        My shipment is lost and Shiprocket mark it as a LOST..
        its almost 45 days over after they mark as lost.
        everyday i call to customer care for my refund amount ..
        from last 20 days they make me fools.. like same sentence they said wait for 24 hrs you will get resolution.

        Such a poor service and i must say they have to pay me my amount with per day interest.

        I hope someone can teach a lesson to Shiprocket.. i have all the avidence to proof my side strong.. please help me in this situation.

          I ordered the product on 19 oct and was supposed to be delivered on 24th but it was not delivered When I tracked the order it was showing delivery address is incorrect.delivery man never contacted me .they told me that delivery will be made tomorrow but nothing and now in status it is showing ofd locked applied.please deliver my order ( order I'd is 532453) AWB([protected]) or please cancel it.

          There is no information about my order and no one is responding to my mails .all the contact numbers given online are not working .

              Shiprocket This is totally fake company. We have sent 4 Diwali Gifts (Smart Watch) to our employees. Smart watch was stolen in 2 shipments and replaced by scrap. In first stolen shipment their persons replaced complete watch box with ear ring, re-packed with different tape, different outer box and delivered to my employee (AWB#SRTP[protected] ) dated 22/10/2022.

              In 2nd stolen shipment they have replaced watch + Cable with some scrap mobile casing, again repacked (AWB#SRTP[protected] dated 22/10/2022). As 2nd case happened day after we have provided them with unboxing video as well.

              Still No resolution provided. Only you get assurance from Shiprocket. This shipment was sent through @eKart Logistics (Parent company @Flipkart). There is no doubt it was replaced during transit as it was not any online sale. It was gift direct from company and we have packing CCTV footage as well. Avoid these fake aggregators and courier services. they can't own for their illegal activity.

                Sub : Complaint regarding all shipment items are missing. Reference AWB No.[protected]

                Dear Sir,
                My shipment has been delivered on 02.09.2022 but my all items are missing. Only one complimentary item i.e. free for customer received. My courier’s 4 items total prince Rs.8000/- . I have complained within an hour with images & video after shipment delivered. On my request customer approach immediately to Amazon courier office, at Banswara, Rajasthan but they replied that we received this only. We have no idea about that. The contact number of delivery boy is [protected] (Amazon Delivery)
                I have send 4.5 kg big parcel in carton but the customer received only small dummy packet. The image of delivered packet enclosed herewith for your reference.
                Above small dummy packet received in the place of big carton of 4.5 kg. You can imagine.

                I have replied to shiprocket every inquiry on email and on call but there is no solution my misplaced currier oh! Not misplaced it has been intentionally misplace by someone. I have complained on call to shiprocket are as under:

                No result! Ultimately they closed my complaint on 12.09.2022 on portal. Screenshot attached herewith.
                I have made several calls and replied them every e-mail but no solution provide by them.
                I have mentally tortured by them on every call made by me because on every complaint I have to repeat the story in every time of misplaced shipment.
                I have also complained to Grievance Officer, Mr. Amit Dhawan and Escalation Manager,
                Mr. Abhinav Singh on e-mail.
                Please look in the matter.

I ask where is my shipment or parcel I asking shiprocket continuously from 02.09.2022 to till date and several time but shiprcoket totaly failed to reply it. They pass the time and ultimately says your is over and they blame me that you are provide details.                   I recharged my wallet on 16 October (Sunday) but till now money not received in my Shiprocket's wallet.
                  I have send many mails and raised many query tickets. And i also talked to them everyday regarding my issue.

                  I had recharged from my Paytm bank account, and i have also sent my screenshot to them.

                      I belongs to very poor family background for my marriage i have ordered 2saree of Rs1200 but received very horrible product by Shiprocket.. it was used, cheap quality, faulty and very dirty saree i received.. Shiprocket can't even pickup my phone calls and neither they give any kind of response to my mails.. I'm facing fraud by this company service.. below mentioned are details of my order:

                        Hi, so last year I used Shiprocket to ship certain items. Initially they were good but after that they started overcharging me. And deducted money from my wallet without prior intimidation. After that they put my balance in -
                        Now they're threatening me.
                        I don't understanding i already paid the shipping amount of each and every parcel. Now why are they asking extra money. Please help.

                          Shiprocket has the worst service ever I have seen in a business. They do not attempt deliveries and put remarks like customer refused or wrong address. Today, one order went into RTO. I tried to find the reason, turns out there isn't any. I talked to the customer service, they said they don't know why it got canceled but I have to pay the RTO charges. So, I lose a customer, I lose my order, I lose my forward freight charges and Now I have to pay the RTO charges. Zero resolution from their side. Whenever I ask for help they need 48 hours to do nothing. providing a list of AWB numbers with remarks.

                          #[protected] - Order 11 days late, 2 fake attempts and never contacted the customer. I am still waiting for a genuine reattempt.
                          #SF10002352KR - No delivery attempt made, order never made it to the destination and went straight into RTO
                          #SF[protected]KR - They have a policy of delivering 5 days late. I asked for that because of customer request and it took them no time to put my order into RTO
                          #[protected] - 2 fake attempts regarding delivery. Courier saying wrong address but he never actually went to the address neither did he called the customer.
                          #[protected] fake attempts and no calls were made to the customer regarding delivery. Went into RTO and I had to pay the charge.

                          The list goes on but even I am frustrated by their service now.

                                I purchased a shoes online from relaxo footwear online on 27.09.2022 and it was shipped by shiprocket vide AWB No SF86433502KR and was to be delivered by 04.10.2022. The delivery was delayed by 4 days and today i.e;08.10.2022 i received a message that product is out for delivery. In the evening after contacting the delivery boy abhijeet, he informed that he wont be delivering the product today. Further he also updated the status as reschedulement done as per cusotmer request for which i have never raised a request. So instead of delivering the product, the company is making customer harassed. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                  My account is blocked and unable to do shipments the wallet has positive balance
                                  Either need a refund of amount on wallet or need to resolve my issur

                                      I received the below message on Oct 1. The package had reached near Mumbai, MH (Bhiwandi is nearby by my house) and I was to get it in 24 hour.

                                      However, unexpectedly it has gone to Andhra Pradesh.

                                      "Order Picked: Hi, your order, which contains DDS-250, has been picked up and will be shipped within the next 24 hours. Track Now -Shiprocket"

                                      Already the package is delayed by 20 days and I have been relentlessly chasing.
