In july 2017, I ordered one Maharaja Mixer. It was found broken when delivered to me. I returned back the product but I did not get any refund. My order no. was "[protected]". I was told by Shop Cj that product can be purchased within one year equal to 2198/-.
Now I purchased dinner set of 2600/- & delivery boy is not ready to take difference amount for the product.
While enquiring on Shop Cj regarding my order no. " [protected]", customer care is telling order number is wrong.

What to do now? Need help.

    On July 2017, I had purchased one Maharaja Mixer worth 2198/-. Its order number was [protected].
    After delivery, it was found damaged. I returned this broken Mixer to Shop Cj.

    Shop CJ told that they will not refund amount in cash. It can be get back in terms of product of same price.

    Now while enquiring my order number "[protected]", Customer care is telling that there is no record against this order number.

    I need help for getting my 2198/- amount.

    After several follow ups, Shop CJ customer care is not helping.
    I have purchased Magic mop from Star CJ in Feb 2014. Now its not spinning since last month. But there is no service center or any repair center available . No warranty mentioned on product or invoice. Please give me the details. Regards. J.Balasubramanian, Mob. [protected]

      I inform you that i have also send by whats’up doa letter & invoice copy as on 31.03.2018& send toyou by courier also.
      We would like to inform you that i have already wait for last 20 working days from 14.03.2018 to till date till time. You forward in every e-mail to me that the concerned department and they are currently working on the same. We request you to kindly wait for 4-5 working days for final resolution.
      You know that i have already wait for last 20 days 456 hours. I ask you how many more long days you want for my moblie instrument change tell me please. How long days i will wait. Because your concern department not any working from 14.03.2018 to till days till time,
      In every mail you say or telephonic tell to me that the concerned department and they are currently working on the same. We request you to kindly wait for 4-5 working days for final resolution.       I ask how many times you repeat these lines in every e-mail tell me please.

      I don’t know why the last 20 days the shop cj not working properly why they harassment to me. I will continue waiting for last 20 days but they last 20 days the shop cj continue say to me please wait 4-5 working days in every e-mail say last 20 days but i don’t no which working day date they solved for final resolution in future.

          This is to complain that yesterday i ordered something by calling on your given no and my order was successfully placed. But today i got a call from a no saying that tge person is calling from shop cj and i have won a lucky draw of tata safari car. From the way he was talking i got to know that it's a fake call. But my concern is that how did he come to know my phone no and how did he came to know that yesterday i ordered something from you and got a message too. I immediately googled for this and found it fake from other reviews also.
          Please make sure about the security of your customer's details. This is a serious matter since the person calls on your name. Someone could easily get trap in this. I also got this message

            My mom had ordered this and due to some defect in the product we placed the request for the refund.

            Refund request raised on 25 feb
            Number of phone calls done - 8 times

            Every time they promised the refund in 5-7 days but there is nothing came till date.

            I have never seen so shameless customer service staff ever in my life. I warned them twice before writing it to social platforms but seems like they don't give a damn. The so called supervisors are piece of a # and enjoying their job doing nothing. Now m pissed off and i will write to every social platform to warn people not to shop with you ever.

              Shop cj is not interested in refunding my 1529 amount. I have provided all the necessary details of my bank but till now i have received my refund for 5 months. I have send several mails but in return i get the same reply as below in the oicture. After several calls also shop cj is not ready to refund me. I m really fed up. I m from a middle class family and to me 1529 matters a lot after all even if in my place a rich person would be there then to him also it it would matter. Because money doesn't grow on trees it has to be earned by doing lot of hard work and u like company will never understand. Because u all are cheaters fraud and useless. Go to hell i[censored] can't refund us then better beg in the middle of the road

              We have purchased with bill no. Insha/17-18/100377 dt. 30.3.18.

              Its motor is working but lower part which supposed to make rotate is not working. I.E. Its not rotating water.

              Please advise me in the matter.

                They send my wrong product and i just return that package... They said to me my total amount 799 will transfer to account no but that not transferred yet... And whenever i call costomer service they only say wait for 4 to 5 days... I have already called then more then 50 times...
                This matter is all about my money and their trust
                I hope you will understand my grievances and help me out regarding this problem

                      I have ordered kurti set, and returned because the cloth was not at all of good quality.

                      I have been regularly calling and emailing shop cj for my refund for last many days, and everytime their answer is - you will get in revert / money in two to three days time. Today also they gave the same answer.

                      Its very frustrating and disappointing

                            I have ordered carpet from shopcj on 18 dec 2017. But delay and wrong courier details i did not get the product. After my call on 5jan 18, they reordered in background. I asked them to cancel order and refund. But did not received refund. But support executives are talking very wrongly and don't provide the correct information. They say me that i will get in next 3-5 working days. But now it is completed 3month completed but did not get refund. Now i am preparing legal against this company.
                            Advising everyone not to order anything.

                                  With reference to the above, i would like to inform you hereby that, i have returned the above said order on 14/2/2018 as the items sent by shopcj was not as per the order placed by me, and since then i am following up regularly over the phone to your customer care numbers to refund my order amount of rs. 950/-, but till date my money has been not refunded.
                                  Hence i request you once again to kindly look into the matter and refund the money paid by me immediately without any further delay.
                                  I would also like to inform you hereby that if you fail to refund my money, i will file a case with concerned authorities / consumer court, and you may have to even pay penalty with interest for not refunding my money and cheating me and also for mental harassment caused to me.

I contacted the customer care. The customer care directed to cuttack servicing center. He demand me warranty card of the grinder. I searched the box but i did not get the warrant card. If possible i may provide a duplicate warrant card for servicing the same in free of cost. He demanded more money for servicing.

                                      I ordered a sarii from shop cj on 3/01/2018...and it arrived on 8/01/2018. But the color was not up to the mark so I wanted to exchange the same sarii with different color.. They took back the product on 24/01/2018.
                                      And till now date.. Today is 15/03/2018.. And till now the product is not returned... MORE THAN TWO MONTHS TILL NOW...Whenever I call to the department to ask when will I get my returned product.. The call attended says that "it will be returned within the week" .. From 24/01/2018.. They are saying that again and again..
                                      And still it's not received.. I am NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH SHOP CJ SERVICES.. Ordering from your site was a BIG MISTAKE.. My sarii's TOTAL cost is ₹1250.
                                      And I may tell you that I have all the recordings of every call that I made with the call center of yours.. And I called your call center today as well.. Still their answer was same "u will get it in a week"..
                                      If I DIDN'T get my product within a week I will complaint in consumer court and get my money back..
                                      What do you think we customers are.. U are making fools o[censored]s.. Shop cj.. CLOSE UR COMPANY AND BETTER GO TO SLEEP i[censored] can't return a product since more THAN TWO MONTHS..

                                        I ordered one sofa cover set from shop cj but due to low quality & defect I already returned it. The refund amount is not received yet after a longer period of time. Please resolve this issue and refund the amount as early as possible.
