To someone who cares for their customers,

I have purchased one rangila rajasthan bedsheet set online,
What you have showed online and what i received was not good,
O i canceled my order on 14th dec 2016
On 19th dec 2016 my faulty product was picked up by your courier guy,
I was waiting for confirmation of received faulty goods by you, but no response,
When i called your customer care on 25th dec 2016, and shout for the confirmation and for refund, some senior lady came on call and taken my bank details!!!
Again on tuesday i. E. 27th dec 2016 i got call from shop cj for reconfirming my bank detail... Again i provided all needed details to your staff...
Again waiting for whole week i didnt got any refund in my bank account,
O again i called your customer care, she hold my line till 8 min and no response!!!
When i again call them they transfer my line to vighnesh... Your customer care in-charge,
Replying me that again i have to provide my bank detail once again for verification... I also do that.

Now vighnesh says again 3-5 working days will needed to transfer my refund!!!

If someone taking care of your valuable customer... Reply i need reply from your side saying how many more days i have to wait for my money?

Is this the service you are providing???
Very rough language i heard from vignesh (Customer service incharge)

You can think that how your customers are getting frustrated to call again and again for getting their money back...

    i have complaint to star cj withing half an hour after delivery of the product.
    I am requesting you to return the paid amount of 1150. Product which I received is not so much worth. Kindly refund money.

      We have returned to the product. Pick up receipt[protected], on 23/12/16.

      So am requesting to return the paid amount of 1150/-.

      We considered tat their is no faulty in shop cj.. But the way it is advertised. It is of not so much worth. Kindly refund.

      The product I ordered was a very poor quality product. I confirmed if the cloth was of denim or not and one of your officials confirmed it to be of denim but when the order came it was of a poor quality. Kindly return the product I ordered for. The product I ordered was 4 denim jeggings and 2 leggings free with it. So I would like to return it.

            I placed an order at shop cj, post that i received a fake call from shopcj network stating that i have won a bike in lucky draw, stating all our personal information like order id, name, contact number, etc. As the representative stated all my information, i beleived him and he asked us to pay some amount as shipping charger for the bike. Pls help us

            Hello my name is pritam salgaonkar I got a call and message from shopcj that I have won a Tata safari from the no [protected] and[protected] to claim the prize I have to deposit 6000rs on in the name of Shriram samad I was asked that I can go for car or for amount 1280000 so I go for amount after I deposit the 6000 in the sbi account of Shriram samad. I got another call that I have to deposit 12800 more to get the amount which I refuse I think is some trying trying to make fraud so please find out who is this Shriram samad. Who is using the Customer data to cheat them.

            Hey i received a possibly fraud call from someone stating that i've won a price of either 1260000 cash or a Tata safari. They asked me to deposit 7500 INR in their bank account first. I request you to improve your security features so people like these can't track our orders and bother customers with fraud calls like this.

After this, they will initiate the process and asking for my card details like card no., validity, CVV and than OTP. I refused to give those details. Then they asked me for the PayTM but I was not sure so I didn't make a payment. I am sharing the number kindly let me know if this is you guys or not.

            Today I got a call from mobile number [protected], stating that it's a call from shopcj & that they have chosen 20 lucky customers from all over India& I am one of them.The person who called stated her name as Riya Sharma& stated that I can chose between three products;ie;-Dell laptop, Iphone7 or cash of INR 50, 000.
            For that I will have to shop on homeshop18 via shopcj for products worth Rs 3, 500, but also stated that I cannot shop that through any website or app, but will have to place this order of Rs3500 through her by giving her debit card or credit card details along with CVV number. I think this is a new fraud by some scammers based in Delhi.
            My request to everyone:- please do not fall prey to such cheaters !!

                i ordered for red tape formal hamper, which consist of 1 pair of shoes, 1 shirt, 1 denim and belt. in which only shoes was of red tape and all the other item was of some unknown brand ( Local product) and the quality of that product was extremely bad with stitching fault in it.
                i have complaint to star cj withing half an hour after delivery of the product and now they are refusing to take back the product.
                i am highly dissatisfied with the quality which they have delivered.
                please help me out with the issue, i want my refund.

                      Hi,

                      I saw the deal on tv and checked it online and placed the order number [protected] on 26th october 2016. I have made the purchase only for the free massager which was worth rs500. When I placed the order it was showing two free gift 5 in one massager and two pouches. But I have not received any of them. When i called the customer care and spoke to one of thier senior customer care executive, she promised me that the remaining items the massager, two pouches and 100rs coupon will be sent to me and I shall receive the same in 7 to 10 business working days. When i spoke to customer care again they assured me that they are dispatching the items and i will be receiving the remaining items in 10 to 14 business days but i have still not received it. Its been two months i have not received the free gifts and now when i contacted them through email they are asking for a snapshot of the item on their website but the problem is now they have changed the scheme with the product so they are not offering free gifts with it. The offer was under diwali sale and now they are selling the same product without offer. I am sick and tired of calling and messaging them. Please look in to the matter.

                        I Manjiri Gaonkar, ordered a Juicer Mixer Grinder on 16th Dec and it was delivered to us the very next day. The issue here is we placed an order for a mixer of 750 watts but got instead a 450 watt mixer.It is clearly mentioned on their site that the mixer is of 750 watts. An image of the website is attached below.Their customer care is useless and rude. Instead of solving our matters they've telling us to wait for 2 days since 17th December. Customer service is pathetic and arrogant.
                        We have literally called 20 times but no action or response fro m Shop Cj. They have been putting us on hold and then they hung up a lot of times. We also asked them for an exchange of anther mixer but no response from them...Female call holders are rude and talk very loudly and rudely..

                          The company policy states that i can return products within 48 hours of delivery. I couldn't find return option on their website, so i wrote an email at "[protected]@shopcj.com" which was mentioned under the contacts section on their website.
                          I even tried calling the number on website[protected]. But every time the computerized message says that i may have dialed a wrong number.
                          The reason I am registering my complaint here is because i don't want the company saying that my 48 hour limit has passed and i cannot return the items.
                          I have sent the email within 48 hours of delivery. I have not received any response from shop cj via email or any call.
                          I hope i will get a response here.

                          The email that i sent to [protected]@shopcj.com is as follows

                          "Product : Popstash pack of 6 denim style printed jeggings and leggings
                          Price : Rs.999 (+149 shipping)
                          Mode of Payment : Online Payment
                          Order number : [protected]

                          The product quality is not good and not upto the standards, as it was claimed in the TV advertisements on Shop CJ's channel. It looks like it will tear immediately if i try to wear it.
                          I want to RETURN the product and i want a REFUND of my money.
                          The product is not used and the tags are in tact.
                          Kindly do the needful and get in touch with me."

                              Please note that i have called four times for the bill of my food processor since it was not locatable at my place. I was promised to get the bill copy thru mail in 24 hours, since then i have called 3 more times, but in vain.
                              A message has been received of the solution to my problem, but mail has not been received yet.
                              Bajaj people are calling me to come for repair of the food processor and there are lot of problem faced at home, since mixer are integral part of cooking food.
                              Request to solve the problem asap and donot give false promises and false messages.

                                  Received your letter asking ti pay tds amt. Of rs. 5220 /- by pay order also mentioning the gift item electrolux refrigerator within 21 days on receipt of pay order. The tds amt. Of rs. 5220 /- was sent by pay order and the same is received by you on 25/10/2016. However, i am yet to receive the gift item.

                                      Company send me shoes of no 9 size instead of no 7 size shoes .. I have forward a complaint that you have send me wrong size shoes they told me that your order will be exchanged within 5-7 days but Till today they have not exchanged my shoes ..
