I have purchased this product on 21st of may and the product delivered was damaged. So i raised a request to change this product and shopcj sent a new product with replacement but again i received a damaged product. So finally i requested to return the product with money back to my account. I have called 4-5 times to their customer care since 5 june. But everytime they told me that someone pick this product very soon and no one is coming from last 3 weeks.

I already told you on our dicusion call, i want my refund in my bacnk account i don't need it in my shoo cj account. Then why you doing credit in my shop cj account. While we do shopping from Shop cj you said we will refund you within 2-3 days, is it your service ??

      I have returned the product on 11 june and today is 23 june and still i have not recieved my payment customer care person gives faake promises day befor yesterday he said your complaints is forwarded to senior and you will recieve payment next day but the day is gone.

      Now i am so fedup i would like to use bad words for your company as your company is cheating and making money from us, why dont your company start keeping charity boxes near temples people would put some money and will not ask for refund and you company will also make money. Isnt is good suggestion for cheaters like you.

      I need my refund as it was my earned money and not made by cheating people like you do.

        Worst service i have experienced on e commerce site.
        I have order blankets, bedsheets, towels, etc through shop cj on 25/05/2017 and received it on 22/06//2017 nearly a month they took for delivery. Ok there no issue in this i am ready to adjust shipping time, but order i received was faulty and the quality of the product was worst and very cheap. They have the product very beautifuly and were talking about its good quality etc. But the product which i received was very cheap and of low quality. I too call there customer care no. They told me that 'sorry we can't refund or return the product' even i requested them but they were not ready to listen me and repeated there sentence again and again sorry we can't refund or take our product back even if you like it or not.
        I want refund. Please help.

            Order no: [protected]... The product is not good at all... They say its free size... But does not fit. Its a waste of money. I wish to return back. I had no good respond from customer care. You should have return policy on all products. Very unhappy... We advice my near n dear once not to buy any products from shop cj. Please take the product back... Giving such products to people who trust is very bad. Homeshop 18 is far better... They always take the product back... I want u people to take the product back otherwise will file another complaint against your channel.

                  I booked an order [protected], it shown on tv that it could be returned within 48 hours of delivery, as soon as received the product i found it of very bad quality, i immediately raised a complaint, a complaint executive called and responded very rudely k, aapka product waps nhi kar skate,... Return policy to local shop wale b dete hai, ye to phr b online hai. The lady was so rude.

                  She disconnected the call and dropped a message k my complaint is resolved.

                  How can u resolve a complaint without customer confirmation.

                  Such a bad service, i want to return the product as i cant keep the garbage.

                    4. Biotique diamond facial kit
                    5. Biotique botanicals bio kajal

                    However i have not received the below items:

                      I have ordered something ziox company handset which was shown 4g phone but i got the spice flo 6150 mobile which is not 4g device and aslo in advertisement they stated that the device is running on marshmallow os but the spice device i got was not even android os. That is something chinese os which doesn't even have wifi and 3g in it. And they took 3200rs for that # handset. I want my money back. Shopcj are thief. I will not leave this topic here. 3200rs for a # chinese phone is too much. I want my money back.

                          I had ordered parkour sport shoes (Poid [protected]) from shop cj in april 2017 and wrong size was delivered.

                          Shoes were returned and picked up by their person on around 10 may, but the refund is not yet credited to my bank account.

                          I had called around 10-15 times to their customer care executives and also gave my bank details to their managers 3 times. They register the complaint everytime but there is no revert.

                          Its so embarrassing and a great waste of time dealing with shop cj. One is so busy in his personal and professional lives that can't get time to deal with such issues everyday. I don't think this is such a cumbersome process that it is taking this much of time to refund the amount. I am indulging in all this from last 2 months and really fed up.

                          It is very worst response, I have experienced with ShopCJ as I had placed an order (Id-[protected]) and when opened it, found some defect in product and I want to refund my money but shopCJ executive deny for refund.
                          Customer satisfaction is very important in business. If customer satisfy then he admire and suggest to 4-5 persons further but if customer does not satisfy then he spread negative response to 16-20 persons.

                                  D effective Battery and poor performance of new mobile Quatro L51 HD purchased on 5.10.2016 on line.complaint loadged on 19/10/16 at 4:26 PM regarding replacement of set/battery inspite of several reminders /comlaints to service center and customer care CJ shop& Karbonn co.

                                  Complaint loaged to Cjshop & Karbon co.eafter receiving the set within week no response only set send for repair thru authorized service center but set set could not function at all after repair due to deflective battery, now battery can be blast any time as its thickness become over size .
                                  CJ shop selling obsolete /self life products and cheating the customers by giving false TV adds.

                                  I purchase the new Kabonn mobile Quatro L51 HD on 5.10.2016 from NSA traders gurgoan ( Shpo CJ)item code[protected] vide order no [protected] for RS 6148/-

                                  I faced following problems in operation :-
                                  1. Soft ware not supprting Zio voice later it was corrected on line on 8.10.16 but out going [censored]ility on other mobiles sets are not responding at all,
                                  2. there is very low battery back up not more than 4hrs.
                                  it is not advisable to recharge the mobile after every 4 hrs. 2200 MAH battery must run min 24 hrs.
                                  pl arrange to change my set with good battey . i shall be thank full to you,

                                  Date of incident 5.10.16: informed cj shop on client mob no. No [protected]about deliver of defective karbon mobile l501 also email sent on 17.05.17 for replacement of set incuding battery.
                                  Cj shop advised to arrange do letter from athorised service center.
                                  I searched athorised service center m/s shivam communication ludhiana after great struggle where returned the mobile by saying it will take 6 month to repair becuase of obsolete design, it can only repair at company. I contacted delhi office mr rudhra delhi office service engr. Who told me to repair within month and being sent to him, it is came back after repair in one month but results are not ok battery fluctuates aand discharge frequently. I told him the problem they said it will like this as mah 2200 battery can not run more than 2 hrs.
                                  Now mobile battery become over size and break the back cover resulting non fuction of mobile at all.
                                  I again talked to service center m/s shivam communication athorised service center for karbon mobile again who denied to repair this utl product because the take care foe jyna products. Utl product is obsolete product which can not be repaired at all.
                                  I again registered my complaints with cj shop and karbon co thru ph and email date 16.5.17.
                                  There is no response from either side.
                                  In my view cj shop must sell quality product and not to cheat customers

                                    I have ordered jewellery from Shop cj. They took 7-10 days for delivery, but the product was very poor in quality. Stones were missing. I requested to return it but their customer care guy said they can't take it but exchange it. I said ok exchange it but again I got the defective product and again asked them to take it back and return my money. Its been more than 13 day, no one has come to pick up. They lost all my trust. Very unprofessional behaviour. I wish i could have see their negative review before I ordered.

                                      Since i have shopped for the first time from shopcj it has been a very dull purchase since i have size issues and moreover its quality is so cheap that it could not worth 500 rupees also i have spent my 1248/- rupees which is a total waste since it is a matter of great disappointment i need my money back and keep your stuff back. If shopcj would not do so it would create a serious issue for me as well since i have wasted almost 1250/- rupees of mine i will file a petition in consumer forum and it would be very painful for you as you are advertising on such a large scale and misguiding people by showing fake resemblance of such products. Therefore kindly do the needful as soon as possible

                                        I have bought the shirts in televisions shopping.
                                        I was got the shirts. There is offer in this. Offer is that four shirts in 999. My size is 40 but i got the shirt size of 44. I replaced that shirt. After sometime i got replaced shirts. But there is only three shirts in package. I was shown that packge to dilivery boy. Then i complained in costomer care. But still they not given remaining one shirt.
                                        Many time i have complained but they are not taking any action.
