    I placed an ordered of 5 bed sheet in september 2017 on shop cj but they delivered product of different brand for which i complaint for return the product but no response is given by them and also their call executives not providing the correct solution. But i regularly called n mailed them and then after one month they send courier boy to received the product back and from that day at least 15 days has been passed but the refund is still not credited in my account.

      Hi team,

      I just purchased peachy po5 tops spring love collection item number: 217246. The quality of the tops that i received was pathetic as if bought from the streets. If you can't provide good quality clothes why do you advertise it as if it is the best product ever? The size ordered was s and what i received was m for a few items. The gift voucher worth 750/- was promised but never received.

      Horrible indeed! A pack of lies you portray. Deeply disappointed with the service.

        I have placed order of dinner set from shop cj, with order no [protected] on 25th september 2017 with which i owed one surprise gift from the displayed for products (I. E, samsung refrigerator, samsung tv, non stick cookware set and microwave safe containers set). I have received the above product i. E dinner set on 30th september but didn't receive the free gift nor any call from shop cj side. I have called their customer care and they said that they will disclose the surprise gift in 48 hours after the main product delivery. But even after 48 hours i didn't receive any call. Again on 5th october i filed one complaint against missing of my free gift product. After so much wait they have reverted me on 9th october and i have a word with miss haital shah (The name told by her) and she told me that they have tried contacting me regarding free gift and as i have not picked their call so they have assumed that i dint want any free gift and hence rejected my gift. And now they are having shortage of those gifts in their stock hence instead of gift i can take a shopping voucher of rs500. They people have conned me regarding my gift. I want my product whatever i was supposed to have according to that deal. As if according to them they were not able to contact me they should have dropped me message that "we are unable to contact you hence cancelling your free gift." instead of this i was the one who have always contacted them regarding my missing free gift. Please acknowledge this issue of fraud.

          I purchased two induction cooker from shop cj on 18th sep. Both are damaged and there is 10 day return policy.

          I called him for cancel the product, but they called me excahnge and they came. I saw product was not good and call him to cancled. I called him 5-7 times. Every times they reply me product can't be canclled.

          They does'nt exchanged and return my money. Its over two month. Please help

            My name is sweta pandey. I make an order with shopcj of femiro po4 essentials tops. At september 01, 2017. I received the delivery of the product at september 06, 2017. When i open the packet i found that there is some items are missing in the packet. Then i make a call to shopcj on [protected] and tell that issue. They guys will give me the assurance that the product will picked up from my home after 48 hrs. After 48 hrs. A delivery boy came to my address from the courier but he denied to picking my product because the product is incomplete. I asked him that why are you not pick this product then he said that the poduct is incomplete andhe have to make a complaint about this incomplete product to shopcj. And whenever the complaint is approved, he will pick my product from my address and from that day continuisly calling to shopcj and they also saying that you pickup will be done with in 48 hrs, sometime saying 3 days, andsometime saying 7 days today is 07/10/2017 a fully month gone but still now pickup not done.

            So i request you to make a reverse pickup of this product as soon as possible

They are telling complete information like my name, address, my order from shop cj and telling that i won tata safari in lucky draw. They told that they will ship my car in 2days or deposit 1260000/-in my account if i pay 5999/- as registration charges. I want to know whether is it true or fake???

                I tried to book a saree on 6th october and entered all the card details and suddenly "oops something went wrong" msg appeared on my phone screen and simultaneously i received a message from the bank regarding amount deduction through shopcj. Just after that i called customer care of shopcj to tell everthing and they told me that your order is not placed and will get the money back with in 24 working hours. But i did not get my money so i called again after 48 hours and they asked me to had a talk their senior managaer smita... Then i again shared all that happening and she asked me to send an email with registered mobile no [protected] and the snapshot of message from bankside... I did that also and got only an auto generated email with"reference number assigned to your query is 5984710" nothing more than that happened till date. Instead of giving money back today i received an email titled with "issue has been resolved" and no other initiative. Feeling harrased. : (

                    My order no is [protected] order date is 2-oct-2017, amt paid 2300-/. I ordered a stainless steel bottle set from shop cj. Delivery date was within 5 working days. But they extend that date upto 8-9 woking days. After that they didn't deliver my product and after 2 days they said that product has been cancelled due to some issue. And they didn't inform me about this cancellation, when i called customer care to know about my product then they told me about cancellation of product. When i told about my money refund then they again said that we will discuss about that in 3-4 working days. What's that? It's so disappointing. One thing i want to say that shop cj services are worst. I will never purchase anything from shop cj. They didn't forward my call to their seniors when i complain about my order. That was my first experience with shop cj and was so bad. So disappointing. : (

                      The order number is [protected] when i ordered a sun flame 4 burner gas stove and joyo 16 piece dinner set and chef master 8pcs non stick cookware.. This was ordered by my mother kanya nagaraja age 70 thinking it is good quality as shown on tv.. The total order cost is 6789/- and the quality of the product received is really bad... The cookware is so bad of a quality that it is bent during the transit. The gas stove also has low metal quality and screws are missing. When called and asked the company customer care to take back the product due to quality issues and provide the refund.. The cux executive says the product can only be exchanged and not refunded since it is the company policy.. I told them its not that the product is dameged but the quality is not good and so i am asking for a refund.. But the customer care denied the refund.. I think this retailer fools customers like house wifes and old people who watch tv and order over there phone think that they are getting a good product but ulitimatelty they are cheated.

                        I have ordered for dmr 30-1208 semi automatic top load mini washing machine (Blue) (Paid rs.3590 online), on oct 3rd. (Product to be delivered @ hyderabad, telangana)

                        The system has generated the order no with status as order placed. After that i haven't received any update on the status of my order.

                        So i called the customer care which started telling me by oct 11, 2017 the product will be delivered. When i asked them if they know to which place the delivery has to be made?? They told me 'no'.

                        When i rang up dmr customer care no (Given in the product description) on oct 7, they told me they haven't received my order from shopcj.

                        Even today (Oct 9) they say that they haven't received my order while customer care give me a vague answer that the product will be delivered by oct 11, 2017. When asked about awb no to track my order they told me no.

                        If it is not shipped even on 9th of oct, how can i receive the product on 11th of oct.

                        Is this genuine way of online shopping or deemed to cheat the customer?

When i call customer service for the same said that they would transfer the call to the manager and disconnect. Pathetic services from shopcj i have not seem such worst services anywhere else. I had even ordered for another set on the same day with different size was informed that it would reach before 8th of oct even did not receive the parcel. By seeing your services i want to cancel the second order as well. Respond asap

                              I have bought two carpet from shop cj. I have ordered colour of brown and blue but i got the different colour which i didn't ordered. After that i have complaint in shop cj for the product. They told us that they can exchange in 10 business days. They have came tomorrow for delivery of product but still there is a mistake in colour which i have ordered. I want to my money refund in my account. Pls solve this problem.

                                We ordered top 10 combo (Combo of 03 pencil pants combo 3 + 02 assorted design denim jegging + 05 leggings) and my order no is [protected]
                                The quality is very bad which is totally different from what is been shown and size is also different and one piece is received skirt instead of jeggings also all the pieces is looking like for small baby pieces please refund our money take your product back. Please plus they dont allow to check the product when its delivered such a bad service. I need my refund back at any cost

                                  I had ordered set of 5 bedsheets from their channel i did not receive the same product all sheets are different and the quality is even worse never ever buy anything from them i will not tolerate this it was also one week late sorry to say but very poor service you people provide very shameful for such bid company good service should be your first priority

                                    I have already registered my complain on 7 September star shop cj for return the same products and after that every day rec'd msg from your end collect today even so many times call to customer service and told them but still not collect the above mentioned product from my house. So ridiculous service and support. I have never purchase and also Conway my family and friends never buy from you due to after sales services. Collect the above products from my house with in 3 day otherwise I have complain same to national consumers forum.

                                        I ordered a 12 piece of handi set from this website and there was not caps for the handi and quality was so cheap i returned the article and it been a month now they have not returned my money. Giving them calls on regular basis everytime they answer and say wait for 2 days wait for 2 days... They are cheaters never order from this website quality is good paying their workers by cheating clients.
