Called 5 times, always get revert in 3-5 working days will get refund.
Whenever I call, I get my account details updated and validated, then always been given the refund time 3 - 5 days, and till now haven't received.
Kindly help & take necessary legal action because of this harassment, and I will never recommend any one to shop from shopcj, pathetic & poor service, never trust it.

    I have placed an order with shop cj. At the time of delivery damaged product received and same returned. It's been more than 13 days from returning no response and updated received from concern.

    Vendor name on the return receipt: Star CJ-vendor
    Product: Jewelry Lottery by tiara jewels

    No mail proof I am having with me since it was booked through my registered mobile number (over phone - by TV add). But I have message confirmation for all activities from shop cj.

    Neither my money refunded nor product exchanged. customer care people not responding properly. Also I spent more than 150 Rs. for phone call to customer care.

    Please file a complaint on shop cj and help me to get my money back.

      I ordered a olive oil – Order no. - [protected]

      I placed order on 25th January 2017 and that was a prepaid order and till now I haven’t received my order and whenever I’m calling your customer care number, the only thing I’m getting to hear is “Mam we are raising an complaint for your order and you will receive an call back from our team” but nobody calls, till now I haven’t received a single call from your end and above all ig I'm asking them to transfer them to transfer my call to senior executive they are disconnecting the call.

      I registered one more request previously on 10th feb and on 12th they called and said that I will receive my order maximum by EOD 14th feb and till now I haven't receivef my order.

      I was provided with a docket number also i.e.,[protected]gati – courier service) but when I’m entering this docket number, I’m getting Invalid/Data not found.

      It is been 21 days now and no update on the order.

      I asked them to cancel this order, they are not ready to cancel it also.

      I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

        Product is not good completely fake and shown product is something and delivered product is something. I want to return it back and i need refund of money.

          I ordered a product from this website and somedays after receiving the product I got a letter declaring me a winner of the lucky draw contest they conducted at time of selling the product. As I won bike they asked TDS. As this is such an established company I paid the TDS . Now there is no response from them. It's been 3months. Though I call them daily they do not respond properly.

            On call your executive told me that by end of 14th feb I will receive my order but again you guys lied to customer. If there would have been any option to give any rating less than No Star I would have given you guys.

            When the hell I will be receiving the order. I dont think you guys will be providing me my order so, it is a humble request please give my money back.

              I ordered denim jaggings worth but the material i recieved is totally opposite of what was shown online and its something like polyester stuff. Upon contacting the customer care, they are just wasting time, some saying contact this number someone saying we don't accpt the products.In short customer care not ready to accept back the product and refund the money. Online shopping stores don't do like this, if the customer is not satisfied with the product it is our right to return back the item and get the money back. This was not at all expected from such a huge online shopping store.

                  They delivered the wrong product and the quality which was shown on tv was not same.. product quality is Very cheap.. After getting this product i even didn't open it after looking at it's quality...
                  The biggest thing is i called up their customer care and they clearly deny to return or exchange... how come in todays world this cheap online shopping company doesn't have return or exchange policy... THEY ARE FRAUD CHEATER..

                    I had purchase one Electrolux Microwave oven from shopcj and they deliver me a product which not working at all, when I go to the Electrolux customer care they asking me for the invoice for the product but shopcj was not deliver me the invoice, so I call cuctomer care services to provide me invoice and they told me that we will deliver it on the email id in 48 hours but when i call them then they ask me again that they will reply me next 48 hours and this process had repeated for 5 times but still they did not sent me the invoice or not providing any meaningfull reply from there end.

                      I have already purchased the tablet - Dell venue 8 7000, today night via mobikwik on shop CJ app but the shop CJ staff is telling no order being placed. It proves that company CEO is fraud n be jailed. I want either the product or the money back via mobikwik soon. Other wise proper action will be taken.

                      Shop CJ service is very bad and they are working like thieves. Police actions shall be taken if I don't get my money or product.

                            Refund of Money department is very very careless,

                            All the pcs are worst in quality, not at all as similar as you are showing on your channel, all these jewelry sets made of cheap quality material even my maid denied to take it for free, you are taking 999 for them and 150 shipping charges but the quality of them is not more than 50 Rs each, I just want to return all of them and want my refund...

                                We purchased product of 10 pcs apple Nonstick cookware set for Rs.2489, but we received product in bad conditio, all items are without handles, .then immediatey we made a complaint to return back the amount, they said they will send new item.But still they are escapping to return back the item, cheating people like this . So please dnt but such type of products from this worst SHOP CJ, i lost my amount .very unsatisfy with this one. please be aware of buy items from this type of companies

Just change both Kurtis and provide us the original one..we are providing you the images of Kurtis ..last two Kurtis we want to change...                                     Still I am in struggle with SHOP CJ they are not ready to understand feelings of there clients. I did big mistake that I bought a Mobile from them. After getting Faulty device simply they are telling me to travel 40 km to visit Spice Service center to collect DOA certificate to confirm that there is defect. Calling customer care is totally waisted my time. I received call from them after putting mail from here but without any resolutaion. Keep Order number in record it is [protected].                                       I returned my product 15 days back still i didnt got any message or call regarding my refund despite of calling so many times the only answer i get is that wait u will get a call this i am listening from last 1 week. Still i received no call or message to refund. Such a poor customer service infact i would say worst service they dont even care for their customer to response back now its more than a week and half but no action has been taken.
