Dear sir, i have placed my order with order no[protected] on 9/2/2016 to be delivered on 14/2/2016, order status is showing pending, i try to contact customer care but nobody is replying properly through chat box, neither i am to talk with customer care .Plz look into the matter.

Worst site I have never seen .I placed order before 3 days for valentines day, but i didn't got my order .Iam really very much dissapointed with this site.And at the time of placing order customer support will assist in such a good way that they will guide to place a order.After placing order they didn't even bother about our need.Iam really very much dissapointed, i was really fool because I trusted this site for special occassion.Friends please dont place any order in this site.This is pakka fraud site, waste service.

I have ordered a gift combo to my valentine which has to be delivered today(14th Feb). But it's not happened. Don't know how many times i have called customer service, but i wont be connected. No updates to mail and mobile. But they have made their payment nicely.

I made an order on 13th feb for making delivery of a cake in Mumbai on 14th feb on standard time. Order ID : [protected]. But its already 10.20pm and nothing has been delivered till now. Its like after getting there payment, nobody is going to response their valuable customers. Also there is no direct contact from them so that estimated timing can be known in case this website is not a fraud.

Please take this matter seriously as I can see they have fooled hundreds of people till now. Kindly arrest these company owners immediately as they are making their bank balances by fooling people. I have ordered bouquet yesterday and chasing up them since morning and now I have read their reviews and came to know I have been fooled like among others.
They have spoiled the evening ..Please take some strict action.

I had placed an order as the website promised delivery on 14th Feb. After making the payment, it said that I could track the delivery status using my Order ID.

CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD
- The transaction status showed as "Invalid" on the website
- The call center told be that delivery will happen by 9PM but nothing was delivered
- After 9PM on 14th Feb, I got no response by call center nor by the online 24/7 chat service
- At 10PM on 14th Feb, the site is still booking Valentine's Day orders for same day delivery

RESOLUTION EXPECTED
Refund + Additional Penalty from sendmygift.com (for the heavy inconvenience caused by this unacceptable service mishap)

Hi, In spite of 12 calls and chats full day, these kids were not able to deliver my order. I kept on requesting continuously and still no update from them.
They must be thugs for sure with no professionalism.
Why the hell should not their Trading license be annulled.

So to all mentals at this company - can you process my refund!

I have placed an order on 13th feb expected to be deliver on 14th feb morning.

Don't know what is happening with my order. Are they going to deliver it or not.
This is the worst online website and big fraud company.

Let me give a genuine 1st time user experience of send my gift. I had to send a gift to Mumbai. So I registered, selected from many options available and started the process. The page said your order would be confirmed once I do the payment. Well I did. The payment was smooth and once the payment was done I was redirected to the continue shopping page. Neither I got any confirmation on my account or in my mail. The delivery date was the very next day.
Now pool of problems started.
1. When I checked the order status it was still pending, and there in so info on the payment done.
2. Tried to contact the customer service, but smart send my gift doesn't even have a link about it.
3.There is an enquiry option which doesn't reply to the enquiry at all.
4.I reached their Facebook page and sent a message, got an immediate response saying sorry for the inconvenience, we'll get back to you. Glad they didn't specified the time now date because they never did get back to me.
5. I Googled for their contact no which is not reachable.
So basically send my gift is a company which takes prior payment (Cash Before Delivery, the fancy term), but never bother to deliver or attend to customers.
I lost my money and till now it's not remitted nor the problem was addressed.
Send my gift, please note Hritik Roshan can only get you popularity but no to test trust.
Thanks for spoiling my plans for my friends birthday and wasting my money.
Well I think it's my fault again. I just misunderstood your website name.. I tout it's to send gifts to my known people, but got to know send my gift is talking about itself.

I ordered a basket with chocolates and Teddy bears for Valentine's day
According to the customer care executive it supposed to be delivered before 9pm today but it's 10:15 pm and no sign of any delivery is received till now.
This fraud company has shattered my planning of surprising my future hubby with the gift.
I want my money back from this company.

On chat they r very very slow...after 20 msg they reply once that too wrong and false assurance. Told that my order will be delivered on 14th.but its 10.30pm of 14th Feb. I don't know when they will deliver.fraud ppl please return my hard earned money.

I had a chat with customer care and they told it will be delivered by 9pm on 14feb 2016 it's 10.03pm but not yet recieved the order and there is no one from whom i can get updates.

I had ordered for a combo mentioned to be delivered on saturday 13feb2016 but it has not been delivered till now 14feb2016 10:00pm. I have called them atleast 20 times and spend around ₹100 on the calls and every time they just give assurance and now nobody from customer care is picking the call. Please help me.

I ordered a gift from this site on[protected] at around 2:15 AM to be delivered to Bhayander Maharashtra, and it has been around 18 hours and still they didn't revert to me and as per their claims, they deliver it maximum by 9:00 pm and it has been 9:45 pm but i got no response from them.
I didn't even get any mail neither any message saying that what is my order detail
Even after calling to their customer support, they seemed to be dumb and didn't help me by any mean, they just were hopping from one authority person to other.
I lost my Rs 739 and i felt that they are playing with emotions as i couldn't deliver the gift to my beloved one's.

Had ordered valentine gift to my wife, wanted to give her surprise by sending out flowers, chocolate and greetings but unfortunately this website surprised me by not delivering it on time.

Please change your tag line Delivering emotions... Which doesn't suit you . Replace with : We play with your emotions and trust!!! Which suits you the most.

If you cannot handle please don't play with others emotions. Entire day went checking your non functional

Order for Cake and Flower combo on Feb 7th. Expected delivery was 14th between 7am to 9pm its 9.43 pm now i am writing complain still did not received my order. They have really pathetic service no support from cc, customer care people always say it will delver on time other than that they will not give any information. Overall I did not see such pathetic service before.
Now only favor I want from these people that they return my money and stop playing with the emotion of people.

I have ordered valentine's day gift order id :[protected] a day before and under standard delivery which means gifts shall get delievered between 9am to 9pm .

But like every other person in this forum i too made a fool of me by ordering it from fraud company sendmygift.com.

Why i'm writting fraud is because in case a comapny as laid down in terms and conditions as well don't pomise to deliever it due to any valid reason.

They do revert on mail or through call regrading the same and provide information on refund timing .

Mental agony and all they don't understand atleast if they refund it atleast they will justify not as a fraud if not then certainly they are fraud

Order No is[protected]. The order was made on 14/02/2016 at 11:04:42 by paying Rs 699.00. It was supposed to get delivered within 9 pm on the same day. Firstly it was said that the order could not be delivered to Kolkata but then the customer care executive confirmed it's possibility by chat and placed the order. Till now no response. The mail id is incorrect, the customer care number is not operative. I have planned a gift for my fiancee, now all my plans have got shattered. I am highly disappointed. Not only I want my money back I too want compensation for the loss of my time, money and specially the moment.
