    This is Sanjeeb and I have used SCB card for 23k however Shah Finlease added somewhere around 98 lacs on my name in my cibil. I will file a suit against this company. They are pathetic.

      My wife had a credit card from SCB which has a delayed transaction which the bank didn’t address & my wife paid the outstanding later 3k, now SCB has sold the portfolio to Shaha FinLease & they are charging 400 times the original outstanding which was bank’s fault.

      Do let me know if I need to raise it to consumer court.

      SCB or Shaha FinLease cannot fleece people like this.

      Shaha FinLease is asking for 34k to settle this. It’s totally absurd & unlawful.

        Address: A-12 RUNWAL PLAZA, Vartak Nagar

        I was shocked to discover that I have an outstanding loan of Rs 75, 24, 000 from Shaha Finance I have never taken a loan of this huge an amount that too in 1996.
        no such amount has ever been transfered to me through any bank or lender.
        I am unable to get any loans from other banks and would always wonder what was wrong. Please look into this I am also attaching a CIBIL statement of the said loan

              Wrong information posted in my dad's credit card history... We were surprised to see the amount of 1, 33, 88, 524... We have cleared all other dues... We shall file a complaint against you... My dad is a retired govt servant... He does not have any dues.. moreover is not alive... What the hell you people are doing???

                When I came across with the Agents of Shaha Finlease they spoke to me so politely, they understand each and every problem of mine, infect they gave me EMI option also to close my account, they supported me a lot to close my account, Managers of Shaha Finlease Mumbai head office are so good that they understand and they try to help customers like me and close our account.

                They helped me a lot to close my account and gave me NDC instantly and they also updated My CIBIL as Blank with in 3 Working days which I checked from www.Cibil.com.

                They helped me alot and it was a great Please with them.

                  In my cibil report, there is an outstanding balance of Rs 49, 77, 722 Lakhs updated by shaha finlease private limited with credit card [protected]. As per my records, I have never used any credit card of any bank by this credit card number.

                    There are already discussion going on with you in customer care. needless to say that document you provided has only matching point is Name. Your Customer care has demanded money for settlement without even comparing the my PAN personal details and document shared by Shaha customer care in their document customer personal details. please compare the personal details of my PAN card under which you have reported in CIBIL and customer KYC document which you have claimed in CIBIL.

                    Request you to stop harassing me over mail and remove the entry from CIBIL.

                      I recently checked my CIBIL report and saw an outstanding balance of 31.84 lakh owed to Shaha Finlease. I have already settled my credit card 14 years ago and see this sudden amount on my CIBIL report.
                      This left me awestruck and I do not understand the due amount. Kindly remove this due amount as this is invalid and wrong.

                      The settlement was done 15 years ago. I do not have the settlement letter and the payment proof. Can you check your records? The payment was made in full and the settlement was done. My cibil report did not show your credit card pending amount in the last 15 years, so why do i see it suddenly like other customers who have also reported a similar issue. I demand update of my a/c in cibil asap. Kindly contact me offline if any thing is required from my side.

                      I haven't received any reply to my previous comment. It is absurd that I need to track down a document 15 years old. It's not possible. Could you please reach out to find a way to waive off the huge amount visible on my CIBIL report. I urge you to provide a contact whom I can reach out to close the matter.

                                My dad was using the credit card till 2005 and then my dad did the settlement for the credit card and we do have settlement payment letter and also court order having the signature of SCB branch manager. Now after 15 years, we are trying to apply home loan and still the balance has piled up for 15 years as they have not closed the account from their end and now it is showing as 13L balance. We are really frustrated and having a hard time to get this loan sanctioned as cibil is already showing 13L balance even after having proof of settlement and court order. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP and void the balance so that we don't have to face any further problem.

                                Can you tell me why is it taking so long to review documents which was sent on customer service email because I haven't heard anything on the email and it has been 4-5 days I've sent email on your email I'd. Could you please hurry?? If you want I can share the documents here as well... Please suggest something and resolve this issue ASAP.

                                  Today one lady named Ananya from Shaha Finlease called my dad and asked him to pay the amount. He said that the settlement has been done. I have said these people a mail regarding the same with the attached copy of the settlement letter. This lady named Ananya says that it is the offer letter and not the settlement letter. Doesn't she know that it is the settlement of account and standard chartered gives that as the letter while settling it. Inspite of we settling the account, how dare these people can put the interest even after closing the card (2003). It has been 17 years after closing the account and now they are creating such frustrating moves means someone needs to take action against this company for sure. Guys beware of this fraud company!

                                  I do not want you guys to call again. You guys speak with Standard Chattered if you have any issues. Not with the guys who have closed the account. Ask Standard Chattered on what basis they closed the account. This should be the final approach from your company.

                                    Recently I have applied for the Car loan, I was shocked to see my CIBIL score that SHAHA Finlease has reported to for Rs. 8+ Lakhs for Credit Card due of 9000 RS for Standard Chartered for the year 2005. Its has been 15year from now, if I remember I have paid the outstanding amount. How ever currently I do not have any document to prove it.
                                    I got couple of times threating call from Shaha finlease and not co-operating with the statement and wants me to pay 30 thousand at least for the closure. However I ignore the calls . later on through social media they used to call my family members also . This is not fair, I need help or suggestion from anyone who had the similar experience . I do see in this forum lot of people are complained against Shaha Finlease. There customer service is not apparently customer service they don't talk professionally and always in the threating tone. Any help or suggestion highly appreciated.

                                    I was holding SCB credit card in the year 1999 and i had outstanding and there was one executive by name Jagadeesh from collection agency came and collected the cash of 2000 and cleared my outstanding. on 3rd Feb 2021 i received a call from Preethi of Shaha Finlease and caliming that i hold 29000 outstanding and i have to celar that or else she is threatning me that my CIBIL score she will put me as defaulter and i will not be able to get any loan from any bank. How can a bank following with me on my outstanding amount after 22 yrs it is really surprising. During this COVID19 we all are affected financially very badly. This time calling us and giving surprise it is like we will get heart attack. Request you to help me on the same. I am sure i do not have so much outstanding and muy credit limit itself was 30000.

                                      Hi,

                                      My name is Parikshit, my mother had a credit card from Standard Chartered bank in the year 2002. The same was settled in 2004 with no dues certificate as well. Now this company called Shah Finlease is calling her and threatening and asking for payment of Rs 32 800 as settlement of the account. The person calling is named Neha and she is threatening us and talking in an abusive manner with my mother. They are harassing...
