To someone who cares for their customers,
I have purchased one rangila rajasthan bedsheet set online,
What you have showed online and what i received was not good,
O i canceled my order on 14th dec 2016
On 19th dec 2016 my faulty product was picked up by your courier guy,
I was waiting for confirmation of received faulty goods by you, but no response,
When i called your customer care on 25th dec 2016, and shout for the confirmation and for refund, some senior lady came on call and taken my bank details!!!
Again on tuesday i. E. 27th dec 2016 i got call from shop cj for reconfirming my bank detail... Again i provided all needed details to your staff...
Again waiting for whole week i didnt got any refund in my bank account,
O again i called your customer care, she hold my line till 8 min and no response!!!
When i again call them they transfer my line to vighnesh... Your customer care in-charge,
Replying me that again i have to provide my bank detail once again for verification... I also do that.
Now vighnesh says again 3-5 working days will needed to transfer my refund!!!
If someone taking care of your valuable customer... Reply i need reply from your side saying how many more days i have to wait for my money?
Is this the service you are providing???
Very rough language i heard from vignesh (Customer service incharge)
You can think that how your customers are getting frustrated to call again and again for getting their money back...
