As per my concern regarding refund against order no- [protected], I have received the amount of Rs. 1098 instead of Rs.1898 on 23/02/2017 into my account no-[protected] State Bank Of India, Allahabad High Court Branch..I have made several complaints regarding the same but all in vain.Kindly refund my rest of the amount as soon as you can.

      I am Mirza Haider Ali & mobile number is [protected]. I had booked a VLCC product to ShopCj & some products are missed in packets/order & for the same I had logged a complaint. after 3 to 4 days his executive come & change the product with new packed product & at that time he said please return your old all things related to last delivery. so we have handover all the things to your executive.

      When we open the exchanged product we saw massager(gift Item) is missing in the exchanged packet & immediately we called his executive that massager is missing in this packet so please return my old massager but he said to complaint it our customer care, from last 2/3 week I am approaching customer care number & every time they give me a time of 2 days so my humble request to you that look into the matter & return my gift because they are not giving any reply & always send a massage that your "Expected TAT for resolution in approx. 3-5 days"

          I purchased a product from shop cj online website and the product was delivered to me on 1 jan 2017 as per my required the product doesn't seems fit .So i placed returning request on 6 jan 2017 .After that for a month there was no pickup done for a month that's their standard of Service.Then in Feb First week they picked up the product from me. After that there was no receipt of return provided. They said i will receive a call regarding Refund account info. Whole Month of feb I didn't Got any call From Them. I made a Call to them they Told me that as i told them they had transfer the points in my account. But I didn't got any call from them then i made a request to them on 25 feb 2017 They said me they will return the amount back in my bank account took details for account from me Till date i talked with their 3 managers including one lady manager. They all making me fool that give 5 days . 3 days or 2 days we will refund you whole amount. This was the worst experience of Service i had ever got. 3 months for a product amount refund Shameless Service proving company SHOP CJ .At last I had conversation with lady Manager she told me that Sir plz give me last 3 Days i will Surely get u refund back all but still there is no resolution about all this. I hope my prob will be solved ASAP.My product order no. is [protected]

          Nothing had Done by the Company, they just making request to give time to refund amount. Their Every manager is asking for time to made refund amount. They all Do fraudulent activities

            Dear sir,
            I had purchased valnetine jewelry collocation by glowira from shop cj under invoice no chm0129482 and order id [protected] but the item is not delivered on or before valentine then also we had accepted the item cash on delivery while courier boy come to delivery we had asked to open the courier and after checking we will pay so courier boy didn't allow to open before payment so we told him we will pay and then wait in front of you we will check the product so he is not ready to stay and after receiving payment he left when we open the box we seen that the damage item is in the box so we call on customer care and then they pick up the item and after 15 days they again send the other courier so again we asked courier boy to stay but he refused and after delivery he run away. When we open the box we seen that what ever item we had hand over out of that two items are less and inside the courier cover the box is not is seal pack condition and it is in open condition so again we call on customer care no but the executive didn't ready to log the complain and not ready to give even complain no. And after so many times phone calls one executive had told with in 48 hours your items has been pick up and you will be receive your money from the pick up boy who will be come for pick up but then also more than 96 hrs has been passed but still no body came so we again call and talked on customer care and then finally today courier boy come to pick up the material but not came with money so again we call and asked on customer care but no body is giving me proper response so kindly guide me how can i get back my money.

                I ordered miss style shaver last month when I got the order when I open to check ur product was not working I called ur customer care team and get it replaced however when I got the replacement charger was not working when again I called up ur customer service they told me they cannot do anything as I need to speak to the manufacturer... I told him y should I call them as I have purchased the item from shop cj...he mention I will get a call back in 48 hours when I told him I want to speak to some one now he mention no one is here and disconnected the call on me... Is this u called a customer service and now my product is not working at all... Because o[censored]r channel I lost my money...kindly look into this

                      i order item no. 199703 on 21/02/2017 and received the same on 24/02/2017 however as i received the order it was too thin to wear it and hence called them to give my money back and take their item back...i have been chasing them but of no use.
                      they promise to call back and repeats the same thing again.

                        I have ordered a product in Shop CJ by teleshopping. The product which I have seen in television is good where the product which I have received is damaged one. I have asked for return of the money. While in progress, the company asked for return of product and bank details to return back the money. We have returned the products as asked for. But money was not returned. The customer care is telling lame excuses. Kindly take action on these kind of company and safe public from these issues.

                          I placed one order on 12th of February 2017, I have to replace the order for Popstash Multicolor Printed Jeggings and Leggings (Pack of 6 ). my amount has been debited from the online Payment gateway but my order has been confirmed, immediately i called customer care,[protected] and[protected], they are unable to address the issue and keeping me server time on long hold over the phone and given me wrong information few says that my debited amount will credit back in my account in 3working days but i dnt happend and after 3days when i called on the same number they said it ill take 10 working days and they refuse to take the complaint and after long discussion they said they will be taking the complaint and kept me Long hold and disconnected the call, this is one of the worst Site and bad experience which i ever faced attached the transaction screenshots for your reference kindly do the needful and revert back myamount 1148.00 asap i am sure i will never again go for shopcj again.

                            When I opened, found the clothes showed on TV was different and the one I received was different, therefore I booked return of palazos immediately.
                            Now that I need to buy prestige induction stove with utensils.
                            I'm trying to call but there is no proper response from the other side.
                            Take this as very important complaint.

                                My order no [protected] ordered and the product got delivered on time as i opened it there was as defective product which i got i raised a complaint and they took 15 to 20 days to pick uo the product after reminding them so many times the product was picked on 2 feb and still there is no call from there end about the status when i called they informed me if will take 7 to 10 working days to reach till ware house n our team will call you but still no response i also mailed for the same but no response of the mail also really very unsatisfied with there service na fed up such a bad experience with them plz guys dont ever buy the product from them.

                                When i am purchase bedsheet, blannket, towel this product, and showing on your web site and when i get delivery it was different, it is not relevent for me, so i dont like this product, because it was different from i purchase it & delivery, so i want to return it, and return my money as soon as possible.

All products will be 36 months expiry period and 500/-cash back vouchers will also be delivered.but when I rec'd. Order the all products are having only 15 months expiry period and 500/- Cash back vouchers are also not delivered.
