I had ordered two combo gifts to be delivered on 14th February two days in advance i.e. on 12th itself. I had made various calls to customer care no. since morning yesterday. However, they have not delivered any of the orders till today i.e. 15.02.2016 at 5 p.m. I had made more than 15 calls yesterday and the customer care kept on giving contradictory excuses and false reassurances. Last delivery time that they had given was that of 9 pm. and after that the customer care did not function and no one picked up my calls. I am deeply aggrieved by their acts my entire day was spoilt yesterday. I had planned a surprise for my fiance and she did not receive anything from me yesterday. These serious deficiencies of service on the part of such an unreliable service provider is most likely to cause serious damage to rapport and relation between people and most especially couples. These guys have no sense of responsibility towards their customers and are only trying to make a quick buck at the expense of other peoples emotions. I had today also spoken to the customer care and asked them if they will at least deliver today to which they stated that they will. I had repeatedly asked them to confirm because if they are not able to deliver today I would have arranged to send her something from other vendors but they promised to deliver today but have not done so till now. I am greatly disappointed with their service and am now constrained to take action against them for this inconsiderate behavior. I cannot let these unreliable vendors spoil my rapport with my fiance or friends.

    Send My Gift is a LOOT company.

    Order #[protected]
    They sent me wrong product and I paid COD

    For replaced product they send me broken product with COD tag.
    They committed that replacement will be without COD.

    Hence I paid twice for this order.

    I asked them either to give money back or give me at least one correct product.

    They are not responding. Not on calls also.

    I want to sue them.

    This company should be closed.

    I request to cancel license of this company.

      I had made an order from this site on 11th Feb 2016 and did the payment through Netbanking and delivery date was on 14th Feb 2016, but the order is not yet delivered still.
      This Fraudulent people are not reachable with the number they have provided in there site and the 24/7 Chat thing is a total crap.
      Request you to please check this and help me in getting my money back.

          They are dealing in online sales for gift, infect they are cheating to the peoples; recently I was also cheated from them.

          I hope my case can be resolved, not only me but many people have been cheated by this company, you can check same on Google.

            I have ordered few flowers and choclates for my valentine with sendmygift.com. They promised me to deliver the order on 14th February. I have chased them badly to find the status of my order but they lied all the time it will be delivered by 9pm. This has never happened. it is a poor business service and couple of liers sitting there. I am not sure if it is a fake website. Request you to please check and arrange and help me in getting my money back.

              I placed an order on the 13th Feb 2016, with midnight delivery option. My order number is[protected]. The order is still pending, this has been the worst experience ever with online shopping. You people are either Cyber criminals, only collecting money from people's account and playing with their emotions.
              The CS is unprofessional and unethical individuals handing the chats, the minute we speak about the order or the money the rep either leaves the chat or disconnects. They dont even bother to give a call back regarding the status of the order.
              It is 15th today and my order is still not delivered. I am disappointed.
              STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S EMOTIONS, TIME, TRUST AND MONEY.

                FRAUD ! WORST !
                If you ever plan to give SURPRISE your loved one, dont use this portal as at the end you would be the one SURPIRSED. YES!, this people are so crazy that for them time doesn't even matter. They think it is more important to deliver gifts then delivering it on time. Worst Customer Support, they join chat and leave it after reading our messages. Or if someone starts talking they will copy paste their standard answer.

                      We had placed an order (no.[protected] on 19th Jan for delivery on 29th 2016 on occasion of my father's birthday.

                      One of the ordered items never reached my father inspite of our several follow ups with customer support team through chats and telephones

                      They have just one telephone line and that too is busy most of the times, and many times no one responds on chat, I had even put down an email on their recommended email address, but no reply.

                      So in total, we never received item, no visibility on refund status .
                      Very poor show, poor response, will never order again and will never recommend to anyone

                        The worst portal to order anything, specially if you want that thing on time.
                        I booked one half kg chocolate cake with a rose bouquet for 13th feb 2016, midnight delivery.The payment was also done but I didn't received anything on that day.Then I sent mail on the website they have given as support on the front page ([protected]@sendmygift.com) which is an invalid email ID.
                        Then I chat with one of there customer support executive regarding my money back process and you cant imagine what she told, on 15th Feb she is telling that we will deliver your order today asap, due to heavy load we were not able to do on time..I mean really?? Can you imagine this.. The Birthday was on 13th Feb and they will deliver it on 15th Feb.. Lame joke!!!
                        Mail ID they gave is wrong, on phn no. the call is never get connected..only chat is the option..there also they will make fake commitments!!
                        Useless website..they could have better stop it.. Lets see now if I get my cashback or not.. anyways max to max my money will go but in future I don't want anyone to repeat the same mistake!!
                        If somebody is ordering cake to be delivered at 12 midnight it means they have to celebrate it on the same time but they spoiled everything and that time I was not having any other option also to book from some other place, since it was midnight.

                          I placed an order with www.sendmygift.com yesterday for a combo- (cake + carnation flowers) and paid the total amt.online. Order value - Rs. 499/-. I am still waiting for the order confirmation email and order status.

                          The delivery date is today- 15/02/2016.

                          I had a discussion over the chat with the customer care rep.- Jagdish, and also provided the order no. to him. He informed that the order is placed successfully. I am trying to reach out to customer care over the phone but getting a message that customer care reps. are busy.

                          Can someone, please provide me with the order status as it has to be delivered today for a Wedding Anniversary?

                            I know i will not get any respond over there too as m not getting respond of my phone calls and your so called 24X7 online chat service.
                            I had ordered a combo gift item on 13th Feb and you people assure me that you will deliver the items on 14th positively. But your assurance was fake as you people are. Due to you only my day spoiled. I waited whole day for your call of delivery but...
                            I don't know why i choose you. You are not delivering emotions but playing with it.

                                Even till now, no response no reply in chat or phone. Nobody comes to chat, and their phone no keeps saying due to high orders cant take call now...

                                I had asked them about the surety of delivery for 3 times yesterday before ordering, after ordering and one time when i luckily got connected to them via phone. Why the hell their team kept promising that my order will get delivered by 7 PM when it has not been done till now.

                                Frnds, I suggest all of you, if you really dont want to ruin your plans and mood, dont purchase from this site. They dont know how to deliver, they only how to play with emotions.

                                      I ordered black forest cake 1/2 kg and bunch of 12 red roses on 12 Feb 16 and scheduled for standard delivery on 14 Feb 16 (delivery timing between 9 am to 9 pm) to my wife who is presently in ranchi, jharkhand. However the item was not delivered to my wife and the customer care email id given on the is fake, contact number is always busy and online chat does give just one response it will be delivered. This site is totally fake.

                                      The email id of customer care given on the site is fake, contact no. connects with computerised tone all our executive are busy but never a representative attends your call even if you wait for hour or so They deactivate your login id and password, next day after you place your order and paid for your order. This site is breaking the confidence of customer who buy things online, there should be some mechanism to ban such site.

                                        I absolutely agreed with the above comments. its a fraud company. They are not concerned with their services but to sale their products to give false commitments to the customer. They never compliance with their rules and regulations but to cheat people. While placing order, their online customer care executive will respond you to all queries but once product is sold, they will not respond you at all. Strongly recommend that nobody purchase any kind of items from them. Its just wastage of money and time. SERVICE IS BAD
