Failure to deliver & false and deceitful reassurances

I had ordered two combo gifts to be delivered on 14th February two days in advance i.e. on 12th itself. I had made various calls to customer care no. since morning yesterday. However, they have not delivered any of the orders till today i.e. 15.02.2016 at 5 p.m. I had made more than 15 calls yesterday and the customer care kept on giving contradictory excuses and false reassurances. Last delivery time that they had given was that of 9 pm....

Hi,

I had made an order from this site on 11th Feb 2016 and did the payment through Netbanking and delivery date was on 14th Feb 2016, but the order is not yet delivered still.
This Fraudulent people are not reachable with the number they have provided in there site and the 24/7 Chat thing is a total crap.
Request you to please check this and help me in getting my money back.

Didn't receive the item I ordered

They were not even professional enough to even mail or call me that why the item was not delivered. Really disappointed by their service and recommend it to anybody.

One of the ordered items never reached my father inspite of our several follow ups with customer support team through chats and telephones

They have just one telephone line and that too is busy most of the times, and many times no one responds on chat, I had even put down an email on their recommended...

Ordered online gift for my wife but gift not delivered.

I ordered black forest cake 1/2 kg and bunch of 12 red roses on 12 Feb 16 and scheduled for standard delivery on 14 Feb 16 (delivery timing between 9 am to 9 pm) to my wife who is presently in ranchi, jharkhand.
