I have purchased a combo of VLCC product containing 16 Items with a free massager, but received only 13 items for balance 3 items and massager i requested to deliver, but company said they will exchange the whole product as per given offer.

after few days a got the exchange but the quantity was same and the massager was still missing, frustratingly i called shop cj for return and refund my money but till date it already been 7 days no pickup has been done.

This company deliberately doing such thing, giving luring offers and blufing the customers, i request to take action against shopCJ and compensate me for this.

I have ordered set of bed sheets and have returned on 15th Oct. However every time I call I will be receiving the below Answers from Customer care Agents:

Call 1 on 18th Oct: We have received the product and refund will process 2 business Days. Provided my Bank details.

Call 2 on 22 Oct : We have not received the product. (After providing the info regarding the return) they say we will escalate and provide the refund.

Call 3 on 25th Oct: wait for 2 days.

Call 4 on 28th Oct : wait for 2 days

Call 5 on 31st Oct : we dont have your bank account details. ( provided my bank details again)

I have received a message " Your refund concern is resolved"

Call 6 on 2nd Nov: wait for 1 day

Call 7 on 4th Nov: wait for 2 days

Call 8 on 8th Nov: wait for 2 days

Call 9 on 12th Nov : Call us on Monday

Call 10 on 14th Nov: We dont have your bank details( while I have provided 2 times earlier). Call transfered to Manager:

Manager says there is a bank holiday will process your refund tomorrow.

Today on 15th Nov: I have received a message stating " please Pack your bedsheets our pick up agent will come to pick the packet"

I called Customer care : NO proper response and agent has clearly told he cant help. He will just intimate his backend team.

So I am failed to understand what is the issue with this Shop CJ.
Worst quality and more than that worst service and have no clarity what they speak and what they do.

Prior I have orderd through Naptol and found very good quality and value for money. I strongly recommend every one not to purchase any product from Shop CJ.

I ordered 4 pcs jeggings set, my order number is [protected] and got it delivered on 4th of november 2016 the size and the product quality is worst and not fitting properly.. so i called customer care and asked for return procedure and wanted a refund, the representative said it will be returned and complete amount will be refunded in 7to 10 days its been more than10 days now there is no response from shop cj and i called customer care 3-4 times every time they promise a call back in 48 hrs but till today no one has called i need my money refunded rs.1048 (approx) asap. i am very disappointed with the product and customer service from shop cj.

I had ordered a pack of 1 Towel Set, 3 blankets and 6 bed-sheets sets from shop cj but it's quality is very poor, unacceptable and truly sub-standard. Also the blankets are of same color whereas you people show different colors on TV.. I don't want a replacement of the same instead I want full refund.

I had called the customer care multiple times for returning this product and to refund my amount but you cheaters responded back saying "we cant refund". You are totally habitual of making fool of innocent customers. Shop CJ is fraud and make fool of public openly.

I had already lodged a complaint in consumer forum and will wait for your response for up to 2 days starting today. If no refund till then I will make sure you cheaters will be in deep [censored].

Shop cj is the worst online shopping site. Never shop from here. They are not giving any kind of answer. You will be tired of calling. And find nothing from them. I have purchased humas kurta. And product was worst one even each kurta was of different size. And totally different from order.

So i suggest to buy anything from here.
Goods is picked before 15 days. And still they are saying not reached the product.

I have ordered a microwave from shop cj online site. i made the order on 6 Nov 2016. My amount has been deducted from the account but your site didn't receive any order request. I have a proof of transaction of the amount. I called at your toll free number many times but your executive are unable to solve my issue. They take 10 days for it but no response was there. If i don't get the amount refunded from your site I will file a police complaint against your site.

I am writing this mail regarding a product that I booked on 28 OCT 2016 over phone after watching a TV advertisement by SHOP CJ.
The product is a 6 pc Serving set.

In the advertisement, It was clearly mentioned by the model that the product can be used for "COOKING & SERVING". Whereas the product that I recieved is of low quality, the material at the base is a thin stainless steel sheet which in no case can be used for cooking at all.

I made a phone complaint to SHOP CJ for returning back the product since the quality is not satisfactory and is way below average, and I got a call back in some time from shop CJ. The SHOP CJ employee stated that the product cannot be returned.
I told about the misguided advertisement, he replied the product can be used for re-heating on an induction cooker and was not ready to address my complaint and disconnected the call while I was trying to explain him.
I called again twice, and they did respond and kept me on hold and disconnected my call.

I am sure about the advertisement, they mentioned COOKING, on the basis of which I ordered the product. The advertisement was totally MISLEADING and SHOP CJ is not ready to address my complaint.

I request SHOP CJ to accept back the product and provide me refund, else the only option I will be left is to make an official complaint against SHOP CJ for the misleading advertisement.
Also I am going to put an unboxing video showing the third class product quality online and spread it to create awareness amongst customers and stay away from fraud companies.

I orders 10 Rajsthani bedsheets, from shop cj, by calling customer care., and asked them about the quality they said its very good and also asked if color of the bedsheets comes out they said color garenty it will not come out, and if it comes out its refundable. So I called them they said the complaint department will call me in 48 hours, but they haven't called.
Now I don't trust on shop cj .
And will tell others who wants to buy anything should not buy, because they cheat.

I ordered huma kurtas and got it delivered on 18th of October 2016 the size and the product quality is worst and not fitting properly..so I called customer care and asked for return procedure and wanted a refund the rep said it will be returned and complete amount will be refunded in 7to 10 days its been more than 20 -25 days now there is no response from shop Cj and I called customer care 3-4 times every time they promise a call back in 48 hrs but till today no one has called I need my money refunded 1468 rs asap and very disappointed with the product and customer service from shop Cj they cheat customers very badly horrible experience will never ever shop again nor recommend this company

I had ordered a shrugs from shop cj but it's quality is very bad nd size also it was not proper.quality is just like a bagr ll also not use. I had called a customer care fir returning ths produst nd refund my amt thn they had called me aftr 2days nd said "sorry we cant refund u or take your product back".ths site is fraud dont take any product frm ths site, dey r jst making fool to public.

This is to inform you that electrolux microwave oven we have bought from advertise shown in to television is not baking at all any pasta, bread and pizza.

And when we make cake into this oven is totally burnet from inside and outside its shows ok. So kindly change as per thetelephonic converaation with electrolux service center.

Its said that this oven is not for pizza baking cake and all. And also they said that this is not ment for that and ur advertise shown its baking pizza and cakes.

So its a fake product or ur people making fool o[censored]s.
This mail is regarding to take this product back and give us money back.
If no action taken by yourside will be responsible to go to consumer court. So please do change or give us what bakes cake and pizzas.

Didn't get a refund after 1 month and called customer care too many times and did not get any help.i have placed my order 3 months ago and it arrived too late after 1 month of placing my order and after coming it is short and not comfortable to me and call customer care for my return and also it took too long too take a return of my lagging and after returning it's been 1 month i haven't get any refund from them and called to customer care too many times and haven't get any help and sometimes the call is not placing and 1 time they respond to the call and said'we don't give any refund we give things the return of a thing' and that also not arrived and the last time i tried them call they eventually respond and said'we will give you refund but it will be come in the after 1 week of deepavali and now the deadline has been crossed of 1 week after of deepavali and now also i haven't received any refund. Thank you

I ordered a lava ARC 105 (order number [protected]) and when received, the phone is not looking like and not match i see in your web site phone is fully different look & Product Features, . and after sending many time male to shopcj & call many times in cc number no solution and no positive response...

this i fraud with me & i m very disappoint about shopcj service,

I ordered the set of 10 bedsheets on 22nd oct. N i received only 9 instead of 10. The product was not 1% as actual shown as displayed on the live star cj advertisement. Quality of product is worst. Customer care assistance is fake. One representative said me ' sir i will get the exchanged one parcel in 48 hours ' then on next call says' as our rep said u already the ull get the delivery in next 3 to 6 days. See how rubbish they are. Speaks something n type something else on their display.
Star cj is a fraud site. I never ever buy anything from them n request u all not to purchase any item from star cj. They shoes something n provide u something else...

I purchased a cookware set in april 2015 of wonderchef brand which was nonstick having 2 years warranty after using for 2 months only the coating started to chip off and the product was not at all nonstick from the day one when we complained regarding this to shop cj they r having the details of our product purchase but they r not responding and there is no satisfactory answer given by them

I have purchased Magic mop from Star CJ in July 2015. Now its not spinning since last month. But there is no service center or any repair center available . No warranty mentioned on product or invoice. Please give the solution or provide any service center or please give me any contact number, then I have discuss our problem.

I have purchased a oven[protected] and it has a warranty of 3 years but nowadays i am facing a problem of oven it is not working properly . It start giving a noise . It is under warranty.
Please send ur service provider to check it and solve the problem of oven. It is very bad experience for me against online purchasing in #shop_cj . Please take action against my complaint as soon as possible

A microwave was refunded as back on dated 30.9.2016 through Neeraj, Order ID-[protected], which was wrongly billed in the name of Dile Sing, whereas actual name is Zile Singh & mobile No. [protected].
Your company is again and again misguided for refunding the amount of default ovan. Take n/a immediately, otherwise case would be filed in consumer court within ten days.

I ordered vlcc all in one facial kit on 19 oct 2016. I received my product but they did not deliver two free product that they were offering. When an made a complain then they promised me to deliver now they are asking for order screenshot. Now when i am logging to my account it does not show my past order history what is this,. Your service is very bad if i will not get my product i will complain to consumer court

I have order a four burner sunflam gas stove from shopcj.com on 11 oct'2016 and i have received it on next day (12 oct'16) but the order is damage so i complaint for it on the same day and they asked me to call back but didnt did call back, when i called again on next day (13 oct'16) they again asked me to call back because they need to confirm it but again they didnt and then i called again on 14 oct'16, then executive confirmed me that the order has been cancelled and i'll get my money back in 7 days...
And from 14 oct'2016 to till date, i am continue calling on there customer care no.[protected] and[protected] but still they are saying the same things again and again that pickup will held today or tomorrow.
They are not even connecting to refund or complaint deptt and i did a mail also on there [protected]@shopcj.com but again no response from this id too...
Today i called again and the executive told me that they have confirmed the cancellation on 17 oct'16, don't know why...
