    The Shipment with AWB[protected] was booked through Shiprocket from Surat Gujarat to Sagar Madhya Pradesh which consists of imitation jewellery items worth Rs 7000.When the parcel was received, it was totally different from its pre shipped images.On openig the parcel, it was found that around 600 0 Rs items were missing from the parcel.The parcel was almost empty.
    Regarding this, I complaint Shiprocket support team on 31st July 22, when the parcel was received and all the evidence like the packing video of the parcel, the images of the inner content, unboxing video all was submitted from our end on 10th of August, 22 as asked from SHIPROCKET team.
    Rather there was no any update from SHIPROCKET team.Whenever we called, they ask for more time.Once they even rejected the Claim even though i submitted all the proofs.
    I have again reopen the case and i want the justified solution.

      I have ordered Order ID : [protected] from mayank Garg. They have shipped product Via shiprocket Awb no.[protected].

      However the day when i was going to receive the product i have received a message that your order delivered. I haven't received any call from delivery boy and neither recieved the product.

      I tried to call shiprocket but they have worst customer care for reciver i wasn't able to connect with them.

      I have also raised the ticket in Cosmic byte on same evening and called next morning.

      They are saying that are investigating. I had already paid for the product now i don't have product and neither any reply in that ticket even after 24 hours.

      I am not sure where to raise this concern.

      Where is my product.

        My Shipment was booked from Surat Gujarat to Sagar Madhya Pradesh.Its AWB no is[protected] with order value of 5000 rs.In the midway, the shipment was hampered and almost all items were stolen .When the parcel was received, the label pasted on it was different as it was scanned with CamScanner while the shiprocket label is different. Though i submitted all the proof to the team, still they rejected my refund and i am in a loss of 5000 rs.

          I have recieved the package today but the package sent did not contain the watch and the charger. I have returned the package via the delivery company. I ask you to please this problem as soon as possible.

              AWB number [protected], [protected], [protected]
              I had received weight discrepancies for these orders of 50rs, 50rs, and 146 rs. And the shiprocket has rejected the dispute saying delhivery courier has rejected it. I had provided all the proofs of the weight and dimensions, still my dispute was rejected. It's clearly visible the weight and the dimensions was correct. And they're then overcharging me, even though I had paid the same amount at the time of creating shipment. When i checked the dimensions and weight provided by the delhivery, the price in the shiprocket rate calculator is same as that I paid during the shipment. And they've overcharged me in the name of weight discrepancies. Even after sharing all the proofs they've rejected the dispute. These pathetic people are just looting in the name of weight Discrepancies.

                Product not received however showing delivered

                I have ordered Order ID : #28515 from Cosmic Byte. They have shipped product Via shiprocket Awb no.[protected].

                      Hi I have received a package from Shiprocket as delivery partner for
                      Ekart Logistics Courier. The original seller has cheated me of Rs.1000 by sending a different item (just plastic ) then the one ordered. When I call the call center all their numbers are fake. I have sent email as well which bounces back. I got some help assistant who mentions they cant do anything.

                          The above shipment booked on 09/08/22. After several follow-up it has picked up on 12/09/22 by ekart. On 17/08/22 again after several follow-up the tracking status update RTO without any reason and the RTO charges has deducted from my wallet automatically. And the tracking now showing that the shipment reached to the wrong destination.
                          I need -
                          1. My shipment should reach to the right address immediately.
                          2. Or else need to compensate of my goodwill.

                            order placed and shipped chennai, shiprocket picked the shipment but they not have delivery, but status was delivered in portal update.

                              My order IN-2707209 with AWB[protected] had supposedly reached the city of delivery i.e. Pune on 02/08/2022.

                              Since 02/08/2022 it has been showing out for delivery. Delivery agent called me on 02/08/2022 saying that he will deliver my package the next day i.e. on 03/08/2022. But no attempt was made to deliver on 03/08/2022. Since this day I am continuously following up with ship rocket to which I received no help.

                              Upon contacting customer care, they do not care to provide any answer regarding my parcel. They only ask us to wait for 24 hours or 48 hours. Even after waiting there is no response. I am fed up with ship rocket and their service.

                              After numerous complaints for past 5 days, the parcel showed delivered on 09/08/2022 on their portal. However, I haven't received the parcel. They are showing delivered without even delivering the parcel.

                              Ship rocket is a scam company and has a very unprofessional and incompetent service. They lost my parcel and showing delivered. Please help me. I need to get my parcel or compensation of the lost parcel back from this company.

                                  @shiprocket is a pathetic company, their
                                  customer support is helpless. It's a fraud
                                  company did not return my money after the
                                  pick up guy did not come to pick up and it said
                                  it's already picked and to delivered. Everytime I tried to use there was some or the other issue
                                  Shipment pick up guy was so rude and was
                                  mannerless... Please I request you don't waste
                                  your money and also time following up
                                  Also I blame @delhivery equally

                                    I have started my online website and I ship using Shiprocket. There were two orders which got delayed for delivery i.e their estd delivery date was increased due to which my customers cancelled the order.
                                    One of the order of hyderabad telangana was to be delivered by 15 july but the delivery date changed to 19th july so the customer cancelled order on evening 15 july and remarks given by the shipping company were wrong address. Secondly there was an order of earphones . Here the scene was that my customer was in the college when the delivery agent called him and on the other hand he had ordered a pair of shoes which he had to cancel but because of some misunderstanding he refused my order of earphones which he actually wanted to receive.
                                    As per the company policy, three attempts are to be made by the delivery agent and after that RTO gets initiated but in this case after first attempt itself RTO was initiated and my money got deducted from my wallet.
                                    I have complained over 50 times for different reasons on Shiprocket but none of my problem got solved and my ticket got closed stating the non-trustable reasons.
                                    I request to help me and get my refund of ₹ 350 back and I also demand a compensation of ₹25000 for the problems and losses I have faced

                                      This company is fraud and stealing money from your customers. Never provide settlement and also they lost the parcels and return either damage or wrong products. Moreover, they took the amount of COD orders and never settle in your account as well as they lost your parcel. Beware from this companies fraud.
