I ordered a product in sendmygift.com on 7/02/16 . Order number:[protected]. It is a pre paid order but has not yet been delivered. I am being told everyday from previous Monday that it will be delivered today. Again, if i ask on Tuesday, i get the same response "It will be delivered today evening". The same case on Wednesday. Its been 10 days or so now and i really don't know when will it get delivered. The online customer assist is so poor that no one replies back for my query rather than just leaving the chat. I wonder if they are bots to lure the customers with a sense of support. The call support is also giving me a message "We are unable to connect your call due to high call volume". No response to my emails too even after i stated that i am going to consumer court regarding this. Whatever they might be, It keeps on happening! I am really disappointed and i need an answer for the status and assurance for my order and money. I need my product now! Is there anything we can do to take on them? They seem to be like fake people with no support and already many customers complaining the same problem. I need my product now else i am ready to do anything from a customer's part to take down this frustrating unresponsive damn company

I ordered a valentine gift from send my gift site on 12feb 2016 at 5pm Order No.[protected] and also made advance payment as it is mentioned on your site I need to pay in advance for same day delivery but my product has not reached after 4 days of placing the order. Whenever I tried to contact customer care with my registered no. no one is answering and when I tried to call from my other no. Your executive answered your item will be delivered tomorrow on Valentine's Day. Your site is also not showing any status for my order each and every time it is showing order no. Is unavailable. What the hell is this, is this the way you treat your customer's . your site seems to be fake customer care no. Is not working, no reply from customer support executive s on mail, no order status is available on site. I need my product today itself otherwise I will take a serious action against your site from a customer part to take down your company for fooling and harrasing the customers by using their money.

    They promised that my order will be delivered by 14th feb 9 pm but it is yet to be delivered. Customer support is not answering. Track order is not working. Even after sending 2 mails they are not repying. I have already paid the order amount but cant connect within them anyhow.

      Hi,

      I have ordered a bouquet and chocolates on 14th Feb around 10:44 AM for the same day delivery with the standard delivery option. I was informed that it will be delivered by 5 PM but it was not delivered, i called again to customer care they said it will be delivered before 9 PM, I requested for before 9 delivery they said ok, but neither i was delivered before 9 PM nor after 9 PM.

      They came to deliver my order in 15th Morning around 5:30 AM that to only flowers no chocolates.

      The most amazing part they say 24*7 customer service but after 7 PM nobody will pick you phone.

      Worst customer service. Please never ever try Sendmygift website for urgent deliveries.

        Send my gift -- tag line - Delivery emotions ... But not... they are playing with emotions :(

        I placed an order[protected] in SMG with standard delivery withing 14th -JAN-2016. Till date not received the item.. Contacted the customer care more than 4 times. They are telling it will delivery in an hour or so... However the status is always showing 'Pending'. And there is no option for cancel or refund the amount.
        From today onward not able to contact customer care also..

              I have made an order in send my gift website on 11-Feb-16, with order no.[protected], to deliver it on or before 14-Feb-16. However, its not yet delivered to the concerned address. Whenever, I called to customer care, they are saying, it will deliver on next day, like but it is not get delivered in next day. I have contacted customer care for 4 times and they have not taken any action regarding this. When I tried on feb 14 th also they didnt picked up the call and when I chat with them, they told it will get delivered 14th itself. But still not delivered.
              They are not keeping up the word, if they cant deliver it on time, better not to commit. Please provide me refund if its not delivered.

              Please take some action against this type of irresponsible behavior.
              I received my order after 4 days of my due date!But the Worst thing I ever expect .. The cake was different the flower was different. Instead of my Card they delivered the Chocolates!                 On 7th February, 2016, I had asked for chocolate cake with roses to be delivered on 14th February, 2016. The order number is[protected]. The order has not been delivered. I am unable to track the current state of my order from their website and the phone service is dysfunctional. I tried to mail them my complaint but the emails are also bouncing back. The company displays all the characteristics of being a fraud company. I want my order to be delivered immediately or my money to be refunded.

                  This is regarding order #[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 14th feb 2016 around 12 AM, neither that happened nor anyone from Sendmygift bothered to inform that the same is not delivered..
                  We have been trying the CS, but not getting any response from them.

                  This is till date the worst customer service experience. On seeing the reviews, I can see a number of customers are facing this similar issue yet no one from the company is coming into picture to take this escalation and address the concerns of the customers.

                  Can I have a update asap..

                    Hi I ordered Pretty Love Basket & Cute Choco Bites on 9th Feb-2016.

                    The gift was supposed to be delivered in a day or two, yet the gift is not delivered on the given address.

                    Tired of calling on customer care number, your agents are neither able to talk in English nor in hindi properly.

                    I am really tired of calling you people and tracking my delivery. On website also when I am tracking my order it shows order pending and unavailable.

                    Is this the kind of service quality that you guys are providing especially to your customers who have already made the payment online.

                          After seeing so many complaints on this website I am now sure that I have been cheated by this company. They failed to deliver my product on valentines day.. did not answer my mail and the call just did not go through. All my ways of connecting with them failed. Now the last resort left for all o[censored]s is to file a cheating case against the owners of the company.

                                Yeah I ordered a cake online for which I paid extra money for night charges on 13th and the delivery was never ever done.My friend who had also ordered his delivery was also never done. Besides when asked to cancel and sms about my cancellation of order the sms never arrived on my phone or mail. It has happened not just with me but many other people whose delivery was never done. Their email id [protected]@sendmygift.com never replies to the customer orders. Please request you to sue this fraud company because its affecting many people lives because they promise false promises and never deliver. They are fraud, please sue them, this is wrong and should not happen to people's hard earned money to these cheaters. The other complain also through this site was never attended to by the people of sendmygift.com

                                    I have ordered flowers, and two more gifts to my wife on 12th and the customer chat support guyzz gave false promises that it will be delivered on 14th February morning..i waited since morning till night cancelling all my plans expecting the gifts to be delivered at any time...i called up the customer care people and again they gave false promises saying that they will take the initiative and deliver the gifts atleats by 9PM ...But nothing happened...A real fraudulent site and never gone through such an worst experience with any of the online sites...!!! I advise please never use this site for sending Gifts to ur loved ones or else u will be missing whole occassion with disappointment...!!! Please change the CAPTION from Delivering the Emotions...!!! to KILLING the Emotions...!!!

                                      I order a combo pack (cake, flowers, chocolate) of 900 rupees, which was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb. which is not yet delivered . I asked the online people to cancel my order I got no response. later they gave me a number to track details[protected] which is a wrong number.

                                      Such a worst website and Service. Fraud people. We should give Complaint in Police Station/consumer court. Fooling People. you don't have any rights to play with once emotions.

                                      finally after so many follow up n complaints I received the product... where the cake was from local shop ., .. not the same which I ordered... and also I had ordered 1kg but it was half kg...and the roses which I ordered where red...but there was not a single red rose in it...also there was a complementary gift '12 inch teddy' which was not there.. the chocolates were ok ...

                                      will never ever order any thing from this site...pathetic ...no on time time delivery...no customer support... no tracking of orders ...they frustrate customer..

                                        Where is my cash? i order a item on 5th january 2016, the team failed to delver and through a phone call you said me that arrange refund, the refund issued date 15 th january and also you said that amount will be credited in to my account with in 3-10 business days, now reach 30 days more ..What is next excuse ?where is my cash?? i want to know present status .
