Shaha Finlease is an genuine company, in the start of My account even I was scared against this company and the Review which I saw on the Internet while I was surfing for Shaha Finlease it was not that good.

When I came across with the Agents of Shaha Finlease they spoke to me so politely, they understand each and every problem of mine, infect they gave me EMI option also to close my account, they supported me a lot to close...

False credit card outstanding of Rs 49 Lakhs updated on my name in CIBIL by Shaha Finlease

In my cibil report, there is an outstanding balance of Rs 49, 77, 722 Lakhs updated by shaha finlease private limited with credit card [protected]. As per my records, I have never used any credit card of any bank by this credit card number.

When I opened my CIBIL score then I was surprise to get entry into my CIBIL from Shaha for consumer loan of account SXSEGJHA[protected].

I have never taken or contacted SHAHA for any loan or any other type of financial loan.

Outstanding balance of 31.84 lakh showing on my CIBIL report after 14 years of settlement

I recently checked my CIBIL report and saw an outstanding balance of 31.84 lakh owed to Shaha Finlease. I have already settled my credit card 14 years ago and see this sudden amount on my CIBIL report.
This left me awestruck and I do not understand the due amount. Kindly remove this due amount as this is invalid and wrong.
Please contact me and resolve this....

In my cibil report there is an outstanding balance of Rs 81 Lakhs updated by shaha finlease private limited with credit card no [protected]. as per my records I have never used any credit card of any bank by this credit card number. In my Credit score it is showing an outstanding 166, 04, 174 of a card that I do not own (Ending with xxx 4051.
Iam a 71 year old heart patient and a retired Indian Airforce officer. I never used this credit....

Voiding the credit card balance

My dad was using the credit card till 2005 and then my dad did the settlement for the credit card and we do have settlement payment letter and also court order having the signature of SCB branch manager. Now after 15 years, we are trying to apply home loan and still the balance has piled up for 15 years as they have not closed the account from their end and now it is showing as 13L balance. We are really frustrated and having a hard time...

Calling my dad and asking to pay amount even after settlement done

Today one lady named Ananya from Shaha Finlease called my dad and asked him to pay the amount. He said that the settlement has been done. I have said these people a mail regarding the same with the attached copy of the settlement letter. This lady named Ananya says that it is the offer letter and not the settlement letter. Doesn't she know that it is the settlement of account and standard chartered gives that as the letter while settling...

Recently I have applied for the Car loan, I was shocked to see my CIBIL score that SHAHA Finlease has reported to for Rs. 8+ Lakhs for Credit Card due of 9000 RS for Standard Chartered for the year 2005. Its has been 15year from now, if I remember I have paid the outstanding amount. How ever currently I do not have any document to prove it.
I got couple of times threating call from Shaha finlease and not co-operating with the statement...

Credit card fraud

Hi,

My name is Parikshit, my mother had a credit card from Standard Chartered bank in the year 2002. The same was settled in 2004 with no dues certificate as well. Now this company called Shah Finlease is calling her and threatening and asking for payment of Rs 32 800 as settlement of the account. The person calling is named Neha and she is threatening us and talking in an abusive manner with my mother. They are harassing...

Want to whether they are the authorized representatives for SCB to collect the dues of SCB

I would like to know whethet shaha finlease is authorized to close scb credit card balance and issue noc. Kindly confirm and tomorrow i dont want scb to come again saying that i have not paid....

Settled Credit Card Account of SCB

Hi,

When I check my CIBI 2 months back, I was taken by surprise to see an outstanding of 1.17 crore aganisy SHAHA Credit Card. When I checked in Google I see SHAHA takes care of SCB related Credit Cards.

In CIBIL Written off Status shows - Wrtitten Off but there is no change in my cibil score

I have done the full and final settlement of my SCB Account on 29th July 2003

Reported with CIBIL as an outstanding amount for 4.69 Crores on Credit Card

I am shocked to see that SHAHA Fine lease has reported to CIBIL for Rs. 4.69 Crores for Credit Card due of 77, 000 for Standard Chartered for the year 2002. Its 18 year old issue, i had paid partially and settled with SC bank. I do not have any document to prove it now.

Shaha finlease is not co-operating with the statement and wants me to pay 1.42 Lakh for the closure. This is not fair, i need help or suggestion from anyone...

Wrong Cibil reporting

I have recently checked my cibil report to realize that there is 1 account reported with late payments and a default from Shaha for 763000 and after a month reported as 14 lakhs on research I found this was a company which acquired standard charted cards in 2010 and have been reporting wrongly to cibil.
I had closed the Stan chart credit card in 2006 and details have been provided to Shaha customer service and the limit on that card...

I have not taken any credit card or loan from SHAHA FINLEASE PVT LTD but they have shown 9L in my Cibil report.

can someone tell me what is the process of filing a criminal case against this company for updating wrong information against me in Cibil

How can SHAHA FINLEASE PVT LTD update my Cibil without any prof of giving me loan ?
