Such a fraud site, i ordered flowers to my husband on 14th feb, i was waiting for that from morning to till night.
I tried to chat with many customer care people.they dont have concern to give response..such a bakwas company,

Please guys ever never buy anything in SendMyGift.

Refund the our money back if you people really want to prove it is not fake....

Sendmygift is a run by a bunch of fake people who are waiting to only grab money from people.

I had ordered a cake and gifts for Valentine's day(ORDER NO.[protected]. Before ordering had taken a confirmation as well. But thanks to this crap **** site my order wasnt delivered at mid night nor on Valentine's day. MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED AT ALL.

Their mid night delivery schemes are all fake. These ppl...

My order No.[protected] was booked on Saturday on 13-Feb-2016, it was supposed to be delivered on 14-Feb-16 but did not happen. I have not yet received any updates for not delivering the order still. The chat person is also not responding and no one picks the call when dialled to the customer care......

I Have ordered on Sat 13th and order suppose to be delivered by 14th before 9pm.. still i have not received my order. i have called 50 times to customer care no one is responding. and 24/7 chat is hopeless fooling me from two days ..
please return my money asap..
if you can not handle bulk orders then close ur site and just ****..

I have order on 13 Feb night and one guy online chat with me and said that he will process order as soon as i send order no to him. I was happy and placed the order. it took me 2 min to order and pay the amount via netbanking. when I gave him order no that guy leaved the HELP DESK and It was showing that I am in que and 47 people are are in que. However I gave the order no to chat person but he didnot responded. Now its 15 and order has not...

Very bad experience of shopping with sendmygift.com . I have ordered flowers delivery on 14th Feb, supposed to delivered by 6am today. order ID[protected] is not trackable.

Adding more there is no one who can take my call, though customer service is 24/7.

Also I gave 149 INR extra for midnight delivery.Why you ppl take orders i[censored] dont deliver it .

This site is cheating people, I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered on 14 Feb'16 but the order still showing as pending. When I tried to reach out to their customer care no. and chat, there was no response. They are simply cheating people and playing with others emotions and charging us for the same as well....

My order number is[protected], I made the same order on 8th of Feb in morning.. I made atleast 10 calls to your cheap company for my status of order but every time they gave me false and fake statements, I spoke to raghu, asha, nagaveni and so much people over there but no one gave me correct information...I was told that i'll be getting the order in 4-5 working days, , u guys ruined my valentine....

I have order for 14th Feb - 2016. But still not reached. I have tried to chat with them even i can't cancel my order now. My order no is[protected].

A frustrated...

A very upsetting gesture my your fraud company that they've taken the money and the delivery is not yet done. The day is gone and I didn't get a revert nor anybody is receiving the ph. Give my money back or else I will take an action for fraudulent....

I have ordered one gift for my wife on 3rd Feb - order id[protected] which is 11 days before valentines day & asked them for delivery on 14th Feb. The item is not delivered & they don't respond to chat / phone. Now that it was not delivered on time, I don't want to accept the order & want my money back....

I had ordered a valentines gift on was confirmed it wil b delivered to the address in 3-4 business days.

It hs been 4 business days today, and order status is pending.

I want my money back. And file complaint against sendmygift.com...

I placed an order(order no.[protected] on 11th Feb to get it delivered to Bangalore, India on 14th Feb for my husband.

The order was successfully placed, I got order and payment confirmation email also. But he received the product yet, I tried reaching out to customer care no, live chat on the sendmygift site and even messaged them in Facebook. The live chat no one answered when I asked the order status....

The customer service number cannot be reached. Worst online chat and never tells the truth about your delivery status. Online tracking does not work and always shows status as pending.
Latest update from chat is that it shows delivered, but has not reached the destination. I need refund....

I have placed the order on February13th afternoon, and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th February. I paid 50rs for shipping and handling too. The gift was not delivered and tracking details says no updates..moreover they are not accepting any calls from yesterday. Chat is unavailable too. It highly irritates me. Seems like a total fraud company. I ordered a cake for delivery on 14th Feb. The cake never arrived. I tried chasing on their online chat about 8 or 10 times. They were extremely unhelpful. I only ever got through a person maybe twice and they just lied through their teeth claiming the cake will be delivered which it wasn't.

The email address given on the website just bounces. It seems like a fake email.
