I had Standard Chartered Banks Credit Card from 2005 to 2008 with a limit of just 20000/- (twenty thousand only.), it was a premium credit card allotted to me taking one time joining fees of 3600/- committing limit more than 1 lakh so I paid the amount and opted to close my other few card against its offering limit. But this was the first miss commitment of SCB. Never the less I have accepted it and continued the card as I have paid for it with high dissatisfaction. Till the time I had this card they had never increased the limit of 20K in entire this card association. I had some credit utilization of about 14k during 2007 on it, but due to my father passed away the same year I had to leave my job from Bombay and move back to my home town for taking family responsibilities and stay with my family being second decision maker. Hence, during that period I lost my job and got financially hit and few of my cards got defaulted and few I have closed with no outstanding. Now after a long, suddenly since 2019 almost 11 year later this firm SHAH FINLEASE claims the debt take over from SCB & started their blackmailing business knowing cibil loop holes and banking policies they have super planned this blackmailing tricks on customers to recover bad debt by illegal method. They called with abusive calls firstly tried a year and failed as I reciprocated and asked them to whatever they can with legal action my advocate will reply them. Then after a year they started calling me blackmailing to inform my companies CEO about my bad debt if I do not agree on their terms & condition. I replied that he can do whatever he wants as my CEO is not my father who will agree to pay on my behalf as he is also intelligent and understands things and may revert to me for clarifications. After that I found that my cibil changes occurred and my SCB credit utilization that they have reported as 33, 03323 lacs against my 20K limit in 2021 was now increase in March 2022 by 57, 39036 lacs (can you imagine against a card limit of 20K). This is the way of this companies blackmailing policies. Where in cibil also shows me written-off as 37663/- against this Shah Finlease. Can anyone imagine in less than 14 year 20 thousand limit card that was only utilized to 14 thousand gets outstanding of 57.40 lac (500% growth in interest). Once I noticed now I called them back and started harassing them there way as they have blocked my car loan enquiries through reporting over utilization of my credit limit that is not justifying to credit portfolio. With this way I will never settle this card which force me by blackmailing to settle 67K for settlement and does not guarantees to remove wrongly reported overutilization amount correction. I was trying purchasing car through finance to come back to premium clientele of banks by improving cibil score as it was during 2003 to 2007. No, issues now I will purchase my car by full cash like all my other assets with out any loans but will not bound In front of this recovery brokers. To hell will this banking system and their recovery blackmailers, they are only loosing good customers like us making us penalized.

    I had subscribed to the CIBIL report in the month of May'2022 and I am surprised to see one credit card information stated in my account which does not belong to me.

    The information read as the Credit card from SHAHA and opened on[protected] and last payment on[protected] and status as Written off. The amount overdue is shown as Rs 8, 17, 652. I had never taken a credit card from SHAHA/Standard Chartered Bank and had it written off/defaulted.

    I want to take this up with the consumer court to report the same as fraud.

      My name is Sharath kumar and this is with reference to my name shown in the defaulters list of Cibil for product from SHAHA . I had contacted CIBIL and was told that SHAHA is the new company which has taken over the credit card business from Standard Chartered Bank .
      Sir, I had a standard chartered credit card somewhere in the year 2002 which was successfully closed from my end with complete payment amount with no balance. and was informed that my credit card stands successfully closed with no dues .
      When I checked my Cibil and I was shocked to see this closed Credit card account is still showing in my Cibil Outstanding records and because of which my Cibil score is very less.
      This card was successfully closed in the year 2002 I was also informed the same by the bank,
      What I understand here is that Standard Chartered Bank has not updated their records about me to SHAHA and my wrong details has been updated in SHAHA which is reflecting also in CIBIL.
      I would request your help so that my name and details can be corrected at the earliest from SHAHA and the same is updated in CIBIL from SHAHA get my Cibil scores corrected.

        I have never taken any credit card from shaha finlease and i am shocked that in my cibil it is showing an o/s of 14 lacs and added more shock that they have filed a suit againt me showing willful default, and i have never received any suit papers from them...

        All this i came to know when recently i have applied for a home loan and it got rejected due to this problem...

        Kindly remove this false allegation on me and make my cibil proper so that i can apply for a home loan again..

          I had a Standard Chartered credit card in number [protected] from 1995.Then due to some issues i closed the credit card and paid the final settlement and closed the credit card and got NOC from the bank at 2003.

          Now for few months, i am continously getting calls form shaha finlease to close the credit card dues.same was affecting my CIBIL Score also.They are harrasing me and my family in the calls also.

          Kindly close my account in CIBIL report.

              I have paid the dues to shaha finlease and even obtained the No dues letter since more than 2 years past

              have been following with shaha finlease via emails and also the CICs (experian). shaha finlease claims they have updated CICs (experian) and experian write to me that they have not got any confirmation from shaha finlease and hence they cannot update the records

              snapshot of today report attached for reference. Due to no resolution from both parties my credit score is getting affected

              hope to get an solution from here

                I had a standard charted credit card and failed to pay the amount 5000 rs and it got missed due to personal issues. Shaha finlease reached out to me and asked me to pay 2Lakhs and not they are asking me 1 Crore to be paid.
                I have requested concern that i am ready to pay the MIN amount and get it closed. Not sure how they are sending this mail and harrase me regularly.

                Need help to get this closed. i agree that i need to pay 5000 rs, but i am ready to pay it out.

                    R srinivas, s/o Late Bhima Rao, r/o. sanat nagar Hyderabad – 500018 is facing mental harassment from for standard chartered card payment from shaha finlease which has already paid long back and also i have shared a settlement letter to shaha finlease. But to my surprise again Shaha Finlease Telecallers since morning calling all my relatives and giving them mental agony with filthy and vulgar language for which they were in no way responsible . Bcoz of this mental torture even one of my family member has attempted suicide and now in hospital struggling with life and death .

SHAHAFINLEASE is a fraudster company, beware of them, they can harass you till any extent. just go on blocking and ignore their calls. they are trying to fleece the old clients in the name of credit card amount due. disgusting. those who are being harassed should come together and sue these people in court. these people from shahafinlease only know to send mails when you reply to the mails they do not even bother to reply back. big scam.

                      I am getting harassed messages and calls from the shah bank for previous bank errors and your bank has destroyed my cibil score from 20 years and made me heavy losses to avail any loan where I proofed your bank that I, don't have any dues but they are asking to pay the difference amount where you bank should pay me 5 lakhs and take my NOC to not approaching to bank ombudsman for huge compensation.

                        I already informed in 2000 to SCB to adjust the Credit card dues with Car loan I availed and 3 installments were recovered from me for car loan which has not been delivered to me at all.
                        Now unknown Shaha had posted in CIBIL due of Rs.3, 40, 57, 744/ and enough harassment calls to me and to my relative Mr.Chandrasekaran about this.
                        I already initiated complaint to consumer court through my Lawyer unless this posting in CIBIL is removed..

                            This shaha finance is fraud company Harassments I me I haven't taken any credit card from Standard Chartered bank I was surprised when I saw my CIBIL report its showing more than 2 Crores as dues and sanctioned amount as 1 crore Really can't understand any bank will give I crore Credit limit that to in the year 2003. I haven't started my career in 2003 how can the standard chartered bank issue me credit card

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had credit card issued by Standard and Chartered Bank in 1999 and i closed this card by payment of Rs 10 thousand including all fines and overdue payment in the year 2000 as one time settlement. The bank issued me letter also of No dues.
                              In 2017 Shah Finlease person called me and said and said your credit card overdue amount of Standard and Chartered still outstanding and we bought Standard and Chartered credit recovery and you have to pay or we will go to court.
                              Since I already paid the dues, I refused to pay. Then till today's date of 27/01/2022 not heard from them.
                              Again on 27/01/2022 they are calling and sending mail to pay.
                              I don't understand what Standard and Chartered bank was doing from the year 2000 if any outstanding of card was there of any customer. Am I supposed to maintain any documentary evidence for 17 years in possession of any banking transaction which was closed for such long period. I need answer for this from Shah Finlease on this.

                                As per my auditor, shaha credit show a huge amount, which I never hold any card or loan from Shaha. My Cibil is show some outstanding amount which is not belongs to my account. Please verify the same and help me in removing from my Pan card .

                                  I have recently noticed that I have a huge outstanding reflecting on my Name on the credit score website

                                  I have never taken any credit card/ Loan from SHAHA Finlease, I have now applied for a Home loan which has been rejected just because of the Incorrect amount outstanding reflecting against my name

                                  I request the company to urgently clear my Name from the outstanding amount and Issue me an apology/NOC letter

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I have contacted Shaha Finlease Manager and asked him for the statement of Credit card transactions that happened back in 2001. It shows 18 Lakhs till date (with just Interest adding up) which is incorrect/false as I have cleared all the dues back in 2002 and I don't have a receipt to show them now. When I asked them to clear this and give me NOC they want me to pay 83 Thousand instead to settle this- which I cannot.
                                  I want someone to please take action on this froud financial institute else I am moving to court.

Credit Cards No. [protected] with Standard Chartered Bank was issued without my presence or verification as I left the company and also the country during 2003.. Another card was also issued when i was working out of country during[protected]. I went to the bank with my passport and details they said they will settle and they also made my father pay Rs. 10000/- during the time. Again in 2010 suddenly Shaha Finlease started hashing me to pay 7, 00, 000 without any proof. I even explained them that the card was issued in a fraudent way.. but they wanted to collect minimum amount. This has been going on since 2003 till now. They keep harshing me without any proof and also it is reflecting in CIBIL. Neither i was informed my Standard chartered bank anytime after 2005 until next 5 yrs.. Please let me know how this one issue be cleared of CIBIL

                                      I had requested for a CIBIL report recently and was shocked to see a credit card information stated in my account which does not belong to me. This wrong entry is affecting my CIBIL score badly.

                                      The information reads as Credit card from SHAHA and status as Written-off. The amount over due is shown as Rs 38, 99, 028. I had never taken any credit card from SHAHA.

                                      I have raised a dispute with CIBIL on 03/12/2021 with complaint no: CDS[protected]. I would like to take this up to consumer court if the entry is not cancelled from my CIBIL report.

                                      I am Ramalingam G from Chennai and availed Credit Card from SCB on 06.09.2000 with a limit of Rs.15, 000/and also availed Auto loan from SCB on 31.03.1999 in which case car is not delivered to me but 3 instments were deducted from my UCO Bank, Korattur Branch and so requested to the SCB to deduct the Card dues from the deducted amount and return balance amunt to me.They had not responded to either case.Now, Unknown Shaha Finlease co.is showing pending of 3, 4057, 744 towards card payment.According to them, they have to return more than One Crore rupees according their calculations.If they are not undertake to return amount to me I have to raise the issue to RBI and consumer court.
                                      I had similar issue, how were you able to resolve the issue please ?

                                        I have been working as an accountant of prachitex since a long time which might have been financed by shaha finlease and they have wrongly included my pan number in the same. due to defaults made by the company it has made my CIBIL score worse which is wrong from the beginning. i would request you to help me resolve the matter as I havent availed any finances from the said company and it is affecting my score

                                        your name in cibil is reflecting due to your defaul in scb credit card or personal loan which was sold to us as NPA accounts in 2010.
