Yashaswini. Order no [protected] I have ordered set of 3 printed embroidered salwar suit piece on 8/3/2018.i received the product on 14/3/2018.i have ordered only in shop CJ but when I received there were 2 packets 1 from shop CJ consisting of 1 salwar piece & another packet from home shop consisting of 2 salwar piece which was very poor quality and the opposite of what I have ordered .And the salwar suit cost was ₹850 .But in online transaction they took ₹1800.when i call customer care they are not responding properly.they will immediately cutt the call plz any give me justice by refunding my ₹1800 or by replacing the product with better quality & the same product which I have ordered .otherwise I will take severe action

    Order was place by me on 8th march, my order no was [protected].

    On 12th march i have received the product via gati surface. The quality of product which i have received is totally different from product shown on tv, i have file complaint no of times on your toll free no [protected] your executive don't provide any response on my complaint.. Please take your product back send refund my money.

    As per the policy we can return the product with in 48hr but still we are not getting any response. It looks clearly as if we are getting fooled.

      Hi,

      I had ordered a "home couture sofa cum diwan set - blue" on 7th jan 2018 by payment through credit card an amount of rs 1898. The ordered was cancelled from the vendor and thus is pending for refund.

      I am unable to track the order through your website. Also, i have called your customer care number[protected] a number of times but no satisfactory answer is given from them. Every time they say that the amount will be credited back in 2-3 days. It has been more than 60 days that the process has already taken.

      Dear Concern,

      Its already been 15 days since you since you replied. No status updates on the issue, either on the email or phone call. I am really very sorry to say this but this is very poor resolution process from your side.
      It has been more than 2 months since the issue, and no communication whatsoever from your side. In this digital age, a simple refund process taking more than 2 months is simply unacceptable.
      Please update me on the proceedings.

      This is ridiculous process from your side. Now you have stopped the automatic reply from your email also "[protected]@shopcj.com".
      The issue has not been resolved. How can the status of the complaint be changed to resolved.. This is ridiculous on the part of Shopcj. I have not received any calls or texts from the company. The email response is always the same "4-5 working days". Now its more than 4 months since ordering. I am really frustrated and now I will go to Consumer Court for the same.

        I had order super clean mop - purple // invoice no zyne/17-18/90360 // order no: [protected] in 27/01/2018. And i received the product. But it was totally different which was show in picture.

        1st thing it was color different. I had order purple color but received green color.

        2nd thing mop stick is too short, in your pics showing 2 long sticks, but i was received only 1 stick.
        It is showed totally different stick and defective.

        We complaint this on same day to customer care. They said that mop is come same waive. You will return your mop and will refund your money back.

        Then from there side it is return on 06/02/2018 but till date after follow up they will send me coupon code on my mobile without any intimation. I again called him back and told him to, i don't want coupon code. I need only money back. Every time they give me excuse, we had technical issued our ibr system was not working, same way called tomorrow...

        After sever time i called, then they took my account no. And told me, we will do the refund to your next 4-5 working day's. Still i'm calling him, same answer received.

        All customer care person, setting there for making fool-listed to client.. They are holding call for 4-5 hrs.

        It was very ridiculous... It is almost 1 month past.

        Second thing they will sending me only product amount. Not my divlivary charges. But it was problem from shop cj side only..

        I need full refund of my product, that is 1200/-.

            I had order the above product on 26 feb 2018 and i have choose online payment option i had payed for it my money was cut from my account but i didnt get any message fro your company
            Now it is 15 days i neither get my product nor any message from your company
            I request you to please give me my tablet as soon as possible
            Now i didnt gave any money to you because i had already paid it earlier

              I have ordered prestige 3 burner cook top
              And i received the same
              But order consists of
              Prestige 3 burner cook top
              Joyo 16 pc dinner set and crystal 16 pc non-stick cookware set

              But i havent received the 2 freebies

              I have reported complaint several times but not got proper response.
              Pls look seriously into the matter.

              Request to pls fullfill customer's request and do not break customer's trust.

              I have ordered the products in oct 2017
              And now 5 months passed, but still my complaint is not resolved

                I have recieved only one quantity of signature waterproof mattress but i have ordered. I have paid full amt to courier service. When i opened the packing there was single mattress. We are regular customer and we dont except such a lapse in service from company. I have even called customer care. I didnt recieve any response.                     We brought a mix worth 1999 with a delivery charge of 100 rupees woth total of 2099 rupees.

                    We wnat to return the product as this do not meet our requirements.

                    I am trying reach shop cj from the scand day pf delivery. The phone always say executive is busy. I almost send 6 hours in these 5days. I still there no response. I also sent email and there is still no response. This disappointing and makes me feel like i have brought a product from a fraud.

                      I ordered maha super clean maha combo and i thonk due the server mistakes 8 orders have been placed.                         I had order super clean easy spin cleaning bucket - 1 nos rs.1148/- in december 2017.

                        After checking mop we find

                        1) mop head is not fitting in rod and
                        2) in offer you have mention 2 rod extra but we have received only one rod.

                        We complaint this on same day.

                        Then from your side it is return on 19/01/2018 but till date after follow up also i have not received my money.

                        Serveral time i called on starcj cust. Care no. But they were only giving technical problem call after 7 days. From last 2 months i am getting same reply

                              I ordered a super easy spin cleaning bucket with 5 refills on 18 nov 2017... I received a defective product on 26 nov 2017 and i returned it on 28 nov 2017... After that i provide the bank details 20 times within 3 months... But no refund initiated by the company... There are 3 to 4 customer eslacation supervisors punesh sharma, sujeet, tushar and heena sharma.. Everytime they received my call and said refund will be initiated within 7-8 working days... But till now not a single penny is receieved... The company is fraud... I am warning others please dont buy from anything from starcj... They are only लुटेरे

                                Refer our order no. [protected] its pity that after repeated calls your cc department negligence in resolving quality complaint of maharaja juicer mixer grinder broken body issue instead of you pickup the shipment your cc team misled us that the shipment will be picked up soon after few days when its not picked up from our home we contacted cc that time we have been told that you don't have pickup services on our address then they requested us to courier the shipment and assured that the full, actual amount incurred will be credited in our account by shop cj upon this confirmation we couriered the shipment amd15658438 on 19-2-18 amount rs.600.00 through professional courier. By today we have not received any communication from your cc team when we called them they were not aware of the receipt status of the said shipment whereas courier details were provided to your cc on 19-2-18 itself.

                                Soft warning to amicably resolve this issue aeap otherwise we will escalate this issue to the consumer court to get it resolved by producing all the verbal communication recordings we had with with your unprofessional cc team in this regard.

                                  Hi.. I ordered 2 comforter from shopcj on 11th feb and received it on 16th feb.

                                  I received damage product attached image for reference.
                                  I frequently called shopcj many times and they always say within 48 working hrs. My product would get exchange but till now no response received.

                                  I would request you to please help. I am fadup from shopcj's customer care guys.
                                  I don't want exchange of this product, i want refund now.

                                    On 26th dec 2017, i placed an order no.[protected] for 3 sheffield classic sh-1004 air fryer (White) on shop cj website. I paid rs. 10, 649/- against this order through my icici bank account transaction no: [protected] same day. The order was supposed to get delivered by 31t dec 2017 but even after multiple follow up the material didn't get delivered until jan -18 end. Finally, in the first week of feb-18, i canceled the order and asked for the refund. I have been told the refund will happen in five days but it was false commitment. Post that also i have done around 8 to 10 follow up calls but each time they gave me wrong commitment. Till date, i have not received any refund. Request your help to get the refund on priority.
