There is a credit card from shaha finlease which is showed in my cibil, i never applied for this credit card any point in my life, i am hearing the name only now. Secondly it is showing i am still paying while i do not live in india for a lot of years now. The amount is showing rs. 8, 36, 572 i cannot believe this, at any point of time while i was in india i would never be eligible for such a big amount of credit card. If i had taken the credit card then show me the proof that i have taken. This is affecting my cibil scores.

I didn't even open any account regarding credit card in shaha finlease but it is showing in my cbil score that i took a credit card of amount 55 lakhs which spoiled my entire cbil score now am not getting any loans form any banks
Pls kindly solve this problem whole ever it concern my son and daughter marriages are their and i required for a loan
We took a credit card in standard chartered and closed it at year 2000
And some of cbil members said they will make setting for some amount like 50k
My question is why should i pay without any reason i cleared it played thoroughly now y should i psy it

The Above mentioned A/c No does not belong to me and i request your kind team to resolve the issue asap.

With reference to the above subject credit card, an amount of rs.87, 11, 571 was shown against the credit card pending 20/7/1996.

Kindly note that i have not taken any credit with above details. Therefore
Kindly provide the details of credit card used and transaction detials, to check from my side at the earliest. This transaction is appearing in my cibil report and affecting my credit score.

I inquired and found that all above information pan card, dob, address and email all was wrong information. Nothing matched with my information.

This is chandra rao and this is regarding continuous harassment i was going through by shaha finlease and on top of that reporting of non - payment credit card dues. The card was taken around 2001 and settled in 2002 with all dues paid. Despite telling this i received multiple calls... Recently they stopped.

I thought i was out of this, and they have associated this as write-off amount... For the amount that i did not need, why would i really need to take it?

How can i solve this, going back to 17 years? Please recommend me how to proceed.

I recently checked my cibil report and was shocked to find an outstanding amount of 90 lacs on a credit card against shaha. I had received calls from shaha and every time i have told them the situation with scb.

My scb credit card was lost and i had called the bank to block and cancel it about 15 years back. I was under the impression that it is blocked, but now to see this outstanding amount is a shock to me. After reading other complaints on shaha, i understand it is a fraud company trying to extract money from people.

I am very upset as i wish to take a loan, can someone please help me with this.

This pertains to my standard chartered credit card which i had gone for settlement in october 2009. I was outside kolkata during those days but had specifically visited to settle my oustanding dues. We had agreed on a settlement amount and made the payment as per agreement. Though i was promised that the account will be settled and an noc will be issued. However, nothing was received though i kept making calls but to no avail. I was assured that i need not worry about the settlement every time i made calls.
However i got the shock of my life when i saw my cibil report yesterday. The account has been reported as "write off" with above 19k showing as write off amount.
I request the shaha finlease team to resolve this at the earliest. I have also raised a dispute with cibil on the same.

I have not taken any any loans/credit card from SHAHA FINLEASE but one of

the credit card account reflecting in my cibil. Kindly resolve the issue as early as
possible.

Request you to please handle the case carefully and resolve the matter.

My name is Punam Rathod. Few days back I had applied for housing loan, which the bank refused telling that my Cibil score is low. When I checked the score it showed the outstanding over RS.13 lacs which I had never taken. I had the card from 2001 to 2003 with the dues already paid off, and then I destroyed the card. I also had taken the letter from the concern officer for the payment paid. And now after 15 years, when I am applying for the loan, which I am not granted due to bad Cibil score showing outstanding on SCB credit card. I have not kept the payment receipt as 15years had passed and I didn't imagined about these fraud case. And cibil statement shows that someone has been making payment of 181 rupees to keep my card active and the last payment done on my account was June 2018.

Please somebody help me out of this, as I am a middle class person never taken loan as saving my creditability for taking housing loan at the end of my service and also salaried person with no savings at the end of the month.

How am I to come out of this, me and my family's dreams are shattering and am not able to sleep also as mentality harassed and disturbed.

Dear friends as per your offer letter no. Hysc35287/30.08.2018 i have paid rs. 34697/- (Bil/nft/[protected]/31.08.2018) but your people has told after receiving the payment we may send the noc and cibil clearance along standard chartered bank letter. But till this hour i have not received.
Please tell what is the reason and do the needful as early as possible.

I have taken personal loan from standard chartered bank and the same been closed long back and the account number is 02528029. Recently, when i get the cibil report it shows that this account is overdue but i have closed this account and received the closure letter for the same. However, i have attached the letter for your reference. Kindly do check and revert back as soon as possible.

Recently i applied for an od on my existing house loan in obc bank. The bank reported back informing me with low cibil.
On checking my cibil report i came to know that an unknown credit card is reported on my account.

Attaching here is the details i can see on cibil.
Also, i can see that someone is regularly making payments of 181rs to keep this card alive.

I have already raised cibil dispute (Attached)

Request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

I have taken few loans in the period between 2015 and 2018 and every time the banker have referred my cibil score it has been above 750.

Sudeenly when i approached a bank last week for some financial assitance i came to understand that my cibil score is low. When i personally went to cibil website i saw that the score is 672. I was surprise as i has personally checked my cibil score in may and it was 765. When i studied the report i saw a new addition to my cibil report.

Somebody by name shaha has listed a credit card in my name in 1997 and the outstanding is 1.22 crore. Can anybody get a credit of 1.22 crore. How is it that this amoynt has popped up i am not able to understand. I have raised a complaint with cibil and awaiting thier response. However, i am surprised to see that quite a few have raised complaint against this shaha and cibil has not taken any kind of action against them for non compliance of due deligence.

For some of the complaints i come to understand that this shaha is calling and threatening and asking for money (I have not received any single call till now). Has this become one fraud where people are updating customers name in cibil and are collecting illegal money out of them.

I think cibil as a credit rating agency has to excercise some caution and conduct a due deligence of the source from which the updation is happening and also be make accountable for wrong updations. I am contemplating a pil and a legal suit against cibil incase if this is not cleared. Kindly advise the course of action that i should take to get out of this mess created by cibil

I had subscribed to cibil report in the month of jul2018 and i am surprised to see one personal loan information stated in my account which does not belongs to me.

The information reads as personal loan from shaha and opened on[protected] and status as written off. The amount over due is shown as rs 1, 95, 987/- i had never taken a credit card from shaha bank and had it written off/defaulted.

I do not know shaha is which bank and where should i do my query, it is effecting my credit score too. Plz help to find me the bank shaha

Myself sukhdev acharya from kolkata now based in mumbai due to official purpose. I have closed my worst maintained vintage account of standard chartered cards and top-up loan recently from shaha finlease team. When i got to know that i have to pay shaha finlease i found it odd, i took their address and personally visited instead of telephone numbers updated on sites / justdial etc. i reached out to their senior staff who reviewd my account and gave a pratical figure which was digestable. i also negotiated with him on which he got some approvals and reduced the amount by some thousands. so something is better than nothing and believing in this quote and him i made an instant neft on shaha's current account. they shared me an upfront offer letter and post 1 month my cibil score fly like rocket in the sky. trust me it was just a matter of some money and trust which was gained eventually from shaha finlease. sky is the limit for you. cheers shaha

I have a court order. here The Honorable city civil court directed to Shaha that this clint have no Dues or any Claim . so you give him a Noc. But The Shaha consistantly obey the Court order and since last 10 years they are earn to me money. That"s why they are not corrected my cibil record. Standard Bank give me loan not Shaha give me loan. Whereas The Standard Chartered Bank say me that we have no claim on you But you ( the Broker who already sold out from Standard chartered bank ) why make my Cibil score Bad?
