I have purchase prestige 4 cylinder gas stove from your tv shopping advertisement on jan -2018

And i facing technical problem in it.

Warranty of the product is for 2 yrs from the date of purchase. And the warranty card received from your

Shopping doesn't have any company seal on it because of which, i cant repair it under warranty.

    I had ordered led bulbs order no. [protected] that was delivered on date 26/07/2016 which was damaged and returned for which i was advised to buy something different from the company and when i called for the order they are saying there is no record of the order and you will have to pay for if you order something. I have complained more than 40 times and they ask to wait for 24 hrs to get the record online saying technical problem.

    I always buying from shopcj TV shopping but this time I got wrong product so I gave return to shopcj but they not pay my refunds .I call them every day but they not talk in good language and say in 12 hours me money jama ho jayga nishint rahiye

      I believe there is data leakage from your end because 2 days back i had a call from shop cj, person named manav singh saying that we have won a lucky draw of rs 50000 or iphone or laptop and to avail this luck draw benefit i will have to purchase something worth 3500 or more.. And this lucky draw was awarded to us as we had bought a tablet from shop cj a year back.. They had all our details too like address and phone no card details so we did transfer money worth 3800 to amit sigh account via paytm to buy footmasager...

      I have call recording, name, as well as transaction screenshot​ with amits name on paytm.. So please look into this issue and reply me as soon as possible or i will be forced to take this to consumer court or police...

            The product is totally different in colour. I have ordered for red bedsheet with yellow cusion cover and yellow single bedsheet. The day when it was shown on tv 3 bedsheets blue red and yellow were their. I choose red but the print and colour is totally different. I dont want to take this bedsheet. It is mere a waste of time and money to take from this site.

              I had returned 3 knit kurtas and asked for refund. They told me they will send me coupon code through which i can buy another product. I have them alternate mobile number. But no coupon code is getting generated in the mobile number. If i call shopcj they are telling me wait. I have waited for 2 weeks but still no message is getting displayed in the mobile no.

                  I had booked prestige 4 burner cooktop & chef master 8 pc cookware set combo rs. 6490 on 12.02.2018 vide order [protected] but as per my order by telephone, i am surprise to see the following status today on your site:-
                  Your order [protected] for product prestige 4 burner cooktop & chef master 8 pc cookware set combo is delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on delivering it to you as early as possible.
                  In this regard, i had not got any response from shopcj then i had lodge the complaint by phone as number mentioned on sight and got the msg. That dear customer, shop cj has registered your complaint no. Hs[protected] on 17.02.2018 against order no. [protected] but sorry to say that i had not yet got any response against my order and complaint. Kindly sort out the matter, take necessary action in this regard and acknowledge me.

                    These guys are fraud. Pls shut down the channel. They are looting people money and not even refunding amount. I ordered for laundry hanger and it was defective. I returned it and it's going to be 2 month. No refund yet. N now i find my account is deleted. I can't even recover my order number. I have tried all ways of contacting them. Till last week they were promising and have taken my bank details also but today they say they cant any order for laundry hanger. They are fooling people. They have 2000 rs of mine in their pocket, similarly must have others too. Indian government should catch hold of them and stop these channels from money making

                      I bought a product from shopcj in the month of sept 2017 and requested a return immediately due to poor product quality. It took 3 months for them to take back the product. Then in order to get the paid money back we had to give multiple calls and email to them yet never got back the money. Today on checking we found that all my account details and transactions related details are deleted, including the product no.. And everytime we ask them to forward the call to the supervisor they put us on hold and we never get a chance to connect.
                      With my experience i can only tell -
                      This channel and site should be closed and ban from our country...
                      They are cheaters who only harass the customer.

                            I ordered 2 pretty craft organizer set on 18 jan 2018. Order number is [protected]. When i received the parcel it had only one set that too defective while paid the amount of two sets. Same moment i did complain and was assured by you people of exchange of the product and giving another set.
                            Later took follow up through calls and website but no action has taken.
                            Last friday i was assured that the product will be taken back and amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
                            Nothing i got, it's really disappointing that such a renowned company has such failure to maintain customers satisfaction while i am a regular customer of shop cj since last 6 years.
                            What should i do? Take an action asap otherwise i have to move towards consumer forum.

                              I placed an order of worth rupees 1150 on shopcj and i received faulty and bad product then i returned that product and i asked for refund they provided me the shopcj shopping voucher worth rupees 999 then i asked for refund they said they will give voucher but i said i want my refund then they said ok and you will get your refund 999 rupees in your account but i paid 1150 and they are telling that i will get only 999 which is unacceptable.. I called more than 10 times but no reply. Please help in this to get my refund asap

                                Respected Sir,
                                I regret to inform you that I have booked Prestige 19 litres Oven Toaster Griller Red (POTG) on 16th December 2017 through Online from ShopCJ vide Order No.[protected] for Rs.4, 294 Rupees Four thousand two hundred ninety four only)to present to my relative as a marriage gift. I have received the product on 29th December 2017 with damaged condition. I have informed about the product on the same day and requested them to replace the same to present the marriage gift. First they have accepted and told that they will exchange the product within three working days. After three days when I enquired they told that they will take the products within three working days and the amount will be credited to my saving account. Every time when we enquire about our transaction the officials incharge dragging me by handover the line to other persons vice versa. Till date neither they have taken the product nor they have credited the amount to my saving bank account.
                                I am also dealing with reputed firms like Amazon, FilipKart and Shopclues, in which the defective products are exchanged by them within two to three days and if not the amount will be credited before taking the products itself. Shopcj has harassed the house wives like me by delivering the defective products and not exchanging the products and not crediting the amount for a long period for which we have to spent heavy amount on telephone bill..
                                I am the middle income group lady facing mental tension by Shopcj.
                                Therefore I kindly request the higher authorities to look into the matter and credit my hardship amount to my account as early as possible.

                                  Shop cj is a very fraud and cheater company, .. I purchased bed sheet collection from shopp cj network after saw advirtisement in TV in november month but after getting product --It was totally different and very cheap material, I returned product but my money still not back. I complaint many times but they ignore all time and not giving my money back..

                                      I am writing this mail to escalate one issue regarding my order number [protected].

                                      I have booked one juicer mixer from shop cj from phone in the name of shikha khare around one month back. When i received, it was defective product (The lock was broken).

                                      From that day i am pursuing customer care to return it. They are keep saying that it will be resolved in 2-3 days but the day never comes.

                                      After so many calls, they advised me to courier it to some address but they are not able to tell me that how the courier charges will refund and what is the procedure for getting my money back. The amount paid for this order was cash on delivery.

                                      After seeing its worst service, i can't trust shop cj on my money because once they get the product, i can't say whether they will return/exchange the product in year 2018.

                                      I have attached the defective picture of mixer with this complaint.
                                      Please look into this issue at earliest.

                                        Yesterday (12th feb. 2018) in the evening at around 10:00 pm i have ordered a prestige 4 burner gas stove with 8 pieces cookware set. While booking the order on call i have given my personal information such as, my mobile no. - [protected].

                                        I got a order confirmation message via sms, the copy of sms is pasted below:

                                        Order no. [protected] for rs 6791.0 is placed. Expect delivery in 7 working days. Manage your order online at https://goo.gl/hDFbwc. t&c on http://www.shopcj.com

                                        Today (13th feb 2018) in the morning 9:39 am i got a spam call from [protected], the person had all my details regarding the order i have placed and my personal information of my mobile no and address of residence. The person said he was calling from homeshop18 and the due to lucky draw i have won a tata safari car valued 12 lakh rupees and to proceed with registration details of car i need to deposit ₹9000/- to some sbi bank account. For which i insisted to let the car reach at my house first and then i will pay registration amount after that the person disconnected the call.

                                        Again at 9:57 i got the call from [protected] with him again saying the same thing, this time i have recorded the call, which is attached with the email. I had to use bad words just to stop these type of calls.

                                        Spam call is a big the issue but, my issue is that i trusted your firm and to proceed with order processing i had shared my personal details with your company and within less than 12 hours of time my details are leaked (I presume) from your database. Or might be you yourself are spamming people.

                                        This type of service and security is not expected from such a firm. How can you people let this happen and share clients personal and order details with someone else.

                                        If i get one more spam call again i am going to take a legal action against your firm and make sure you pay dearly for your mistake.

                                        My self and my family safety is at risk with your mistake and you are going to pay for that.

                                        Below are the attached screenshot of first and second caller details along with the recorded call file for you to have a clear understanding and my proof of what i say.

                                        This proof will be submitted to police and court if and when required.
