I had placed order for Urban Style kurtas but had some issue with size and asked them for exchange in size which was not available from their end that time, then they said they would keep the shopcj points updated and in future I will be able to place order for any product. Later when I placed order for Colours of Rajasthan kurtas I wrongly placed order for wrong set of kurtas which I immediately cancelled and they again said that the points will be updated for any future shopping. After 1 month I called up to place order for some of their product, to my surprise they said that the points have not been updated yet. This happened more than 10 times that I called them and they said that order could not be placed as points have still not been updated. They wasted a lot of my money and time over phone calls hence I mailed my problem. I have asked them for refund money which they have still not processed even after providing my Bank details.

My complaint has not been resolved, you have wrongly written that my complaint has been resolved. I have also attached image of the mail for your reference which states that they have processed my refund of Rs.1098/- (inclusive of shipping charges) but I have not received refund of Rs.1098/-, hence I have attached image of my passbook as well.

Dear Lata, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. As checked with our finance team your refund was processed on 26th oct 2017, if incase your facing any issue, please drop a mail on [protected]@shopcj.com along with the snapshot of your October month's bank statement and clear snapshot of your passbook for further assistance on this.
In spite of writing several mails frequently, I am always given a misleading statements either that they have processed the refund of Rs.1098/- (as stated by shop cj in mails attached for reference) or whether they have updated points in my shop cj account. I have clearly mentioned in my mails that I am not interested in buying anything from their site, they fail to understand me. In the above reply dated. 17th Nov, 2017, they told me that they have already processed my refund and they also asked to show a snapshot of my pass book for their reference. As per their request I had updated pass book and mailed them the front page and the latest updated page for their reference they have still not refunded the amount of Rs.1098/-. They haven't paid heed to my frequent mails. My pass book clearly shows that they have not refunded the amount yet. In their mail dated 29th Nov 2017 ShopCj Customer Officer again says that she has updated shop cj points. Its been very tiresome seeing their apology mails which they really don't mean, its just a formality for them. If their conscience ### them ever they would have refunded the money in the past six months, but they seem to be very very adamant.
MY PROBLEM IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.
ORDER WAS REGISTERED WITH MY MOTHER'S NAME.
I have attached images of their mails and my updated pass book snapshot for your reference.

Its been a month since Oct 27 that they have said that they have processed refund of Rs.1098/- but I have still not received credit of the amount in my account. Please do the needful.

    I placed an order on this site shopcj.com order number is [protected] on 19th october and it was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 working days. Delivery date changed to 31st october. I still did not receive the product by then. After a number of calls to customer service they kept saying it will come in 4 days and again wait for 4 more days. I waited for almost 20-25 days still product was not even dispatched. I decided to cancel order and my order was cancelled on 6th november and i was told refund will be received in 7 days i. E by 13th november. I still have not received refund. I want to know the status of my refund on this order.

    Totally unprofessional service. Highly avoid this seller.

      I am swati.
      I ordered biotique facial kit with 18 gift from tv but i got total 11 product including facial kit...
      What's this? Is this a service you are providing? You showed much more different and not delivering it. I am very dispointed so sort it now and contact me soon.. Either don't disappoint people.
      It's my first experience with shopcj but i don't think so i[censored] r giving service like this then i a going to continue do shopping with you.

        I have purchase urban style pack of 5 kurtz's. I have send those kurt's since i didn't like them. However it has been 7 month's my money is not refunded. I had followed mulch times however there is no refund.

            I placed an order of dinner set on 26 October, it came very late And the curry bowls are very light weighted . I complained about the light weight of the curry bowls and request them to take it away but they refuse me by saying that it is not a valid reason to return the product.

              Greeting !!!

              This is regarding the request to reprocess the refund for Order no # [protected], as we have not received the same.

              As per telephonic discussion with shopcj executive, the refund was attempted (NEFT Rs. 1348) on 09 Oct 2017 to the account no # [protected] (SBI, Harni Road)
              However, when we checked with the bank it was found that the NEFT was returned and was not processed successfully due to some technical reasons. To support this fact, I am hereby attaching the copy of recent bank statement from the account passbook. As you can learn from the statement, last two entries were on 31.05.2017 and 19.10.2017, there was no entry in between means we have not received the refund yet.

              I kindly request to reprocess the refund in the below mentioned another account:

                    This product was described to be of a different and much superior quality on the website, while what was delivered was a poor, sub standard product and its material was completely different from what was mentioned on the website. Despite following up repeatedly for a refund my complaint wasn't addressed, despite the fact that my claims were correct.

                      I ordered xxl size peachy tops and on tv they use measuring tape to show us that our xxl size is accurate 44 inches, but they sent me xxl tagged 42inch tops.                           My order no. Is [protected]. I have return this product by 25th october so many jewellery were missing so i had complaint for return and refund my money. By 25th october xpressbess courier they pick the product. Now i am waiting for my refund. Still no response. Please refund my money 1148 rs. As soon as possible.                                 I was buy a product lg microwave in august from shop cj. But unfortunately i found the product damaged so i was returned the same. After so many call the courier boy came and take the product with him on october first week. Then i applied for refund of rs. 7200 they guys assured me that my refund com in my bank account in 7 to 10 working days but still i did not received any amount from shop cj. Kindly do the needful in this regard. I am very hopeful only with akosha so i raised a compliant.

                                    It is real really very sad to inform that i had audit ordered sumproduct from your shop cj.com it is set said set to inform that or sufficient time has gone by and the product yt to be delivered it is also to bring to notice that despite of contacting you several times about the delivery of the product every time it was assured that the delivery would soon be possible but that soon has not arrived yt it is nearly more than 25 days to order and yet waiting for delivery meanwhile number of phone calls received by me from your operators about delivering the product and i really fed up of replying the same thing again and again would your management is going tu aalok into the matter and do the needful further i would not like any purchase from cj and also not recommend others to do so thanks

                                      Hi team,

                                      1) i have placed an order on 09sep 2017 order number - [protected] (Rs 1148) for peachy po8 cotton leggings combo 3, which i received on 14th sep2017.
                                      2) the product was not delivered with the size which i ordered, so i asked for cancellation. But customer care executive suggested me to go for exchange instead of return, so i did
                                      3) on 16th september i received a call that exchanged product is out of stock, i need to go for cancellation, for which i placed a cacellation request and customer care suggested me that it took appx 7-10 working days to pick the order.
                                      4) after 16th sept 2017, i have received appx everyday message from courier company that my order will be picked today, but no courier person came at my place to pick the order and i have not received any call or message for the same. The number which was mentioned in the message from courier company, noone is responding on that number. I tried calling shop cj customer care so many times but everytime i got a response that "wait till today evening, your order will be picked up".
                                      5) on 1st oct 2017, i thought of calling customer care again and check with them if bigger size of the product is available, and he said its available, i again placed an exchange order request, for which the same courier company which was not picking my return order from 15 days delivered the exchange product in just 3 days i. E. On 04th oct 2017, i was suprised with that. I asked the courier person about the courier company office in pune, he gave me the address of chinchwad, pune branch of xpressbees courier.
                                      6) on 4th october 2017, i again called the shop cj customer care @ [protected] to return the product as i was not happy with the quality of the exchanged product and also not happy with the services provided by shop cj, again they committed me that my order will be picked up in 7-10 working days.
                                      7) i didn't have that much time and patience to wait courier person for next 7-10 days more (Which surely they are not going to come), and on 7th october i handed over my return order to xpressbees courier, chinchwad, pune awb no : [protected] and i confirmed by calling shop cj customer care on 09th october 2017 that they have received the product, and i will get a call in 48 hrs to update my account details for which they will made a credit of rs 1148.
                                      8) waiting for 4-5 days (Appx 120 hrs), i didn't receive any call from their end to provide the account details, on 13th october i called customer care and ask them to transfer my call to senior department. I have given my icici bank midc mumbai account details and they ensured that they have updated the details in their system and i will get the money back in my account in next 3-5 working days.
                                      9) again waiting for appx 10 days, when i called customer care on 26th october 2017, customer care executive informed me that they have initiated the credit of rs 1148 to my account on 25th october 2017 via neft and it should be reflected in my account by eod.
                                      10) when i called today i. E on 27th october 2017, they said it has been already credited to your account on 26th october 2017, but i have not received any credit in my account from shop cj (Attaching bank statement).
                                      11) in this one month and 20 days, i tried calling shop cj customer care appx 25 times (Attaching vodafone bill details) and wasted appx 220 mins by talking to useless customer care executives of shop cj who are never giving proper response to their customer.

I called him for cancel the product, but theydid not canceled. I saw product was not good and call him to cancled. I but they reply me product can't be canclled.
