM tonight.

Email service is incredible because all other online websites where you shop at least send you a confirmation email that the order is placed but send my gift unfortunately they don't have time for that because they are fooling the new buyers. And, will never reply back to the follow up emails sent by you.

I really need my money back at the earliest!!! Overall a worst online buying experience ever had till date !!!

On Feb 12th, I had spoken to customer care executive and confirmed that they would be able to deliver any items I order from "PAN INDIA Combos" on the 14th for valentines day to Mysore. I made 2 orders " ​[protected]" and ​"[protected]" worth a total of Rs. 1118/- and now, neither the orders have been delivered nor the customer care numbers are working - "We are experiencing high call volumes" is the message we get when we try their customer care number.

The valentines is anyways spoilt for sure - I need my money back and these management folks tasked and brought to JAIL for cheating people like me.

Nothing delivered and no response till date. The customer support dont response and no reply to calls and emails. They are big time frauds. Kindly help me get my money back from them

My order[protected] is not delivered on 13th. Please cancel the order. There is no one to help me from send my gift on my order status. Worst customer service ever seen. The Bangalore support number is not functioning.

If I haven't got my money back, I will file a complaint at consumer forum.

Please address this issue ASAP.

My order no[protected] n[protected] n i hve given the payment for both n why its showing pending.i hve given 489 rs for both cake and flowers n its showing pending. N the order nt yet delivered its been 3 days its really nonsense. I got pissed of from their service. It was supposed to be delivered on 14 feb n today is 16 feb every day the customer service person given me new talk today ur order will be delivered tomorrow or in the morning. Koi kuch bolta hai aur koi kuch.but yet my order was sent to be delivered on 14 feb but till now no information of my order has been delivered or nt.but these people r going to do like this then i said i dnt need the product to be delivered but no reply.i asked concerned department ph no or to refund my money but no reply. This kind of perthetic service they have when the occasion gets over then they deliver the order.Its a fraud company and I want my money back.my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

I ordered (Order #[protected] cake and bouquet combo on Feb 13th and which was suppose to be delivered on Feb 14. But today is Feb 16th. so far no updates from the service provider and there is no response for calls from them. It looks like they are frauds and doing fraudulent business by fooling people like us.

I understand that due to over load sometimes products are not delievered on time however it is company duty to inform and apologise the same however Sendmygift did not contact me even once.

They are just taking orders to earn money and then planning to deliver it days after the occasion has finished. The justification they give is they are overloaded with orders.
After we make the payment on there website the status of the order shows pending payment even if the money is deducted, to confuse customers. This guys have spoiled my valentines surprise, and I feel cheated. My order id is[protected]. They have not delivered yet, neither they ate giving my money back. I want to take strict actions against this jerks. I will spread the word across as much as I can. Now this guys will understand the power of social networks.
I believe they have taken lots and lots of order and doing the same with maximum customers. Guys come together, time to kick this jerks.

Yesterday I placed an order to deliver a bouquet to my boss as it was his birthday today (order #:[protected]
The 1st call was made at 6:30 pm today to confirm the status, and I was informed that it would be delivered by 8:30 pm today.
However, there is no status update in the website nor any intimation via sms or e-mail.
I have been trying to get connected with the customer service department which never happened. Called them numerous times, the call was connected on the IVR for 6 minutes and automatically gets disconnected and none of times did I get through a rep. REALLY DISGUSTING!!
There is no point in having a company if the motive is not set right.
You wouldn't want an escalation team if your team had focused on TAT and Customer Satisfaction.
How can someone trust this company and place any order if thing are not delivered on time as per the requested schedule???
Sorry i have to say things / gifts were never delivered forget about the time.

instead it has to be “DELIVERING FRUSTRATING EMOTIONS”

I do not care if the order will be delivered in future or not as the scheduled time has lapsed, hence please refund the money that was credited to your account on 14/Feb/2016 ASAP - I cannot be politer than this…

Ordered something to be delivered on d next day. Seems like they haven't delivered. And no update yet. No mails no msgs.. absolutely no news about my order at all... So frustrating.!!
