    This tab is not working.. Always gets hanged and when tried to on it it doesn't on.. It is such a cheap thing and has a very poor camera quality..
    Suddenly this tab's battery got swelled and itself it got switched off.. How much try to on it not giving any response.. Please help me in getting my tab work properly..
    Suddenly it got hanged and got switched off itself... Battery life is so short.. The battery got swelled like a puri.. I'm so scared if it gets blasted..

        Name : Gaurav Rathore.
        Product: Bedsheet, Blanket combo.

        Product is tidy used and has black spots on product.
        Product quality is as cheap as Shop CJ customer service.
        Called them several times there customer care is so irresponsible, they even don`t have the basic call etiquette's.
        i asked them to pickup your product and initiate refund, but they are not agreeing on this part.
        If with in 7 days i don`t receive proper resolution, i will sue the company for unethical business conduct and fooling customer by showing them high grade finished product on television and sending them cheap, tidy, used third class product.

          I had purchased new magic mop on 24/03/2015 with order no [protected] @ Rs1599
          Magic mop works only two month and then its not working.
          I had spoken to customer care executive so many times regarding this magic mop stick/ rod / spindle not working since last year, they provide me different contact numbers but till now not get any resolution I am really fed from your services. Noone can solve my query. How i can repair this spindle or replace it if possible. Please tell me as soon as possible.

            We have received diffected product and one of item missing on 18/3/2017, the movement we received diffected product we immediately call to customer care they said they will exchange the product within 2 days, after 2 days no one come then we again call to customer care, they said they need more 4 days to exchange the diffect product, after 4 days again no one come, then we again call to customer care they said they transfer our call to senior executive and after that they cut the call, we again call to customer care they again said they transfer our call to senior executive and hold my call approx 30 minutes after that if we call to customer care they always hold my call, i am quite frustrate of this process, please take some action again this problem because after 15 days no one come to exchange my diffected product, i have all call record during the product received to till date.

              I have given so many emails to [protected]@shopcj.com and [protected]@shopcj.com. you are being Grievance Redressal Officer, you are unable to response of my e mails. I have placed order no. [protected] dated[protected] for supply of Symphony Ice Cube Air Cooler with Remote (White). till date I have not received the product nor any response from your side. So many times I have also contacted on phone no[protected] but nobody has given any response whether supply was made or not. I think you are unable to supply the product why you should not refund the amount to my bank account. I have found very poor performance on your side.

              Your website is also not perfect to show the status of order. My order showing the following status:-

              I feel you are failed to made the supply. hence you are requested to refund the amount Rs.6290.00 along with interest on money which you have utilised by you with compensation of Rs.1000.00 for losses suffered by me in my bank account immediately

              I have placed order no. [protected] dated[protected] for supply of Symphony Ice Cube Air Cooler with Remote (White), today[protected] I received the product. After opening of outer packing i have noticed lot of dirt/dust/ debris over inside packing seem that product was already used / lying unserviceable in store put in box and packed. After removing plastic raping / packing material it has been noticed that dust and debris found over cooler, swing and honey pad. Fix Mud spots (like it was happen when we are using the same since long time in house) has been noticed over cooler it was used not new one.

              When the cooler was removed from outer package some sound was noticed seems that some parts are detached with each other. When it was plugged to see the operation of cooler red light was on but fan, pump and swing were not work. Cooler completely unserviceable condition not at all worked.
              Just after received the cooler I received the call from shopcj phone no.[protected] at 16.10 hrs, I inform all details / condition of cooler as mentioned..

              Just I am confirming in writing by this e mail along with 14 snaps of the product attached

              I am very surprise with such type of deal with customer. After lapse of 20 days I have not received the correct product. No further replacement I want my money back in my bank account immediately without any further delay.

                I have ordered Serving set (stainless steel) 10 pices a/with free gift of additional 10 pieces (20 pcs) vide order No.[protected] on 26/03/2017.

                Today i.e. On 30/03/2017 around 1700 hrs lt, I have received a parcel from yr delivery boy and found that only 10 pieces of serving set was inside the parcel.

                I have not received the free gift of 10 additional pieces of serving set as per your promise.

                  When i ordered that product from shop cj.i received a confirmation call from shop cj employee. I asked to him if any quality issue with this product can i return and refund my payment of rupees 1999/-, he said me "yes definitely shop cj return your all payment .after delivered that you just register your complaint with in 7 days and shop cj return your payment. And today my product was delivered. That quality was very poor, cheap quality.after that i call shop cj for return my product but they said my this product they can't return. Its is fake site.

                    I hereby bring it to your notice that, we have unsatisfied about quality of the product

                    when i called to the customer car([protected]) one lady attended..and she was deffending...she was not allowing me to speak...immediately i asked her to connect me to the manager...then she so arrogantly responded that "no one is available to attend your call" and disconnected the call in nasty manner.after many calls they given me complaint number and send me the msg .

                      I had ordered product from star cj against order no-[protected] on 17 feb 2017 but still the correct ordered had not been delivered . Again i i had called customer for the Same to resolve the problem but customer care executive Archana start arguing & not ready to listen anything . So now I want my amont refund back. I have never seen this kind of worst services now i do not order anything in future. Please look into this matter unless I will go for cunsumer court.

                        I have order rajishtani kurti in 24 feb 2017 and 500 rs coupan is available but i have received only product not coupan code ..that's why i have already registered complaint but thay are alway say coupan code will be send next day ..but i have no receipted..                           Hi,

                          I had purchased Intex mobile form ShopCJ vide order No: [protected] but instead of sending Mobile they sent me broken car holder first time and when I complained about that they sent me marble(This time I opened box in front of delivery person). When I again raised complaint and asked for refund of money they mentioned that they will do thorough investigation then only they can give me refund. ShopCJ people called me multiple times for investigation and I also assisted them wherever required. I waited for 1 complete month for refund thinking they will refund my money. Today I got call from them and they mentioned that I should file FIR against that product. Now I am thinking for 800-900 Rs why should I go to police. This is really cheating from Shop CJ site. No one should purchase any product from them.

                                      Hi, I had purchased a magic mop from star cj in 2014. I am happy with its working. However the nut which joins the handle to the mop head has cracked leaving the mop unusable inspite of the other parts being in a very good condition.
