Hi,

I got a settlement notice to pay 25, 000 INR to close the issue and clear cibil negative score. I have paid the amount to them on 7/Feb/2014 from Axis bank.

Customer number from SAHA Finelease: [protected]

The transaction was made though on line to Standard Chartered bank of Shaha Finlease.

Here is the reference ID for that transaction from AXIS: 30936250

I have bank statement and screen shot the payment confirmation. Please help to get the resolve ASAP. As it impact my home loans

Hi,

Issue was resolved. But I will update after my cibil was cleared.

I got an update from Shaha that to pay 25000 inr to close. I have made the payment today to clear it from my cibil.

    You might face constant follow-up & reminders for payments from shaha finlease which ideally you are liable to being on a default stage, however the fact is no bank / nbfc will leave their money and the same way they will also bother us incase their lended funds are not receovered. The law is simple its a give and take relation. shaha finlease exist and they are the official custodian of the accounts which were once held with the mnc bank stan chart. no wonder they did a recovery from me too but comparative to HDFC and SBI these guys are well professional & well behaved. If you take them for a ride they will not grant you any leverage. so cooperate and close the account on a good note.Sanjay Paniwal

      Hi, my name is alok jain and i am from mumbai. I had a credit card with standard chartered bank in yr 2000 and i hardly used it. I dont think / remember of having any dues pending however in early 2018 when i applied for a housing loan.. It got rejected. Reason low cibil score. I was instructed to contact shaha finlease where this case has been transferred. The provided landline number was difficult to reach as it used to be busy every next second. However fortunately i got in touch with customer care of shaha and the lady provided the information of my past dues not cleared. Against my outstanding i was quoted a fair and less amount for cibil clearance to which i found fishy. I then asked them to share me an written evidence and the same was shared with standard chartered branch but they refused to acknowledge it since it was not issued by them. However i took a risk and paid them the amount and waited for the cibil score to get revised. It did happen but took almost 45 days to get it revised. Finally i am a happy borrower now.

        I have taken standard chartered bank credit card way back 2001, and closed the card in 2003, all of a sudden, shaha finlease is demanded the payment of 20, 000, what to do?
        I have asked to hand over the bank slips, i will make the payment, but they are refusing to bank slips, in fact arbitrary the have arrived at this number 20, 000, and he is asking me to pay, but i refused, only bank slips are there, i will make the payment.in fact my salary was at the time only rs 10, 000, how can shaha finlease is asking me to pay double my salary, i don't understand. I am willing to make the payment provided bank slips are there for every transaction.
        But in case after 3 years of standard chartered bank, the account is closed under the rbi rule, but they are asking for the money after 17 years

            Hi i would like to inform my experience with shaha finlease pvt ltd manager mr rahul singh for helping me in closing the account with proper guideline for getting no dues certificate and cibil updation.

            The way of explaining the process was very nice as it was a very old account and i was totally blank what to do but after communicating with rahul i was able to understand everything about how to proceed.

              I had a standard chartered cc with card no – [protected], we have settled the account on 15th april 2002 ref – scb/hyd/2k2/04/72 receipts already sent to them in mail. As per that agreement we have paid the amount (Receipts available) also attaching the cumulative receipt.

              There was lawyer notice issued to me by standard chartered bank through m. V kini & co. Advocates & solicitors on[protected]Ref – mvk/scb/concil/1095/2003) which was duly replied by my lawyer bala krishna on[protected] which was taken up in lok adalat hyderabad. Me along with my lawyers attended the case where judge has clearly asked m. V kini & co advocates if the settlement amount has been received by their client and the advocates have agreed and judge closed the case saying the amount it met and there is no case. After which there was absolute no communication from standard chartered or from m. V kini & co on the same.

              Again in 2016 almost 13 years later we receive a call from shaha finlease company asking me to pay 1, 34, 25, 052 / rupees and threatened me of court cases with regular phone calls, i was retired and was leading a peaceful life dint want to go through this ordeal so agreed to again pay the settle the account of 37, 000 which was paid as agreed as on[protected] receipts attached. Shaha finlease even after paying they have not closed the account and have not updated cibil as well, most pathetic thing when i found about the cibil and called shaha their representative said pay 53, 000 and settle the account. I seriously do not understand all these twisted statements. I have gathered all the receipts and mailed shaha about the settlement of the account with them after which they have provided me the settlement certificate.

              When the account was settled by standard chartered bank in 2n why the same has been transferred to shaha finlease company in 2010 (Attached the scanned copy)?
              How many times the same account will be settled?
              Even after the settlement why the certificate was not issued?
              Why the settlements are not updated with cibil?

              I called standard chartered they are pushing to shaha and shaha pushing it to standard.

                Have taken a loan and paid up on 2004. After 14 years, getting a call stating loan amount due is 56k, which needs to be closed immediately. Even after sending proofs on loan closure, still i'm being asked to pay 16k and being threatened failing which this record would be sent to cibil, and to shaha finlease bombay office for hard core collection, where people will not talk politely and handle with rudeness. Need guidance on how to handle this case

                  I have received a call today from someone named ashish saying i had a credit card with standard chartered and i owe thembalance to paid. Whilst i have never had any credit card with standard chartered, this person tries to push me to accept that i owe them money whilst i don't. I am an nri settled in the uk and such calls at irregular times disturb me. Please help resolving this.

                          This is a fake company, i have never used my credit card after 2004/2005; today in my cibil this company is showing an out standing of 35 laks and it shock and surprise, can i know who are these guys and if am due so much other than threating calls why are they not challenging me... I am very much alive and i love to face in court. I belive this is a fake company

                            I has a credit card of standard chartered 12 year before which has changed some inconvenient amount which was not paid from my side and they write off my account amounting to 12857/-. Many times i tried to settle the dispute but the said they have sell their bad loans to saha finlease. I have also tried to settle the same with the saha finlease but they are demanding very high amount and not in a intension to settle and the kept my cibil with a outstanding of over 8 lakhs which miserable. I m helpless now could not find a way please help me.

                              I was going through my cibil report and came to know that, there is something in my name as below

                              Shaha credit card [protected]
                              High credit - 24, 21, 973
                              Current balance - 24, 21, 973
                              Date opened[protected]
                              Date last payment[protected]

                              !!! Surprised!!!
                              I never took credit card from shaha and how come it is showing in my name in cibil report

                              Please help in removing the same immediately as it doesn't belongs to me

                              You are right you have not taken any credit card from Shaha but this card was taken by you from Standard Chartered Bank and they have sold it to us in 2010.

                                Respected sir i had raised an issue on your organisation regarding that an account number shaha-[protected] does not belong to me. Yes i had an account with you card no: [protected] /[protected], on my name: sunil sumanth sydney ho no: -1-9, jawahar nagar mesheerabad behind telephone exchange near church hyderabad 500020. And a settle ment on my credit card has been done by you for which i had cleared the amount by mode of a cheque no 289449 andhra bank bakaram branch hyderabad. Dated 17/02/2003 for rs 30, 000/- thirty thousand only and is cleared by my bank. And the proof of the same is attached to this mail.
                                I dont have any account with no :[protected] with an outstanding amount of 41, 94, 694/- which i never took.
                                The reason for writing you this mail is because this account is featuring in my cibil scores which is giving very very bad impression on my name and organisations are reluctant to give me loans.in this aspect i request you to kindly look in the matter and resolve the same so that improve my credit scores with cibil.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am getting calls from shaha finlease from mumbai about my credit card.
                                    I already settled the account in 2009 and standarad chartered bank issued closure letter.

                                    After 6 years these guys are calling me for payment of credit card which was pending. I told them it was settled and and i sent the letter to them with proper details.

                                    After few months calls stopped. Now again calls are coming asking for payment.

                                    I don't understand these guys and they talk in rude manner that i am a thief and abscounding.
                                    I told them hundred times and sent emails to them with proper closure document letter give by bank, still they don't agree. What kind of people are this. They are calling my relatives and friends about my payment and talking to them abousive manner. Is this the way they deal to people

                                    It is serious theft of identity.

                                      Shah finlease, chennai calling office (Place of work) and abusing everyone who picks the call.
                                      They've been calling from january 2017. Claiming scb credit card pending payment, according to them this payment has been from 2000.

                                      If it were a bank it would be written off as bad debt. Ask them to recover all the payment from vijay mallaya befroe they trouble us common people.

                                      Payments have been completely paid and noc recieved from scb.
