I had ordered a combo of Rs.700/- where I clearly mentioned it had to be delivered on 14th feb 2016. I haid paid the amount using paytm payment gateway. After placing it i just received an email from paytm that my payment has been approved and my order id is[protected]. After tracking on their website it shows status unknown and when i clicked on the fedex tracking link it said no such tracking id. Now even the link to track order has disappeared from their website. Ive tried calling them multiple times but everytime lines are busy. Even emailing them has been of no help. their chat service is also 0 help. either they wont reply or they will say sorry for the delay it will be delivered at the earliest!

    I have ordered a cake on[protected] which was supposed to deliver on the same day but it was never delivered.
    I tried their mail which is [protected]@sendmygift.com but every time the mail sent delivery failed.
    The phone number is also fake and their chat is also fake.
    I have made online payment for the requested order id[protected].
    Now I request you to kindly initiate my refund process or else please tell me how to take legal action against the company.

      I had ordered a flower bouquet for my hubby on 11th Feb 2016 which had to be delivered on 14th Feb 2016. The order was not received. Nor there was any response from customer service via mail and calls and live chat. I had made payment for this order as well my order number is :[protected]. Please catch these frauds and give them to police they are just cheaters.

        I hae done payment and after the online payment I got receipt from sendmygift.com by mail as well I have proof from my SBI account that I have transferred money to them. I have also crosschecked with their money transfer partner Citrus. Also I got mail from Citrus that we have been received your payment and they said by mail:

          Order was placed and paid online. Delivery was supposed to be done on 14th Feb.
          Called their customer support number but no one gave any relevant details. Called up the customer support for delivery boy's contact but the response I got from your team is "that's your problem and we don't have his number" and then the customer rep. disconnected the call.

          The delivery guy called only once around 6 PM asking whats the address and said the address is not mentioned on the order, this was again BULL CRAP story as I had mentioned the address clearly on the website.

          I called back the delivery guy around 7 PM asking why it's not delivered yet and he said it will be delivered after 10 PM.

          This is the worst service I ever got from an online Market place. The chat window on the website is useless as no one replies.

          You have successfully pissed a customer and ruined the surprise. So, When can I expect me money back??

            I ordered a gift for valentines day in Bangalore. Total Order Amt was INR 1002. I called them so many times but no one is taking the call on customer support. Even on their live support chat they said they will deliver the gift on time. But no surprises, they did not delivered. They are not picking calls and their website Chat Guys also not replying. Now the Valentine has gone and order has not yet delivered, I need my money back. Order #[protected].
            I don't understand why the hell they took so many orders when they can't deliver them on time. And even on next day also no update or information. At least they must have some courtesy to inform the customer that the order cannot be delivered.
            I want my money back.

              Please let me know the process to sue this company. I would rather prefer suing to my desired amount instead of a refund for cheating so many customers..

                First time visitor and was surprised to notice that after a prior order placement, that it would become such a worse nightmare that tracking it down would be impossible.

                The chats /emails are not being responded. And the Customer Care number is just taken to fool the customers which just has the automated message - High call volume. Maybe since everybody would be wondering where did their parcel go.
                I want my money back or at least my gift to be delivered !!!

                    I ordered a gift to be delivered on 13/2/2016 and my order id[protected] but the product is not delivered still, even they are not receiving the calls and not replying on Mail.
                    No proper update is given by them regarding the status of the order. They have not delivered my order after two days.They are always telling me over chat that it will be delivered but not telling the exact status of order. At the end of the they are telling sorry for inconvenience we will deliver your product tomorrow.

                    I want my money back but they are telling me that they are not going to do that.

                    An unprofessional co. with a careless attitude. No body cares to revert after so many followup. Neither over phone, nor mail even on CHAT they ignore.

                    They only assist u while booking any purchase. No complaints handling... fraud people...

                      I regret for booking an online gift for my Valentine through this website! What you people are doing do you think us as dumbfools! Delivery has not been made yet and when I try to call your customer care number no responses has been done ! I thought of delivering my gifts today! But it's not been delivered yet! Wth is happening here man! If you don't respond me in another 24 hrs! You gonna face serious consequences!

                      I tried to track my order through your website but couldn't track my order there! It showed me some error! No proper built and no proper response and no proper delivery! If you don't show interest or bother your customers they won't bother you for sure! My worst experience through an online portal till date!                         Hi,

                        My boyfriend ordered a gift for me on 12th Feb and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th .
                        I checked about the status on 14th morning and I was notified that it would be delivered by 14th EOD but I did not receive my order till date i.e 15th Feb, 2016.

                        There is no response from the customer support despite sending mails.

                        This is the worst experience I ever had.

                        I don't want the gift anymore. Kindly refund the money back.

                          I made an order on 9th Feb and there was an option to select delivery date which i chose as 12th Feb. But it was not delivered on 12th. then i had a chat with customer support person which they claim as 24x7 but nobody responded as such and whenever somebody responds to it, they say it that it will get delivered within a day. these people never receives the call on[protected]. I called so many times and even from different numbers but its always on queue and there is never any response.
                          once i decided to be on hold to check the waiting time and got no response even after five minutes.

                            I placed one order[protected] on 11th feb for getting it delivered on 14th feb and till now I haven't heard any word about that. Since yesterday I am trying to reach the customer care but every time same thing, 'We are receiving high volume of calls, your call cannot be answered'. And the people who all are sitting on your chat support only copy-paste one line 'How may I help you today'. I have even dropped 3 mails but i didn't even get one acknowledgement mail.

                              Order was made on 8th February 2016 and was supposed to be delivered by 09th February 2016. The Valentine's week is over and still the gift has not been delivered. The sales representative Neelima Reddy assured me that the gift will be delivered in time. The company doesn't respond to emails, chats or calls after order is placed. I have followed up multiple times with them but no response. I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back but there is no option on the site to cancel order. I mailed them about it but no response. The order includes one flower bouquet and a pack of chocolate. Attaching the order screenshot and mail screenshot. The status of order shows pending and when I asked Neelima about it she said it has to be pending only.

                                I booked a bouquet on 13 th feb, they didn't inform me on 14th, the whole day phone was busy that is so called customer care,

                                Track your order feature in website was not working.

                                They have live chat feature in which support team can not track your order.

                                Finally valentines gone but product didn't deliver.

                                I wrote mail regarding status they didn't reply till 48 hrs, still awaited.

                                I don't know they will refund my money or not because nobody is in direct picture.

                                Please be aware to purchase anything from them.

                                They are cheaters and frauds.

                                  I placed my order on site www.sendmygift.com and scheduled a delivery on 14th Feb . After almost 2 days they are not delivering my order, I paid online on that day itself and they are not ready to refund me also. I have tried calling customer care number but it is not working, customer support email is also bouncing back. Only 1 online chat support is there, on which they are not replying about delivery. They just left the chat every time when you ask for the update. They are not at all responding. They are not delivering my product.

                                      I placed a order on 11 Feb 2016 for a bouquet and a personalized mug and chose the delivery date as 12 Feb 2016. I called their customer care number twice and they told was that the product would be delivered on time. It's 15 Feb and the product is still not delivered and they and not responding to the emails even.                                         I Hv ordered a cake from ur site on 14th Feb, 2016 asked dem to deliver on same day that is 14th Feb only bt I didn't received my order. Before placing dat order I even confirm from customer care whether dey will deliver or nt. They assured me dat my order will get delivered same day. I kept on calling customer care for my order bt no one was available to take call, dey always kept me waiting. I even tried to know from customer care in chat bt dey didn't replied to me. I kept on asking where is my order. I even didn't received any confirmation mail or message. Now I just want my money back. Refund my money, I will not suggest anyone to buy products or gifts from sendmygift. Don't take order i[censored] can't fulfil it. Now I just want my money back.
