I ordered Ethnic Basket Multicolor Digital Print Crepe Kurti (Pack of 3) on 5th sept 2017 and made payment thru my debit card. I was supposed get my parcel by 6working days but I have not received yet. I called SHOP CJ customer service dept more than 20 times but am not getting proper response. They say they have escalated and I will get my parcel by 20th of sept 2017 but I have not got my parcel not my money. Customer Reps are so disgusting they disconnect my calls saying call after one hour. They say I will get call back but till today I got 2 calls from shop cj and they said that will check. I don’t know what they will check. I called Xpress Bees to track my order but they said they have not received any parcel and asked me to contact SHOP CJ. Can someone check on these and update me? I want my money back. Trust me I will never ever shop from shop cj.

I lodged the complain and i did not receive any call and i got the message that complain is resolved. I want to return the product and in return want another product. Kindly resolve my problem and make the arrangement to return the products.

    From 28sep onwards I call many times on shop cj they told with in 24hour product will return but no-one called me yet.I want return amount as point in my account so no point to share account detail.call me on my updated no [protected].very bad service from shopcj, I am very disappoint.

    I am very irate from shop cj alive.very worst service.no-one is ready to pick up the call and many times I mentioned my no has changed and it is [protected].no-one call me and no-one came to pick up the product.
    My order [protected] hasn't been delivered yet although it was to be delivered on 16th september 2017. I did track the order it says it has been dispatched. The question is will it be delivered? If yes then when???

    I have received a call from shopcj on 28 sep and they said that product will return in 10 working days but it's already 15 days passed and no one came to pick up the product.very pathetic service, not interested to buy any product in future.

      I have bought a product i. E. A haandi set with a offer buy 10 get 10 free. The product was delivered on 4th of august 2017. The product was damaged, one of haandi's handle was broken. I complaint to the channe, they replaced it, but the problem was same, i complaint again n asked to refund the money they told me about the shopcj points. First i agreed but later i told them to return my money n given them my bank details also, n also whenever i used to call them for asking the status of problem the executive of your's used to put me hold or disconnect my call by saying "we r transferring ur call to r senior". The money hasn't been refunded yet please help.

        I had ordered for a set of tops and got highly defective products it's more that 50 days i am regularly taking feedback on calls. I have wasted more money than the actual cost of tops on making calls but there is no proper response from their side i haven't got my money back and the mental torture that i am getting is unbearable pls resolve the issue as soon as possible and revert back to customer. I have not recieved any apology from thier side except false commitments of resolving it pls do the needful as soon as possible

        I have ordered one mixer juicer grinder of singer by looking on TV and Shop cj have delivered one damaged item. This is the first time I'm purchasing from shop cj and they have done this. Please be polite and exchange the item as soon as possible. I got the delivery yesterday.

          won lucky draw as on 01-aug-2017

          I won lucky draw against my purchase as on 01-aug-2017, which is shown by shopcj on its program. My order number is [protected] and assured me that holiday package will be reached to me within 7 to 8 working days.

          But after passed 48 days, I still wait of my Holiday package from your side.

          Many time I had connected with customer care representative, all time they assured me that within 2 to 3 days my issue...

          I purshed 12 piece serving set. I raised a return and refund on aug 24 and i returned the product on 29 aug then 2 sep i updated my bank details also they told me within 5 to 7 working day you will get your refund. I was called morethan 15 times they didn't answer properly they said u will wait a minute on hold but they never take back the call. Literally i fed up with this shopcj. Worst ever experience i had. From my debit card, i want both amount to be credit to my account other wise, i will go to customer consumer court lodge the complaint against customer fraud case and give information to media against customer fraud from your company, yours, m.                       I had place order for ilo vacuum bag, order no. [protected], which i received the delivery on 22nd august, 17, i opened the product which at first sight the vacuum cleaner looked old and faded colour when opened it, it was full of dust inside, vacuum bag place inside was fully dusty with dust particles, as i opened it fell on me, secondly the hose pipe and square brush was missing, the same day i complaint and asked for return and refund, which the product was sent for pickup on 29th august'17, after i inquiring on 4th september'17, pertaining my refund information they took my complaint and called me back on the same day and took my bank details, which thereafter they have not yet refunded my amount as i called them today the 11th september'17, the customer service agent replied it will be done.. And it's the second time it's been happening with me, beside the first time i thought i will order this product it may not happen again, but to my horror it repeated the same, the shop cj is not reliable at all, we being customers order the product by faith that they will deliver what is shown, but not, i suppose they sent me the product what was used to demonstrate on the tv channel, if they are promoting the product for sale they should insure the product is packed with complete items dispatched to the customer, there is not big then the customer satisfaction they should realise.. Plz i request you to help me to refund amount of rs.1798/-for the same

                        Order number [protected] for lg microwave which i have given on 23 aug 2017. On call before giving order i have confirmed with customer service agent he said i can grill and bake as well in solo microwave.

                        Now they are refusing for the same as they have not said, i know every call is getting recorded.

                        Today when I called again to your customer care your executive said me my previous complaint was closed due to call not found and when your backend executive called me last Saturday for resolution he said me they have heard my call and executive had informed me all information correctly.

                        Now you can come to know how you people are misleading your customer. I want my product to get returned by you and my refund amount within a weeks time.
