Hello, I am continuously getting msgs & calls from ShopCJ regarding items which are not being booked by me. Someone is using my number +91 [protected] intentionally to book the items on COD and getting it delivered at my ofc address & mentally harrasing. I would appreciate if you please do not entertain any bookings on this number and please revert back with the details ( email id, alternate no. & ip address) of booking made on my name & given number above on ggopa.[protected]@ gmail.com.     I made a purchase one spice mobile from shop cj two weeks before and from very first day i am trying to return this product and get replacement for same. Shop cj delivered me a defective mobile and it's used one. Every time i called customer care they are simply saying wait for 24-48 hours our team will take care of it but no one call me, very pathetic service form shop cj please follow this order number "[protected]." and get my issue resolve i am looking to buy another product from here but now i changed my mind. Never expected poor services from online shopping service. After this experiance i will not trust to shop online again.

    As i purchase a Non stick cookware set on 6th august 2016, still under warranty period, its coating get removed layer by layer.i compaint it for 2 times but no one can reply.

      We are the regular customer of star cj network, we are so happy to select in lucky customer, in Nov.2016, we won scooty.., we receive a letter regarding prize. And information to get the scooty, you will make dd amount of 30% (tax as per govt. norms.) of the actual cost of the scooty. We made dd.rs.15840/=and send with the covering letter, then after they says us with in 30 days your prize will sent to your address...
      But till now we don't receive any prize in 60 days over. And we make try to call them, there is no any response... May you help me or I will file case against him in consumer court.. please reply... [protected]

      My Firm Name is STAR IMPEX and Shoe Brand Name is VOSTRO. ShopCJ (TV CHannel) official Jayanta Pal made a deal with us for ShopCJ TV Show and Air the show on ShopCJ TV. As per the deal, we sold shoe @250 per pair and accordingly Rs.1, 50, 000/- should be paid to us by the ShopCJ after that TV show. We have not received the payment till date.

            I order dinner set of 102 pieces pop brand...I return that dinner swt on around 15 Dec and till date I hvn't got my money of rs 1999...Already 100 times I called shopcj senior customer care manager named saroj, rajpushpa, fazia, Alfonz. .all the time I got one reply that 30 Dec they deposited 1999 amount in my account but I hvnt got any refund from your side...u people deposit amount in some vivek jain but I don't know who is vivek jain. ..myself Arvinder kaur and my account no is[protected]...Ifsc code icic0006293...kindly deposit money in my account or else I lodge police complaint against shopcj...

              I have attached the images which includes the product we received, order I'd.. Etc. We selected option 2 for 3 pairs of sweater and we received the parcel on which its written option 2. But the option 3 which displayed on T.V. its the same product we recieved. I hope you will guide us for next favorable step.whether to refund or exchange?

                I was booking hyundai mobile & i called your customer call no : [protected]
                Which mentioned call to this no is free but i was charged by airtel rd. 125 for 3 call which i made
                1st call was on hold i asked either the phone was volte or lte only without any reply phone was disconnected.
                2nd call was disconnected without hearing
                3rd call not accepting complain as the code new10 was not recs by me when i booked the phone, why i didn't recd 10% discount on booking by visa credit card the snap shot attached herewith.
                I need my 10% back & reply as i have all the recording as well as snapshot of the same when i booked the order.
                Secondly i got a message from your end that the compalain is solved as the person who took complain he told within 48 hours & have me complain no[protected], & told you will receive call than how come complain resolved.

                Pls note if not replied i will file a case in the consumer court after 7 days i need my 10% cash back...

                I asked for 10% discountbwhich I didn't got & any compensation for giving wrong information...
                Very bad service... neither bother to reply my mail also...
                I recd the product but I have not opened it pla let me know the exact situation...

                  Hi iam diana from telangana, i had booked for 6 tops and one patiala, from shop cj for Huma Naaz Simran xxl item No 196427 and item number 196429.by order (No [protected]).on 9/1/2017

                  To my utter disappointment though the size mentioned is xxl on the cover, the product is size xl which is not at all appropriate, dnt expect this type of cheating or carelessness From shop cj.

                  I would like to say either excange this xl product or plz refund my money of Rs 1798/-(seventeenhundred and ninety eight rupees only)

                  Plz look into the matter and do the needful.quick measures will be appreciated otherwise will have to bid goodbye to shopcj forever.
