Advertisement shown images and product i got is not at all comparable... I want refund... The product size that i got is not even fit to 5yrs baby...         This is to bring, your kind attention that we have returned the product on 12th dec2017 and also provided bank details by contacting your customer care department. It was asked me that your refund request is initiated and will get refund within 5-6 working days. But still i haven't got refund. I also called customer care department again to get updates regarding the same, one of your representative said me "refund is initiated but we can't say how much time it will take". It is already have been more than 15 day to returned the product, when i will get my refund..? So, it's a kind request please take a prompt action and arrange a refund as soon as possible.

          We brought presprestchamp juicer mixer on august 2016. Upto 6months it worked proper... After that problems started... It wwasnot grinding properly, a sounds louder, not able to use juicer in it... Troubling... We think we have been wasted our money by buying this.. Now we are actually in need of a remedy... There is no proper service centre for us here..

            We ordered a set of 14 pieces of artificial jewellery and got the delivery on 27/11/17. But as we opened the pack, there was a mere disappointment. The jewellery shown on tv nowhere resembled the actual product. The quality was really poor. Even the number of pieces were not up to the mark as it was a pack of 14 pieces and we received only 12. So we decided to cancel the order. The cancellation was successfully registered and we were made to wait for 7-10 days for the return of product. Despite our numerous calls after waiting for 10 days, there were only false claims of product being returned within 3-4 days. We are really shattered with the poor after sale services provided by shop cj as it is already a month and we have still not got it returned. Kindly take this matter seriously and don't force us to knock the doors of consumer court.

              I got a call and message for safari winning from shopcj lottery team. They promised to pay me the price 1260000. For that i had paid 37000 but still they are seeking more money to process it. These guys are doing fraud. I had paid this amount in 4 transactions. Would you help me to get my money back.

                    I bought a 10 set bedsheets on shopcj through television order and i got the same but the product quality is very bad literally cheapest quality ever noticed, i called the customer care executive and complained the same and wanted to return the product they told me that we will resolve the issue within a couple of days and the product will be taken back by the agent. But still no response from shopcj till now, i called twice till now, will it be returned or not?

                      In the same way she has ordered one 'blanc mattress protector - maroon colour with order ref: [protected], but we ahve recived with another colour of white background. After many complaints, the blanc mattress protector taken back by your representative on 24.10.2017 (Mr. Gvk goud, ph: [protected]). Pickup receipt ref:[protected].
                      We have not received the order piece till date. We are unable to understand, why it is taking too long time attending a complaint i. E. More than 4 months. We have made more than 10 complaints, but every time your personnel treating as a fresh complaint, by previous. We are very much unhappy with your service and way of attending customer complaints. We are not only loosing our valuable personal time but also we are getting agony on your system.

                        I ordered an lg microwave tentatively on 20th november thinking it to be a grill microwave how ever i received a solo microwave and it was no where mentioned by your customer care representatives of it being a solo microwave. I immediately opted to return it. Its been more than 7 working days i registered my complaint nobody from your side is coming for pick up and when ever i call they give lame excuses, everyday day they tell me that it'll take more 7-10 days.
                        This is by far the worst online shopping company i have come across because all others have much better and easy return policy. So, if this product and my money doesn't get returned in another 2 days i will definitely pull you all to consumer court.

                              Dear sir,
                              I would like to draw the attention of deaf ears of the management or the higher officials of the of shop cj online shopping network who's under impression that customers are illiterates and they take us for granted which is equal to an offence in virtual shopping. They don’t have any concern towards customer satisfaction specially; customer’s grievances are at toss, their management lacks in complaint management and problem solving. I feel pity for the organization they have hopeless customer care and their managers who lacks knowledge in problem solving especially in such a simple issue of mine.
                              Sir, on 18th of june i have place an order for purchase of arya pack of 4 (Chudidar dress material) and i have received the damaged material inside the package. Therefore i had requested for exchange of the same to customer care executive. However i have received another pack of in consistent and repeated damaged sets of chudidar tops/bottoms and duppattas seeing this i was highly disappointed.
                              Hence subsequently i had lodged another complaint for order cancellation and asked for refund of amount rs 999/- (Rupees nine hundred and ninety nine only); which is not refunded till date 26th nov 2017 but to my surprise whenever i call the customer care executive either they puts me on long hold, give unconvincing response or disconnects my call which very annoying and unbearable on shop cj customer cares service part.
                              Therefore as a customer i demand for adequate compensation and apology from shop cj network online shopping management, immediately for such a hopeless and delayed service and cheating their customers by not giving proper and timely response till date.

                                  I ordered one sofa cum diwan set-maroon with order no [protected] dated 18.11.2017 but their is no tracking number provided by shopcj by which mode they send my pacakage in this regards i write a email to their customercare department & ask them to provide me a tracking number of this order along with exepected date of delevery but they shown negilanent behaviour not replying to my email yet

                                  I need a tracking number of my pacakage along with exepected date of delevery asap

                                  Shopcj shoud improve their customer exeperiences as their is no information avaiable to track our orders in their website

                                  So provide me me tracking number along with carrier name

                                    I have ordered a product fromm shopcj online website i received very cheap quality product which is not even of correct size i have claimed to return the product byt there is no proper response... Very worst service please find me a solution to return the product... The service executives are not responding... They have called me twice thats it if i do a return call they wont respond... This is the issue continuing since 2 months tell me a way to sort it out...

                                    I have not trusted this caller and decided to take action on this
                                    They also stated that if you dont take call on what to do then we are going to cancel your prize

Even i had complianes on 16 may 2017 but executve told me u have to exchange hool product an[censored] have to pay 249 fee suddenly i canceeled the complian. After too much time i saw your exchange policy on app i knew that u gave me wrong detials. I agree that u have exchanges my induction now i am haapy but please send free gift.

                                        I orderds my product 2 weeks ago, i was suppose to get it by 10th november 2017. But their is not a single msg. I think its the worst online shopping site. I[censored] can't give the product on time atleast u all should inform. I hve registered a complaint by calling on cc no. When its late u only have one answer due to transportation its getting late maam. Please improve ur service!
