Such a fraud site, i ordered flowers to my husband on 14th feb, i was waiting for that from morning to till night.
I tried to chat with many customer care people.they dont have concern to give response..such a bakwas company,

Please guys ever never buy anything in SendMyGift.

Refund the our money back if you people really want to prove it is not fake.

    Sendmygift is a run by a bunch of fake people who are waiting to only grab money from people.

    I had ordered a cake and gifts for Valentine's day(ORDER NO.[protected]. Before ordering had taken a confirmation as well. But thanks to this crap **** site my order wasnt delivered at mid night nor on Valentine's day. MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED AT ALL.

    Their mid night delivery schemes are all fake. These ppl do not have a customer care service at all. Their contact numbers do not work and online help they don't respond.

    Beware of this fake site. Do not buy anything from this site.. They cheat people and now they are not even refunding the money back.

I have not yet received any updates for not delivering the order still. The chat person is also not responding and no one picks the call when dialled to the customer care...

        I Have ordered on Sat 13th and order suppose to be delivered by 14th before 9pm.. still i have not received my order. i have called 50 times to customer care no one is responding. and 24/7 chat is hopeless fooling me from two days ..
        please return my money asap..
        if you can not handle bulk orders then close ur site and just ****..

          I have order on 13 Feb night and one guy online chat with me and said that he will process order as soon as i send order no to him. I was happy and placed the order. it took me 2 min to order and pay the amount via netbanking. when I gave him order no that guy leaved the HELP DESK and It was showing that I am in que and 47 people are are in que. However I gave the order no to chat person but he didnot responded. Now its 15 and order has not being delivered so far. Email sent to their customer-support email [protected]@sendmygift.com is bouncing back, because mail quota is exceeded. When I call customer-care computer told me they are very busy and unusual rush and disconnected the phone.

          WHAT THE **** SERVICE THEY HAVE?

          I a gonna chase them as long they did not refund me.

            Very bad experience of shopping with sendmygift.com . I have ordered flowers delivery on 14th Feb, supposed to delivered by 6am today. order ID[protected] is not trackable.

            Adding more there is no one who can take my call, though customer service is 24/7.

            Also I gave 149 INR extra for midnight delivery.Why you ppl take orders i[censored] dont deliver it .

            I need a refund of my money ASAP

              Hi,

              This site is cheating people, I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered on 14 Feb'16 but the order still showing as pending. When I tried to reach out to their customer care no. and chat, there was no response. They are simply cheating people and playing with others emotions and charging us for the same as well.

I made atleast 10 calls to your cheap company for my status of order but every time they gave me false and fake statements, I spoke to raghu, asha, nagaveni and so much people over there but no one gave me correct information...I was told that i'll be getting the order in 4-5 working days, , u guys ruined my valentine.

Tgey have no rights to cancrl the otder. Okay. So why the hell are u sitting there. On chat, they keep trandferrung chats to one person to otger.
                    Highly disgusted.

                      A very upsetting gesture my your fraud company that they've taken the money and the delivery is not yet done. The day is gone and I didn't get a revert nor anybody is receiving the ph. Give my money back or else I will take an action for fraudulent.

                            Hi,

                            I placed an order(order no.[protected] on 11th Feb to get it delivered to Bangalore, India on 14th Feb for my husband.

                            The order was successfully placed, I got order and payment confirmation email also. But he received the product yet, I tried reaching out to customer care no, live chat on the sendmygift site and even messaged them in Facebook. The live chat no one answered when I asked the order status. Customer care no is always busy.I sent them mail also but no reply.

                            I am currently in US, while placing order i confirmed a number of time if they can deliver it on 14th or not. But this site is fraud it seems. Even i came to know about similar experience with them from few others.

                            Today also they are not responding. It already spoiled my day. But still if they can deliver it now I am OK. Else i would assume its a cheat and will make people aware of this.

                                    Seems like a total fraud company. I ordered a cake for delivery on 14th Feb. The cake never arrived. I tried chasing on their online chat about 8 or 10 times. They were extremely unhelpful. I only ever got through a person maybe twice and they just lied through their teeth claiming the cake will be delivered which it wasn't.

                                    The email address given on the website just bounces. It seems like a fake email.

                                    The phone number is also unreachable.

                                    Such a shambolic operation. Please do not waste time and money placing and order through this fraud company. It is a scam.

                                    I tried calling your helpline but that is also of no use as no one picks up. When I did get a pick up the person on other end pretended to not hear me and disconnected. Can you please issue me a refund ? This is really the most horrible online service I have ever experienced.

                                      Order number[protected]. When I tried to contact them via chat they narrated 2 different cooked up story in 2 different chats... We are cheated guys... I have decided to involve media and go directly to their office in Bangalore. And consumer court... Public ... Let's join together and sue this fake and fraud company... By tomorrow if my order is not delivered then I will take step... I have saved all chats details... I do expect public to do the same and take appropriate action... We need our order to be delivered or let them pay our money with penalty... They think it's small amount and nobody will take action... That's why they are playing... See their guts... Even now they Re accepting orders when they are not able to deliver the promised ones... Let's sue this company

                                        Are you guys going to give me refund. Your online chat updated that refund has initiated and you will be calling me. I have transcript for same. Till now I haven't received a phone call or refund.

                                        Everyday you say it will be delivered today but actually it is not. Stop cheating customers. I need my refund.
