I have book a shipment from shiprocket on 19 march 2023 shipping service 15 kg shipment i have selected was amazon my shipment is pickup on 20 march 2023 and on 21 march 2023 status was gurgaon haryana -122052 in time was 5:51 PM after 6 days when i check there is no updation on the site of shiprocket then i rasie a complain on shiprocket custumer care panel and i was complaining regular to shiprocket but there is not update on a site of shiprocket on 3 April 2023 the shipment reach on guwhati and on 4 April 2023 the shipment reach on Meghayla and they deliver the packet on same day 4:36 PM the deliver fake shipment with fake lable recived by the customer the packet weight is approx 250 gram inside goods was rubber band my client was very disappointed because she took order from US client it was custumised order i have make this order in 2 month and they are not deliver at yet and it was urgent shipment when i complain in shiprocket when i raise dispute on 4 April 2023 i regularly follow on mail and 2 time i call every day in custumer care service and now i got mail from shiprocket custumer care service that they have close my complain my client raise a complain on consumer forum and it my duty to update the issue in your all team members because soon she will raise a complain against shiprocket and amazon shipping service

Hello Anil, We regret like to inform you that the courier is not able to rescue the shipment, we have re-checked with the courier again as per your request. Further, as per the courier confirmation, the shipment has been marked lost and since the shipment is secured the amount will be processed within 20 days followed by T&C. - MB
shiprocket service is ao bad after give shipment you will call more then 100 time but they ask for 24-48 hours in all calls how Amazon shepping service can make a fake labil and delivery 100-200 gram rubbar band if they doing like this knowbody can work with them

Dont work with Shiprocket and Amazon shepping service they are froud compony they stolen ur Precious goods and deliverd fake shipment they recieved 15 kilo shipment and take 817 Rs for delivery charge and delivery 100-200 Gram rubbar band shipment

      I am a Shiprocket user. For my order number #10006, AWB no. [protected]

      The pick up was scheduled on 17th MArch 2023. This was to be picked up on the 18th. Till date, I am still waiting for it to be picked up. Today is 29th March. I have created multiple tickets ID 6177884, spoken to at least 5 customer care executives and a senior executive at Shiprocket who have only asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs. The senior officer assured of action yesterday, but I am still waiting.

      I demand an explanation from Shiprocket on this, my parcel pickup done at the earliest and definitely full refund of my order value as I have faced the brunt of the customer's displeasure over the delay. And all attempts of pickup have been fake.

      Thanks for forwarding my complaint.

      Their email did not provide any solution, I finally gave up and sent the parcel with a regular courier service, paid 5 times the cost. This has costed me a lot of time that I could have used productively on other aspects of my business, mental stress and extra money that I had to pay from my pocket to have the parcel sent. Inspite of the long delay, Shiprocket did not have the decency to offer expedited services. They haven't held Delhivery or Xpresbee accountable for their fake attempts. Instead these 2 companies have informed me that there was no intimation from Shiprocket for pickups on dates that were scheduled by me.

      As a customer of Shiprocket, I expect more transparency as I am taken for a ride in the blame game.
      The Shiprocket responses are automated. They sound like bots. The only solution I finally resorted to was to send my parcel by DTDC, spent 5 times the amount, while shiprocket was still 'trying' and still asking me for '24-48 hrs' .

                I recently ordered this Toy (https://shopperkart.live/products/amazing-infrared-chasing-wall-climbing-car-to... from their website after seeing their ad on social media.

                The website looked fraudulent in 1st looks but since they were promoting various products on social media aggressively, I thought of placing a COD order to be safe, instead of online payment.

                After almost 10 days, the shipment did arrive. In excitement, the recipient simply went on to pay the total exact value of Rs.1099 instead of opening and checking the package/items.

                The first thought was since it's been delivered, the service must have been genuine. But instead, what we got was some CHEAP SOAP only to realize we have been fooled by this website, where the seller's email ID has been mentioned as [protected]@gmail.com

                Please help me resolve this in getting my refund and flagging/reporting this fraud seller. I have attached all the relevant photos.

                    With due respect I would like to bring it to your knowledge that the parcel I have requested pickup through your service the pickup person has been following up more than 4 times for an anonymous

                    And he came and picked up item for awb id [protected]
                    Item containing primer from Faces Canada he picked up that item on Thursday 2nd of March 2023
                    But he didn't updated that .
                    But again he came for that anonymous awb id [protected]
                    I refused him again and before I had refused I don't have any product of awb id [protected]
                    The same day he picked up two item in a pink box of Clovia containing
                    Boxer shorts and petticoat from Clovia
                    Of Awb id[protected]

                    But he didn't updated the pickup of this parcel
                    But he updated pickup of that parcel he picked up on Thursday.
                    Then I again got a pickup person from express bees via Shiprocket
                    He asked for Clovia parcel if awb id[protected]
                    I was surprised how's it possible two pickup person for same item

                    Which caused this much inconvenience and stress of pickup thing

                    Now there is no update of my parcel where it is I want my parcel back or it must be updated on respective website of Clovia

                    Sir this is very unprofessional as we put our trust in you, and let our valuables transferred through your service.

                    This behavior is not good for a company like shiprocket who outsourced expressbees for pickup now my parcel is missing no update on respective website no update for exchange. I hope you will respect the privacy, and time frame of your customers,
                    That delivery boy had mistaken now I am suffering from stress and loss of valuable item and time .
                    This causes so much inconvenience and follow up for my own parcel

                        This is to bring to your notice the major misses in the delivery process that is happening at your end.

                        We had booked 15 parcels from the Shiprocket portal out of which 15 parcels have an " Out for Pickup" status since days of booking, while all those have been picked up days ago.

                        These pickups are MISSING in Status as of now as the product is gone from our warehouse, but all our disgruntled customers are screaming at us for non-delivery of each one of them.
                        This has not only heavily impacted and tarnished our brand's reputation but caused us a lot of financial loss for all orders that have been picked up.

                        This is a case of theft or misappropriation of records in all likelihood as we have no way to trace our parcels.

                        This is a matter of huge concern, and we are regretting placing orders on shiprocket portal.

                        We want an immediate action and update on each one of the orders and an escalation to the highest authority possible in this matter.

                          For 2 months i didn't get my returned product ( im a business owner using shiprocket) and they decided to give me a refund for it. then they itself deducted from my amount that money saying that the product has been delivered. no one delivered anything and i checked nearby places as well. how dare they change the status to delivered without customer confirmation? now i am unable to even raise any complaint as the status is delivered successfully. i wish the worst for shiprocket and i hope they go bankrupt with their useless model of operations and customer support

                            I have ordered mobile cover on 24th Feb and it is 01st March but it isn't shipped yet and whenever I track through the tracking number given by shiprocket it shows tracking number and email didn't match. And both of your helpline number are not reachable. I'm not getting any update.

                                My Utensils Parcel dispatched on 27 Nov I checked on dashboard 5th dec still showing undelivered so I contact the customer you get parcel or call they said yes we received it on 1st dec I ask to share the photos of products box and label and they agree to send .
                                after I check connect on help line number and tell them concern customer has received shipment here is products proof please update this delivered and also you can ask to customer after they said wait till 14 dec and they said give us label and your box packing from customer after 14 days.

                                They ask me to give this so I send these details also. And they agree and tell me you package has insurance we marked it lost shipment. I thought I received full money 15 working days so I agree after 2 months still they not answer to why money not remittance in on account. And today their call person said if you want to money, we give 4800 Rs instead of 6149.

                                    Sent a parcel to mantra main office in ahmedabad to repair customer mantra device it was not delivered on 8 january so according to shiprocket policy it should be returned to me within 10 days but it could not reach so i can attempt the delivery again for repair because customer was also angry i waited for my product till 15 january but i didnot get any response when i called for query they told me to wait for 2 to 3 days but still no response ..i again called them and again no response the told me that they raised a query with ekart and will delivered within 3 days again but still not got any response i again called them on 29 january but still no response then i raised a complaint about this to you but you sent me a mail or when i checked the status was disposed i called them on 31 january today but they told me to wait till thursday ... because of this i gave a new device to the customer

                                      Hi, I am a small business owner, and I am selling watch straps and bands in India. And usually, I use all the courier partners available through ShipRocket to ship all my orders. I have been their customer for the past 4 to 5 years. And on December 2022, first time I used DTDC courier partner under shiprocket to ship my product to Kerala. After a week, I received a mail stating that there is a delay in delivering the parcel and the parcel is stuck in the DTDC Coimbatore office.

                                      So I contacted the DTDC Coimbatore Office, and the concerned person responded to me that they had marked an inappropriate weight on the parcel and it could only be returned. I was continuously fighting with that guy to get the parcel delivered to the customer. Even though the mistake was on DTDC's part, they were so rude to me. Multiple times, they questioned me: "A mistake has happened; what can we do for you? We don't have any option other than returning."

                                      After 15 days of fighting, the parcel got delivered to the customer. And few days later, I received a mail from Shiprocket that weight dispute has been raised for my parcel. The actual weight of the parcel was 200 grams, but DTDC has marked the parcel weight as 10 kg. Due to some personal reasons, I was not able to take action on the emails received from Shiprocket, and the window got closed.

                                      And on 31st January 2023, Shiprocket has deducted Rs.931 rupees from my account stating that the claim is auto accepted. I fought with Shiprocket, but they were very clear in their stand that they could not reopen the case. I can understand that the window is closed to reject the dispute, but it is totally not fair that I was not able to reopen the case. Even though I explained multiple times that the DTDC has accepted its mistake, they were not ready to reopen it. I have shipped more than 500 products via Shiprocket, with the weight of each parcel not exceeding 500 grams, and it was totally unfair from my side. And I have lost my hard-earned money.

                                      This is to notify other consumers about the services provided by Shiprocket and DTDC and also create awareness about these "weight discrepancy issues" so that no one suffers like me. And also, I request the Shiprocket to create a better window with good timelines and an option to "re-open" the cases.
