Hi,
First and foremost change the caption of your organisation . "Delivering emotions " . Along with that change your customer support as well . Probably the worst I encountered so far . If you guys cannot handle large volume of orders why do you accept it on the first place.I ordered a VALENTINE SPECIAL cake and have not received it till now . Not really hoping to receive it but maybe just incase I do hopefully by next Valentine's it will come.My order id[protected]. I made payment through card. I want refund of my amount . I am anyhow gonna take this to consumer court . Such pathetic service .After taking the money neither that so called customer care contact number connects nor your "track your order" works . And your specialised agents that are there for 24/7 customer support don't consider it necessary to give a prompt reply . Since morning I was told order is processed . Entire day I waited . Completed ruined my day.
Worst service ever. Sincere suggestion please close down .
I have tried reaching out to you people in all possible ways and now finally dropping a mail. Hope this goes across !
And initiate my refund asap!
Once again thanks for that amazing service will make customers go back to it again n again !

    [protected] is the order number. i have paid in advance by credit card. i have ordered it on 12th feb 2016 and it shoul d be delivered on 14th feb 2016 and i have got commitment by online chat executive. |Now no one is responding in chat as well as customer care number is always busy.

      I ordered a cake and set of flowers on february 13th 2016 at bangalore, and placed a midnight delivery order. Invoice never got shared, however payment had been made, the requested order did not get delivered, and no status in order tracking, nor any reply on emails, calls are not getting through as well.

      Got multiples SMSs regarding order, all mentioning different order IDs

        I have placed one order on 9th Feb 2016 of memories My Order Id is[protected] .
        Send My Gift.com has promised to deliver it on 14th feb 2016 which has not yet been delivered also they are not responding to call on customer support. I have paid my money in advance of Rs 620/- they have spoiled my day. please take action against them so that i can get money back

        Now the date is 26th Feb 2016 my product was going to deliver on 14th Feb. lots of People are complaining about this website FAKE FAKE FAKE website. Now they are saying that they will refund money what a joke...
        Now they are not even responding to calls of Customer. This Site should Be Shut Down. They are making money by fooling customers. NO ONE SHOULD BUY GIFT FROM THIS SITE

          Hi,

          I had made a order from this site and it had to be delivered on 13th eve but not yet delivered.whenever I am trying to reach them on customer care no am disconnected and cant talk to any of their representatives. In their 24/7 chat also every body ends my chat without answering me.I mean Send my gift is a big fraud and, People out there I have failed to seng the gift and also I have lost my money because since they are not even entertaining me I cant even get my money back but please refrain from using this site as u will only get Disappointment. They are bunch o[censored]nprofessionals, Unethical .

          They Delivered the Gift the next day 15th of feb which was of no use, but SMG showed the positive gesture by apologizing and also refunding my money without canceling the order.

            I ordered for a valentines day gift, Order No[protected]
            I called the customer care in the afternoon who promised it would be delivered by 6. After 6 i called 5 times (they had high volumes) and finally got through to an agent Tausif/taifuq who promised it would get delivered by 9. At 9 after a great deal of trying and call holding, i got through an agent who put me on hold for 12 minutes and abruptly the call got cut
            I called the call centre 14 times after that, it said call volume too high
            It was a nice day wasted because of pathetic execution by sendmygift.

            Even now the call centre is busy and I havent been able to get a repsonse form the mail ID [protected]@sendmygift.com, now the mails are bouncing due to quota exceeded

            Now I want to refund and a compensation

              I havn't recieved my order no[protected].it was a valentines gift assured to be delivered by 13th when i ordered. still no response.i called them and asked order status after 2 days of the delivery date and still response is as soon as possible. they don't even tell if order has been shipped also..which courier..then when i call they dont take call.i asked how to cancel and get refund they gave me a non- existant email id [protected]@sendmygift.com..the call center chat is filled with who makes us wait 30 min and tells delivery as soon as possible..no response as to when..next valentines day??they dont sent you any emails or msgs.possible because it can be used against them in court..i have all needed screenshots and payment details...when will i get my product???

                I had placed an order#[protected] on 14th Feb'16 morning for a cake to be delivered to my family in Surat. After making the payment i realized that there was no mail confirmation of the order nor an sms. Luckily i have taken a snapshot of the same. After waiting till evening 4pm & checking that the order hasn't been delivered i called up the call center who informed that he is sending a mail to his logistic team to have the same delivered by 6pm max.

                I waited till midnight & was continuously following up with my family, however no one turned up. The website dint show any status of my order placed since morning. On checking the call center said its a technical issue.

                The entire company is big cheat !! I realized this as no one is responding to my mails, nor the call center is taking any calls since last evening. Today when i send them a reminder mail, the same is not even getting delivered to them!!!. It has been one of the most horrible experience ever of my lift. Haven't seen such a pathetic service & no care for their customers.

                Have attached all the proofs for reference.

                I ONLY WANT A REFUND OF MY AMOUNT & NOTHING ELSE. PLS HELP!

                  I've ordered a particular cake that i saw in the website's listing on 13th February to be delivered on 14th in Bangalore, India from USA. But it was nt delivered on time or date or atleast by next day. I was instantly charged from my credit card and I received an email from Paytm saying of successful confirmation of the payment done towards the website Sendmygift.com. I've tried calling to the customer care number provided in the wesite (SUPPORT: [protected]@sendmygift.com[protected] also emailed them and chatted in 24/7 support chat with as many as 15 agents who have a set of predefined framed sentences to shoot to customers who try to ask them about the status of why the order not delivered.

                      ON 8feb2016 i book that order, on that time they confirming that order going to deliver on evening 8thfeb2016. but THEY DONT DELIVER. FROM 09feb2016 to 13feb2016 daily they told me that today we deliver that order but not.
                      they revert me on mail we already deliver that order this also fake .
                      Always on customer care number getting fake commitment .

                      so upset worst kind of service

                      Finally they spoil "my Valentine Week" still not deliver.

                              My order id is[protected] was supposed to get it delivered by 14 th feb, 16.

                              Before ordering this product i am check with sendmygift Live Support executive they confirmed the order will deliver in a day. After ordering the product they ask me to share the Order details. I am done the same given the Order Details to Live Support Team member Mr Ravi.

                              Till day i am not received the product and no communication as such. I tried to reach them on phone no use. Send email no response.

                              Very poor customer support and unmanaged services. Cheating the customer.

                              Spoiled my Valentines day :(

                              Till date they are not delivered the product and no intimation from sendmygift team. I am keep on trying to reach them. Finally they are saying the product is not available. Last Wednesday they told initiating the refund and nothing was happen. Today morning again i am spoke to them no clue i will get my money back or not. Its 2885 RS :(

                              Please don't buy any product from this website. Cheating the customer. They are fraud.

                                I had ordered combo on 6thfeb 2016 for 14thfeb 2016...by using CBD...one of the executive came and received money from me but delivery not happened on 14thfeb ...I waited till 11pm ...but no respond from customer care...tracking order is not working...It is fake company...they know how to cheat people...please don't ever choose this site sendmygift.com...its fraud company...my orderid is[protected]...i[censored]r company want to prove that it is geninue please refund my money...

                                    I ordered something for my wife to get it delivered by 13th Saturday. They were a lot of promises here and there and till now- 15th Monday- nothing has been delivered. Terrible service.

                                    When buying the products the Customer Services are very fancy but after everything went through- none of them respond and they're not respected at all- they transfer me to someone ECS- some executive customer officer. And these individuals don't even respond to the chat.

                                    We should really tell all media outlets in India as well overseas of such fraud websites- so no one can ever go through such problems that we're facing. I live in Australia and if such website do such fraud stuff- consumer have the right to face it and that's what I want to show India- can you guys put a ban to such websites like this one.

                                    Hoping to get an answer from the Indian Consumer Complaints.

It was about to send on Feb 14, 2016 but yet it hasn't being received by receiver. I haven't got any confirmation mail and also I'm not able track my order as that is showing an error or something.
