Order number:[protected]. Ordered on 12th February. Still not delivered. I trying to follow up with them but no use. Nobody picks the call and no chat response. Pathetic experience. Please sue this company. I have placed order for 1748 rs. It's a 100% fraud company. If you can't deliver the order then why do you cheat Indians.

Sendmygift is an online gift delivery company. I make 2 orders 5 days before Valentine day and land up paying them 1400/- for 2 boutique of flowers and few chocolates, they took extra charge for midnight delivery on 13 Feb, but unfortunately still these people have not delivered it on 15 Feb. Do not use this service, my friend received somebody's else gift from some other name and number. These people do not respond calls, none of their online service associate chats and help. you will cry taking follow up to them. very bad service, Mr. CEO (Send My Gift) please close this website, you people are of no use. Pathetic service, Please let me know the process for refund. Order #[protected]

On 13th feb 2016 i have ordered a product which was to be delivered by the same day, but they dint, on 14th feb 16 in every hour i called to their executives they given fake informations about the delivery, like it will deliver soon, its on the way, it will deliver by one hour don wory ...all are damm fakes..simply cheaters.product yet not delivered.who given you the rights to play wid others emotions .

Ordered for valentine day special cup cakes for my hubby on 13th Feb 16 and it was told it will be delivered by 9:00pm max on 14 Feb 16. Spoke to customer team via call as well as chat but no one responded properly. Waiting til mid night but then order was never delivered. They have taken money but didnt deliver the product.

If you have heavy order then do not accept if you cant deliver on time. No one has the rights to play with others emotions & feelings.

Ban such cheaters.

This is a fraud ecommerce website...it doesn't deliver on time and even if it does it changes the gift.
I had a very bad experience, I ordered a cake and a teddyon 10th Feb 16 which was to b delivered on 14th Feb, the order was fdelivered at 10 pm and that too a different cake and a stale one having large pieces of sugar cubes in it.
God knws what do they understand the meaning of a cake...and the teddy was not even delivered and no one is even picking the call and the chat room guys are waste...please do not ever order from this website.

Now they are not cancelling my order and saying we will deliver this on 15th.

On 11th feb i order a gift from their site and as per them they have to deliver it on 14 feb before 9:00 order id is[protected] and its now 15th feb and still no response has been received by the send my gift.

I'm a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer who had the misfortune of ordering from this site. I placed an order for a boquet of flowers to be delivered in 14 February 16 by standard delivery. First and foremost there is no mention on your website when you place an order of what a standard delivery is supposed to mean but I assumed that the order will be delivered anytime through the course of the day.
As I write this email, take note of the fact that I still haven't received the bouquet of flowers that I'd ordered. No one has bothered to call or inform me till now what has happened to my order. I tired to track the order on your so called website but the ordered seems untraceable for some reason why I believe only you would know. I tried calling your so called customer care no aeveral times through the course if the day but it appears that none of your customer service agents are available to take calls as you state that volumes are too high. Really don't know what kind of staffing these guys do.

I then sent an email to the email id mentioned by the automated voice message when I'd called customer care for which I still haven't received any response. I tried chatting with a customer service agent and they state at 23.40 the order is in transit and will be delivered today. Really??? They mentioned that there was a delay due to heavy orders. If they are not capable of handing large orders then they have no right to take large orders. If I order something on a particular day it will be for a sepcific purpose and when the delivery doesnt happen on that day then it doesn't fulfill the purpose.

My husband's bday and Valentines day was on 14th Feb. What sense does it make for him to receive flower's post 14th? I waited for those flowers whole day. This site is terrible and their nonexistent customer care is even more horrendous. They just know to take someone's hard earned money and not provide the promised service.

I will never make the mistake of ever ordering from this deplorable pathetic site and will ensure I inform everyone I know to stay away from this site unless they want to waste their time and money. This is the first time I ordered from this site and you can be assured this will definitely be the last time as well. I've ordered from.so many online sites before but have never faced such issues with any other site before.

I do not want those flowers anymore as they have failed to provide me the service I requested for. So I want a refund for Rs 299, the amount I'd paid for the flowers.

I'm hoping at least someone will respond to me in this and my refund will be taken care of as requested

As mentioned in earlier complaints. I too dint get proper response from neither chat nor customer care.

Yesterday i order a gift from their site and as per them they have to deliver it before 9:00 order id is[protected] and its 11:45 no response has been received by the send my gift,
cancel the order and return our money else i have to take legal action against your company.

If you guys don't have the capacity to deliver orders or even talk to Customers and resolve issues. Then don't go about saying Pan India delivery, same day delivery, 24/7 Support, dedicate hotline number so on and so forth.
These words mean something unlike the mockery you have made them to be.

I ordered 4 products under order no. is.[protected] on 14th February 2:00 am and they promised to deliver by 14th February. None of them got delivered till date. No one in the customer care picks up the call and even the mail id they have provided is fake as my mail got bounced back. I want a refund of Rs 1392 which was my order amount. Please help me. I'm attaching all documents for the reference.

I made an order today at 6:30 pm when promised that the same will be delivered today by 9 pm. there is no call no show till now. customer service representatives are not responding and emails are bouncing back because of fraudulence. Worst service ever. You people take money in advance and don't ever
send a confirmation mail regarding the order. The customer care service doesn't ever pick the call. My package was not delivered on the desired date which was promised by you.

Hello sir, i ordered a gift on 8th feb and the promised date of delivery was 9..they took the payment online through paytm...but neither the product is delivered till now nor they are answering any call... even not replying on chat or mail...
