I received a phone call today from delhi based no.91-[protected] claiming that they are from shop cj. They informed me that i am amongst the lucky 20 persons who are eligible for one lg laptop or one apple i phone. And i have to make shopping on shop cj worth about rs.3500/- subject to condition that to make order to be paid by credit card or debit card only. It is very much clear that they want the credit/debit card details for the online fraud. Please see they are using your company's name and fame

The given product is defected and i want to return the product and want the refund back as soon as possible..
The bulbs are defected and the lamp is not working and the mobile is not opening so how can i fix the battery in it. Please look forward to this complain and i want my refund as soon as possible

On jan 17th 2018, i received a call that we were win a lottery of rs12, 60, 000 from shop cj. And he offer me that i can choose a car or cash so he said to pay registration fee rs 6500 for this. So i believe on that and i paid but later on the message come that for gst charge you should pay some more amount and later on the message come for demanding amount as other charges. So please recover my money from that fake calls i give the money through neft from andhra bank to sbi bank

Received product today which is combo of 5 kurtis, but the quality totally is completely different from product shown on website even the size is not regular size.
This is simply not acceptable as the one shown in website is completely different from the one i received, the website should show the accurate details
When called your customer care she says that the product shown in website is same as delivered & she sounded very rude as well,

I have ordered one prestige 3 burner gas stove i recieved it and opened the box it was damaged and scratches was on the glass the we immediately called their customer care they said that we have to mail them pictures of broken parts we send that the they replaced it after 10 days and delivered anther one i was shocked to open the package and found that it was every more damaged then the first one we immediately called their customer support and asked for refund of my money and they said they will refund it and asked all details of bank account and after 3 weeks their dilevery man came and took the package back the after waiting for 1 month and several calls they have just given me dates and nothing even when last time i called them they said if they will not refund my money till 17th of january then i am free to take any action and they have till now not refunded my hard earned money today is 20th of january.
Please take strict action against these scammers.

I had already complaint earlier but no action is taken up till know. I didn't received that product which i ordered so i did complain on[protected] but actions are taken whenever i call on customer care service they say it will be solved as soon as possible. Either exchange my product or refund my money. My product and complaint related details are below -

I want to inform you that my refund is still not received I have called several times but nothing happened worst customer service I have ever faced pls resolve this on priority or I have to take some strict actions as its already too late.Please initiate the refund & share the transaction Id also.

Pls share Transaction Id or something from your end if Shop CJ release the payment its almost two months had been from the day I return the product to shop also have the receipt so pls initiate the refund on priority.

I bought set of leggings from shop cj n found that the quality was poor. Also, size was small. Product was picked up on 10th december, 2017. Bank details were provided to them by calling them again and again, because they gave two three missed calls n then sent me msg that no one picked up their calls..!! So i had to repeatedly call them to give my bank details..!! Since then i am just hearing one sentence.."your amount will be refunded back with in five working days..!!" i don't know till when their five working days will continue... Its more than one month...!! More over they keep me on hold everytime i call them... I think more than the product amount, i'll end up paying for my calls which are on chargeable basis...!!
Earlier also in 2016, i had ordered jeggings which were too too small but even after repeated calls no one came for pick up n those are still lying with me uselessly...!!
Is there anyone who cares???

This is to bring, your kind attention that we have returned the product on 13th june 2017 and also provided bank details by contacting your customer care department. It was asked me that your refund request is initiated and will get refund within 5-6 working days. But still i haven't got refund. I also called customer care department again to get updates regarding the same, one of your representative said me "refund is initiated but we can't say how much time it will take". It is already have been more than 6 months to returned the product, when i will get my refund..? So, it's a kind request please take a prompt action and arrange a refund as soon as possible.

After some issues i returned the product on[protected], the customer executive said to me that my refund will be added to my account with in 7 business working days, so i waited for this 7days after i gave another complent against this same situation, they said the regular story like wait for 2days, this is already in process, still this issue was not resolved, i already discussed with superior executives (Meena, sushanth, vigneshwar). This superior persons are also not resolved my issue till this days, here am product was returned the last 40 days before still am struggling to get my money back. My name is mustafa khan yesterday i order something on 7 jan and today i got call from shopcj saying am a lucky winner of mahindra xuv 500 and you have to pay registration fees of 12000 and i don't think i should have a trust on them because in today's time how can someone gave a cr everyday am not saying it could be wrong becoz it's computer generated and suddenly got another message you have won tata safari. And i assuming it a scam.
It's my first time time so am facing some issue to trust them. Please clear my doubt.

Hi, my order no. Is [protected]. I have made the order three months back in oct but didn't received it till now. I have called customer care so many times but nothing happened. Earlier the customer care reply is that we have shipped the order now you can contact courier department. Now after 3 months they are saying we can't deliver your packet. This is really pathetic. Never gonna purchase anything from shop cj.

I had ordered a set of 8 leggings & i got kurta. I placed a refund request 2 months back. Executive said they will refund the money on my account within 7 days but till now i have not yet received my money. Every time when i call on the customer care number they tell me they have processed the refund request i will receive the amount in my account in next 48 hours but till now since last 2 months i have not received my money. I am fed up of callin them again and again i have spent 1000 rs on calling them till now.
Worst service these ppl have. I am really fed up now.

Pls anyone planning to oder from shop cj pls do not ever order. They will send different product or bad quality product and will blame us that we placed wrong order and will not refund the money.
I am filing a complaint in consumer court and taking this matter to a higher level.

I have order harrington shirts combo - i have received the damaged and different size shirts which i have returned vide poid no:[protected] on 8th dec 2017 and called cj network and confirmed the receipt of the goods.

They have taken all the required bank details to process the request of refund and confirmed within 5 working days refund will be initiated but till now no refund has been done to my account.

I am a widow and single mother after writing the complaint against shop cj the execute who called me was very rude and unprofessional. I told him to speak to my son in law on [protected] and get the refund amount paid. But they humiliated my son in law and disconnect the line.

I am filing a police complaint against shop cj for causing such mental torture and harassment to me and my family.

I will also write to the ministry of india for the harassment caused to a senior citizen.

I need my money back as i haven't received it yet and we will file a legal case against shop cj for blocking my money and file a complaint with rbi also.

My name is nupur chaturvedi, i bought a set of printed leggins and tops of peachy on shop cj on 25/11/2017 the parcel was delivered to me on 30/11/17 but there was a size issue so i called on customer care and asked them to pick the parcel and refund my amount on which they agreed but said that they cant refund the amount but can give me points rather, i trusted and returned the parcel. My parcel was picked on 2/12/17 and a reciept was given to me with my name, address adn contact details with awb. No. Later i placed a new order and asked them to use my points but they refused flatly and told we will refund your amount which is rs.1148 on your bank a/c i agreed to that also and gave them my a/c details on 20/12/17. The customer care executive took details and said your amount will be refunded in 2- working days and until now my amount is not transferred into my account i have called thrice but nothing helped i did a huge mistake trusting this site. Please help me transfer my amount into my given a/c details as i am tired of calling on complaint number.

I am mohammed azizuddin shah & i have orderd one automatic stove from shopcj via online. I got deliverd different product insted which i have orderd.
I returned that product to the one of your executive as requested by your customer care executive last two months back.

Whenever i call the customer care they recive the phone call but they dont know about my complaint.

I had complained about the product and the behavior of the supervisors being rude and misbehaving, post which the order was picked up for return and it has been more than 45 days that we have called the company for the refund but every time we speak to them they say it will happen in the next 5-10 business days, now after 45 days they still have not refunded the money.

We want such companies license to be cancelled as being a widow, these people have caused me a lot of harassment and the mental torture, we have invested our harden money and these people are not ready to refund my money.

I request a severe action against the owner of the company as being a widow and a senior citizen that's people have given me high blood pressure and undue stress for doing business with the people.
