I have ordered my gifts at 13th feb at 7 pm and the order has to deliver on 14th feb time between 8 am to 9 pm but still we have not receives the order and i have called many times to customer care but no one is picking up the phone and when i am asking in the chat to customer care about my order status so they r not relying anything any ignoring me.

Guys i m going to lodge a police complaint against this fraud company bcoz they took my money and send my order yet.

Sendmygift gift site is fake and and their peoples r also fake and i have tried many times but they r not responding anything about my order.

Sendmygift peoples listen me very carefully either u send my order as soon as possible or else send my money back and i[censored] will not take it seriously then wait call from police.

This site is fully Froud.I have ordered a valentine gift for wife which was supposed to be delivered on 14th February with order ID[protected] and money has been given through paytm. Apart from sending a confirmation message there was no information regarding the material ordered thereafter. The gift was for a particular occasion and nondelivery caused mental trauma. There is tracking order system and contact numbers are not working. No reply to mail. continuous in touch with chat support always there is same reply that it will be delivered before 9pm but now more than 9 pm but not delivered. Feeling cheated from this site. My first experience is worst on this site. feeling this is a scam site who is cheating customers. i am planning to go for FIR against this site as it causes so much mental torture.They ask for [protected]@sendmygift email but when we send email, email is not delivered as they said nothing is present. W.r.t my order ID[protected] dated 10th Feb worth 169/-, the product was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb.
But no one showed up. Trying to reach customer care but no response. Online chat service is also fake and automated. email id [protected]@sendmygift.com bounces the mail. I am sure this is a fake company who have cheated all buyers in the name of Valentine gifts.
Please take strict action against them. Though my amount is small, but many people must have paid to this company and they must had accumulated lots. Strict action is required to prevent this type of companies coming up in future.
And for my case, please refund my money back as my day is already ruined. Thanks to you.

Order number[protected] .The order was supposed to be delivered on 13th .But 3 times i got a delayed delivery report from customer care and yet the product is not delivered yet.Customer care is not picking the calls, highly irresponisible

It was standard delivery type so it was supposed to deliver by 9pm, when will it get delivered? WHEN YOUR CLOCK WILL STRIKE 9PM?? if you cannot make it dont take the order.

Called the cystomer care which is able to take calls ever. Worst online chat service, noone will ever listen to you or assist you. Could not cancel the order even due to such service.

Such a fraud company like SRNDMYGIFT. Spoilt everything, mood, money, valentine's day. It was my mistake to place an order with u guys.

Looking below at the response of the other customers.

No doubt it was the scam started by SendMyGfit company of lakhs of rupess.
Police should definetely takes action these people.

Lets support each and make sure this company learn its lesson.

Order number[protected] was placed on date[protected] for the Valentines Day of 2016 not for the 2017. Do you have any proper explanation for the non delivery if you have than justify it, if not than need my money refunded back to my account. If not i am ready to file a FIR.

The first experience is the worst experience with your bloody service on my first Valentine's day, not fit to stay in the market and will be giving my experience with THE WORST SERVICE send my gift as I placed an order very prior nd in spite of contacting customer service through out din fetch any good result not just that in spite of complaining to CSD MANAGER also it became waste my whole day has became worst

Order no[protected] ordered for a cake which dint get delivered and the full day I kept calling the customer care no one revived the call it's had a pre recorded note saying we are unable to attend ur call becaus of heavy flow and the live customer chat also of no use cause no one replied to it .. No email or message received on placing the order.

i have fully relied on this web site but this site has ruined my day.

as i were out of city, i planned to surprise my fiance with flowers but this site has ruined my valentine day.

I had ordered a gift combo today in the morning (Order #[protected] and was assured by chat support team that order will be delivered by noon. But till now I have not seen any response via phone, message, mail or any change in the order status.
While taking the order, the sales support team was quick in responding and using sales gimmicks requesting to order fast because site is overloading. However after the order is taken, I tried approaching customer support through chat and phone, but nobody is responding properly. Chat support team is either leaving the chat box or responding incoherently. Also IVR is putting me on hold indefinitely.

This kind of attitude towards a customer does not only break the trust we put on you for gifting a loved one but can also be deemed as unlawful business practice. How can you dupe customers like this ?

I have ordered for rs1400 combo gift for 14 feb valentines day ..since morning I'm waiting badly for the delivery but none of them turned up end of the day as well. I'm so frustrated and annoyed waiting for the delivery since morning and wasted my time...this website is fake as per the reviews I looked into... My order no is[protected] please don't proove all of that your website is fake and fraudulent... If you people are not able 2 render good customer service just wind up your company.. And refund my money ASAP or else I will lodge a case to consumer court.

I had ordered a valentine combo today, scheduled to be delivered today (i.e. 14 February 2016). There is no response from the company and I don't even know its status. Highly unprofessional, no service at all even after receiving the full payment, false claims and seems a fake website!

Please stop receiving money for free and playing with emotions.

I had paid for flower and cake for my family through order no[protected]. they have not delivered the same. the Bangalore number is a fake and they do not entertain the chat. I have the online chat copy with me. throughout day they kept saying it would be done by 2100 as its std order delivry but nothing happened. DO NOT FALL FOR THE BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE. THEY ARE FAKE.

I placed a order with order number[protected]. It was cost about 592 in rupees. this product has not been delivered yet and no customer support has been provided for this. I sent them mails but no reply. They have provided this customer care number [protected]. It always shows busy and never ever any representative attended call. the order always shows processing and never delivered. This is a TOTALLY FAKE SITE.


Please guys DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS. It spoiled my day.

Send My Gift.com disappointed me big time, for the very first time i used there services Order #[protected], it was a valentine day gift, which couldn't be delivered for the entire day, i kept calling your helpline number [protected] & people there kept on hanging up on me instead of providing any resolution, It's already 8:15PM and as per the online chat Rep the order is still processing. these people shouldn't accept orders when they can't fulfill it, they've completely ruined the surprise for me, totally Pathetic experience, where they aren't "delivering emotions" but "ruining emotions".
