      I have placed an order for prestige -3- burner gas stove on 15/07/207 and it has been delivered to me on 18/07/2017 late evening. On connecting the same to the gas line, it is found that it does not work i. E. There is no flame from any of the burners.
      Immediately on 18/07/2017 night itself i lodged a complaint to shop cj over the phone as well as sent mails to shop cj and prestige.
      On 19/07/2017 once again i sent mails as well as spoken to so called customer care executives mr. Nagesh, ms. Resma, ms. Sidra, since there as no reply / no acknowledgement from either of the firm. On 19/07/2017 itself, i had also spoken to mr. Mohmad, customer care person of prestige.
      Everybody is just locking my complaint and goes for sound sleep.
      Now today on 20/07/2017 at 09.37 am i am in receipt of the call from ms. Shabnam and informed that since we have discussed the issue with you we will close your complaint.
      Very good method of customer service.
      I assure you that i will drag your company to the consumer forum and this incidence will be published in leading papers.

          Hi,

          I m complaining about the order which i have placed for the product named rangrez sarees worth rs.999+99 shipping charges. First of all i didn't received the same product which i ordered as i ordered rangrez sarees and i received kanooda sarees. Secondly as after i received that order and found that the product i received is not the same and one of the saree was also found defected.. I called to the customer care and informed them and complained about the product mismatch and defect. They took my complaint for the return of the product and put me on hold two-three times and told me to connect with there senior executive but every time the call didn't connected.in this process they wasted my 20/-rs approx. Then they said that there senior executive will call me within 24-48hours. But every time the call comes and their was no one on the other side.. The call goes blank and after few seconds it cuts. This i faced continuously 3 days. I m continuously taking follow ups per day and they every time told me that ur complaint is taken regarding return of the product and the delivery boy will soon (3-5 working days) pick up the product. And then some executive called with the same number from which i was getting blank calls and like she was pressurizing me that i have to accept the product which i recieved and she is closing the complaint. Without revolving my issue how could she just closed my complaint.. This pathetic experience which i faced is just ridiculous and unexpected.
          I just want my query resolved as i want to return back this product and my amount refunded back that's it.. And even now i don't want any exchanged product.

              I ordered kawachi 8 in 1 multyfrier electric cooker on friday 14th july 2017 at 10.30 p. M. Around and i paid the money by hdfc bank debit card. I followed all the process for placed this product and finally i reached on payment method. I paid the money with my hdfc debit card. When i got otp msg from bank i put it in the otp box. Then i got message from my hdfc bank that the money was deducted from your account for shopping on shop cj. But then immediately new page was opened.in this page the message was written that oops.. There was something wrong... Means this order was not placed and bank cut the amount of 4589 rs. For this product. So i want to know that the order will be placed or u refund money in my bank? And when will it refunded by shop cj?

                    I am filling this case behalf of my mother. She had purchased product from shop cj on (31st may 2017). I had received defective product from shop cj and on the spot i have raised the return request, but i haven't received the positive response from there end. When i called the customer care. They are doing the fake commitment for the same.

                    I had to inform you that, courier boy take the product back, but i don't have received the refund till now. More than 2 months past.

                    I have requested you please take the necessary action on it. As soon as possible.

                    They don't call us, but I have received my refund to long back. After 2 month I have received my refund. 1. We call the customer care team they are doing the fake commitment, due to this I am mentally harass by the shop cj online. 2. I have shopping with lots more portal, but I never face these kind of issue. 3. Now, I want to close this case as I have received my whole amount. 4.                             We purchased wonderchef nonstick cookware in september against order no [protected]. First i had problem with colour that they sent was wrong we somehow managed with colour but now the non stick coating has gone on all the three pieces for which i am calling shopcj since last friday they are not responding at all i called several times with no resolution to my complaint the product is still under the warranty please give the solution to my problem as soon as possible

                              Purchased these bedsheets and was shocked after receiving the product, the material used is so bad and transparent that you will not even prefer it for a handkerchief, what [censored] material is used, these channels should be stopped, they are fooling poor people, it is harden money that we spend at least have respect for that.                                     I ordered 4casuls shirts in the help of cjtv but they delivered to me the other type of shirts the problem is I ordered one they give me the other one I never expected this from cj shop I trust to buy the shirts but they did not responding the customers if you delivered like this no one should buy in ur cj shop I won't my money back or else give me the correct ordered shirts pls kindly take attention immediately

                                      I made an online payment for Stylemate Hair Straighter and Lady Shaver on 23rd june at 5:25 pm however as i finished making payment the page expired but my amount was deducted by my bank acount..kindly reverse my payment back in my bank acount for Rs-1148..Also sending the snap of the transaction of the payment.. Made online payment but the product ordered was not completed however payment was deducted from my bank account hence want a refund...

                                        I placed an order for two products and haven't received it as yet. I have been chasing the guys and the worst thing is the just do not have any answer except for mam i will register your complaint. The representatives just cannot talk or seem to understand the issue. They r not competant enough. To add on to it the courier company is so horrible that they don't even bother to call or attempt for delivery and update their records saying customer rejected. Can i expect any better service than this. M tired of the runaround and need an answer as to whether or not u want to send the orders. The kind if inconvenience you r putting us through and what you show on the TV is totally contradictory. Please live up to your words.
