Without even confirming our availability the delivery person is making his own plans for marking our delivery status, even when we tried reaching him so many times he was totally avoiding all our calls wantedly and placed his mobile...

AWB[protected]. My order wasn't delivered to customer so i asked for return of the same. But i didn't get the return product and no attempt was also made. (no calls received from delivery agent either). Now they're lying that attempt was made and now it is disposed off. They're not giving refund also. Worst....

I created my first order which was cost and time-sensitive on 8th Oct 2022, it was picked up by the courier on 11th Oct and was supposed to reach the on 13th Oct to the recipient but the shipment was lost in transit and I kept following up with their team regularly but they kept saying that they have the shipment and it will be delivered they kept updating the issue as resolved for all tickets I raised on 29th Oct I updated them...

My parcel which is not yet delivered but showing delivered it's been 2 months and more tried customer service but they denied it please take measures it was a prepaid order...

I claimed warranty of boult audio earpods. Boult team had successfully replaced my product and dispatch product through shiprocket but shiprocket delivery person cheated he didn’t deliver it to me and update status of status of delivered. I have ordered one smartwatch with free EarPods at Rs 1000 but I have only received broken normal watch and they refuse to refund money I have made payment online...

My shipment is lost and Shiprocket mark it as a LOST..
its almost 45 days over after they mark as lost.
everyday i call to customer care for my refund amount ..
from last 20 days they make me fools.. like same sentence they said wait for 24 hrs you will get resolution.

Such a poor service and i must say they have to pay me my amount with per day interest.

I hope someone can teach a lesson...

I ordered the product on 19 oct and was supposed to be delivered on 24th but it was not delivered When I tracked the order it was showing delivery address is incorrect.delivery man never contacted me .they told me that delivery will be made tomorrow but nothing and now in status it is showing ofd locked applied.please deliver my order ( order I'd is 532453) AWB([protected]) or please cancel it....

Shiprocket not transfer my wallet balance into bank account since august and not solving my problem still till date. And give me false date and not fullfill their services on time....
