I placed my order on site www.sendmygift.com and scheduled a delivery on 14th Feb iin 1st half. After almost 2 days also they are not delivering my order, I paid online on that day only and they are not ready to refund me also. I tried calling their customer care number but it is not working, customer support email also bouncing back. Only 1 online chat support is there, on which they dont reply once you ask about our delivery. They just left the chat every time when you ask them update. They are not at all responding. They are not delivering my product not give me refund. And not ready to provide any update on my order delivery.

    I ordered them for valentine day midnight delivery. Total Order Amt was INR 448 along with INR 149 extra for midnight delivery in West Delhi location. I called them on Saturday morning too and they said they will deliver on time. But no surprises, they did not delivered. After that they are not picking calls and not replying to emails too. Their website Chat Guys also not replying. Now the Valentine has gone and order has not yet delivered, I need my money back. Order #[protected]

    this situation has happened with many people ... I also faced same issue.. company people are so careless they don't even feel the responsibility to reply. worst service ever
    Even I had similar issue. I ordered for Valentine's day and the order Id is[protected]. And it is not delivered till now(15th Feb 8.30 PM). No reply from customer support as well. I am thinking of legal action. Is there any way that we can raise legally.

    Anyone in India please contact NCDRC (National Level Consumer Court ) Office and Submit a complaint against them and include others also and sue them for 1 crore rupees. I will provide whatever support I can.. it's so easy these days.. we all have proofs against them..Let's do something..
    I have the similar issue, scheduled delivery was on 14th Morning. But still it is not delivered. And they all are not replying even and ready to give any update or current status. What we should do now? NCDRC will help?

      Ordered 2 products to be delivered bh 14th..till now have not got atleast 1 item on hand...before ordering i confirmed 2-3times...tey assured about the delivery...pissed off calling the customer care number noone to pick up the call...worst ever i have seen...full mood off by their service and the response from the customer care.

        I ordered bunch of flowers on 13th feb schedule to be delivered at 14 feb. But till date no product has been delivered. there site doesnot have a tracking number. Customer service email id is not working as it gave a failed message. and there customer care is always busy and since no one is available, they automatically drop the call. Till now i just have received a single message stating my order number that too today in the morning. My order no. is[protected].

          I Ordered 2 items on 12 Feb via ID[protected] &[protected].

          One item delivered same day wheras it was supposed to be delivered on 14th
          &
          2nd item till date i.e. Feb 15th is not delivered

          An unprofessional co. with a careless attitude. No body cares to revert after so many followup. Neither over phone, nor mail even on CHAT they ignore.

          They only assist u while booking any purchase. No complaints handling... fraud people

            One of the Worst Company Sendmygift i order on 2nd Feb 2016 and the delivery date is 7th feb 2016 but tilldate i.e 15th feb 2016 not received . i have done the payment on 2nd feb 2016 now there is no feedback from sendmygift . i mailed them about refund the money but no responce.

            pls customer do order from sendmygift they are cheaters and Fraud company

                I ordered a gift to be delivered on 14/2/2016 but the product is not delivered still, even they are not receiving the calls and not replying on Mail.
                No proper update is given by them regarding the status of the order. They have not delivered my order after two days.They are always telling me over chat that it will be delivered but not telling the exact status of order. At the end of the they are telling sorry for inconvenience we will deliver your product tomorrow.

                I want my money back but they are telling me that they are not going to do that.

                Kindly help me in getting my money back and take strict action against them so that no other person suffers the same.

                Same thing happened to me. The deliver was promised before 9pm on 14th Feb... Its still not delivered. They are cheating people big time. They don't answer your calls. They don't answer to chat also properly. Cant trust them. They are cheating. When i asked for refund. they just closed the chat support.

                    the money is debited for the above order. but the items havent been delivered till date.

                    The company has a number on their website, where its never gets connected to customer support.

                    Also, they run a live chat where there will be only response whenever we say there is an order which i want to make. If we want to talk about our status of the order, there wont be any reply

                    The website also had a track your order link earlier, which doesn't take you anywhere and now they have removed now.

                    Also, there is no cancellation option provided next to the order. ANd the only way to cancel the order is to write to their customer support, which never replies.

                    So, can someone help me with how can i get my money refunded.

                      Even they don't listen Consumer Complaints forum complaints. They make foolish their customer. I don't want him to make other people to foolish. We spread this message to twitter, Facebook etc.. Even they don't response on mail. Customer calls no. always busy.

                        First time visitor and was surprised to notice that after a prior order placement, that it would become such a worse nightmare that tracking it down would be impossible.

                        The chats /emails are not being responded. And the Customer Care number is just taken to fool the customers which just has the automated message - High call volume. Maybe since everybody would be wondering where did their parcel go.

                        The parcel was finally delivered after a long wait and then i notice that it had a completely different stuff than what I had ordered for.

                        I understand that impolite language isn't good at such a platform but what if the level exceeds when you do not get a response at all. Whom to reach out to for a solution.

                        Emails are not being answered and now it gives a failure /bounce back notification. I had emailed for Return and Refund - no reply yet.

                        Even the tracking order functionality is of no use.

                        This company should be taken off completely before we witness it as a pain for others too.

                        Not recommended to anyone at all. Please check the reviews before transacting to that others do not fall a prey to their misleading offers.

                        RETURN MY MONEY
                        Money refund is what i can resort to as the purpose of timely and appropriate delivery cannot be restored OR help me with the Delivery of products I had ordered for on 9th April 2016.

                        Kindly confirm because then I need to share my new address as I have re-located.
                        Such a simple way to escape by saying sorry and when its time to give a solution, it gets out of business. I don't understand whether it actually matters and is there a willingness to do business for a longer term.
                        Pathetic commitments. Please do not commit when its hard to live by it. Do not write false statements when its not intended.

                        Business doesn't last for long by cheating your customers. Not sure what ethics are implied here.

                          I placed an order yesterday and didn't get any update from their side yet. The customer executives don't respond at all. They should not be even having the "Live chat" option.
                          On the website, track order option doesn't track anything. It just doesn't give any output at all-no error or success.

                          After trying repeatedly, the exec finally replied saying they are in the process of delivering. What does that mean? I wanted flower delivery on valentine's day and what use will it be of today. Can't they read the delivery date?

                            Hello

                            I had place my order to deliver my valentine's gift on 14th FEB 2016. Till now no response anybody, I wanted to surprise my fiancee for our first valentines day, these people screwed it up. It one of the worst services in Bangalore so far, I want my refund with compensation for disappointing me. I have called to customer care 100 times, I live abroad, It costs me more to contact customer care, They had placed me on hold for 10 min minimum and nobody bother to respond so far, They do not have minimum courtesy to reply on live chat window

                                The services for product delivery of this site is very delayed. The product is not delivered on time, even they are not receiving the calls and not replying on Mail. Never buy product from this Site for special occasions. Worst services.

                                  I had ordered a stuff on 31st Jan which was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb, which costed around 1500rs and i paid the same through netbanking, when when i call to customer care, it says lines are busy all the time, when i go for online chat they say it will be delivered by 9PM daily same story but nothing happens, kindly do the needful

                                    My order id[protected] placed on 13th Feb is still not delivered.
                                    The selected delivery date was 14th Feb.

                                    There is no response from customer care, no one receives the call, no one responds to the chat and mails do not get delivered to [protected]@sendmygift.com.

                                    These activity of yours confirms me that this is a fraud company and they are in no mood of delivery my order.

                                    I know that your office and shop is in HSR Layout (I stay near by to your office).
                                    If my order doesn't get delivered by today evening, I will come and bang you guys over there and let you know how cheating customers be like.

                                      I had made an order from this site on 9th Feb 2016 and did the payment through Netbanking and delivery date was on 11th Feb 2016, but the order is not yet delivered still.
                                      when i was called to customer case they simply saying that some logistic problems.
                                      Request you to please check this and help me in getting my money back.
                                      Please dont go this site for online shopping . seriously i am fed up with this people. no proper response at all and today is 15th feb.
                                      instead of this better go for other online shopping like sd n fk.

                                        I made an order on 9 feb 2016 on https://www.sendmygift.com/ and made full payment my order ID is[protected] ask to deliver on 14 Feb 2016, but there no response about this till now i mail at [protected]@sendmygift.com and call many time at[protected] but not even a single mail that they received my complaint on mail.
