Refund has not been done yet. You make your clients keep calling you and every time your ibr system is not working. Is my money going to be refunded and when?
Your customer care executives are rude and have no ways of speaking or extending help.
Everytime your executives give different information regarding the refund.
Besides you have sent the wrong items that i have ordered and informed that the delivery charges of rs 151 will not be paid only the cost of the product will be refunded.
Request you to reply to my complaint immediately and inform about the refund.

We buy a bed mertesses from you but the mertesses we get is totally different then we shown in television. Then after we mail the photo n told us to call or mail within 2 days but there is no response fryou you.in television we shown printed n. Colour full bedsheet n the materials are also good but we getplain bedsheet and a material are vlower quality so we are not satisfied from your product.

Today 8/2/2018 we have received our order but it has only 7 items.
According to your tv programe we have ordered 17 pieces diwan and sofa cover set by azaani. but instead of getting all of 17 items we have only received 7 items which are '6 pieces sofa cover and 1 diwan bedsheet rest of 10 items were missing.
Kindly solve this issue.

I had brought 3D bedsheet pack from SHOPCJ .but when i received it, it was not at all a 3D bedsheet and moreover the quality of the bed sheet was way below roadside bedsheet.I had placed a return and refund.They picked up the product and I have called them so many times in regard to the refund .They promise the refund always and till this date I have not received the refund .Please do not cheat your customers like this by showing some high end product on TV and finally delivering some low quality product.

Print was very bad on handy set and when i call then they said that coureer it i coureeer but i want refund i am very unhappy with this product pls give my money back it was of very bad quality and it has blackish colour on it it was destroyed and their flower print is totally misprint please accept my complaint and give money back please please i want refund means refund

Hello i ordered a product from shop cj "6 pcs sofa cover set buy 1 get 1 by azaani-blue + maroon" on 27/jan/2018 & it got delivered to me at 2/feb/2018. But the product i received is not as the same design as shown on the website & also the colour is a bit different. So overall i am not satisfied from the product & i will to return it in exchange of money. So kindly accept my request. My order id is :- [protected]

Also i called alot of time but your employees told me to send an email to response. Shopcj.com, i did but still no reply. Please return & give me my refund.

Few years ago have purchased electrolux microwave oven from shop cj which was having a warranty of 5years, at time of purchase we didnt got any invoice, there was one invoice sticked upon the box which was thrown after installation, now when i am calling in shop cj customer support for duplicate invoice copy then they are saying they cannot forward me duplicate invoice copy as the co. From where they have purchased is closed, so the issue is i have purchased from shiop cj, so shopcj will should provide me an invoice copy which they are not, and because of that my warranty card is not valid and electrolux co. Is charging for repair of my oven.

Gold facial pack is not upto its standard... First of all they showed 2 pouch free with this pack but delivered 1.. Secondly the lipstick show by anchors were of red, pink, and orange colour but the lipstick packed in ghat kit were very old and of peuple and golden colours which does not suits to every complexion... Third the two eyeliners show were of golden and black colour but delivered were blue and black colour in worst packing and blue eyeliners is totally fried so product delivered is not upto mark.. Totally disappointed in future i will never order any product from shop cj.

My order [protected] was dispatched on[protected], via xpress bees vm with awb no.[protected] and delivered on 5 jan, 2018. I had ordered large size jegging but i received small size jegging. Its realy disappointed. Pls solve the issue as soon as possible. Every time i call im getting diff answer like system not working, your material at warehouse checking etc. I have all recording of call centre.
I appreciate thr service that they are providing to their valuable customer's. Their customer service manager mr narinder promised me to give thr status but he failed but nxt day when i called their other executive told that they don't have desired size neither they are sure when the size will available. I dont know one thing that every time when i call to cust executive i got different answer. Its good job of making cust fool and taking there money. I also told their cust executive that i want my money back. He told that i will receive call back but no call back received. I will tell everyone that shopcj is making fool and taking money from cust and then they dont listen to their problems. They are the worst service provider in onlinr shoping. And the cust executive that they have hired are also biggest liar. Shame on them.

I ordered dress material combo pack of 6 named : aarya jashan collection 1 month ago. I paid 1298/-₹ agenst that.
But u delivered me wrong parsel
Their are sarees in that pack.
So i made phone call on ur no & complaint
For refund
U insure me for replace the sarees to dress material
Yet i don't recover my dress material
Plz take quick action on my complaint.

I have ordered carpet from shopcj on 18 dec 2017. But delay and wrong courier details i did not get the product. After my call on 5jan 18, they reordered in background. I asked them to cancel order and refund. But did not received refund. But support executives are talking very wrongly and don't provide the correct information. They say me that i will get in next 3-5 working days. But now it is completed 1 month completed but did not get refund. Now i am preparing legal against this company.
Advising everyone not to order anything.

Hi - i ordered a saree (Combo) from shopcj worth 1498 on 17 december 2017
Making online payment with credit card. It was expected to arrive on 25th but delayed again and again - so i cancelled the order and requested a refund. The company says refund is in process since a long time - but its not processed yet
