    I had order xolo mobile though your on line postal but the mobile is faulty. i had all shown at xolo service borivali west, they told that mobile is not repairable and they have given doa certificate which i have attached in this mail. pls look into matter and help me to return my money as soon as possible.

      Hello, i m neeta makwana. I have ordered diamond bonanza by glowria jewellery on shop cj. I also got confirmation message but i called on[protected] to cancel the order but i didnot got the reply on that message. But today i recieved my parcel but as far i have cancelled my order the delivery man told me that u have to take the parcel and then call in the company to cancel the order even i have not opened the parcel. I called in the company but they told me that we take the parcel back. Kindly please take the parcel back as i have cancelled my order and i dont want the parcel also.

        I have ordered two electric kettle from your shop site after watching add on television showing that you are providing free multuple kitchen cutters(potato makers etc) which attracted me and I immediately phoned. I got the delivery after 4 days of order however I got one damaged piece and did not got free cutters as mentioned on tv. I did gave complaint and customer support team gave me assurance that my product will be replaced and I will get the cutters also by 22 November, but still nothing has arrived at my place.               I have purchased one magic mop last year. The handle of the mop is now broken and require repair. I have tried many times to Shop CJ customer care to get the problem resolved. every time the cont. nos. provided by the customer care support of Shop CJ were never exist. the same was also informed to your cust. care but no call backs were made by your support rather false feedback were given I I didnt pick up the call which is very surprising. After so many complaints no efforts seem to be made to resolve the issue. It is very strange that after purchasing a product like mop for Rs. 2000 there is no aftersale support for any repair of help.

              Please help.

                  We ordered bedsheets for Rs. 3000 but due to the poor quality of the bedsheets we had to return them back. Our order was collected by Harjeet singh alomst 3months back. But the money has not been refunded since then. We called multiple times in their office. Either they hung up with false hopes of returning the money or kept us waiting for hours saying they'll connect the call to their head. Kindly refund our money.

                    I ordered a product named Micromax Canvas Selfie A255 phone from ShopCJ.com but when delivered, it FAILED TO SWITCH ON. When trying to charge with the same original charger, no power shows up. I'm disappointed of not getting to use my new phone, not even once from the day it was delivered, i.e. the 15th November, 2016, till now.

                              I had ordered the above mentioned product( qty-2) on 19th October 2016 at 17.15 hrs on two different locations both prepaid orders paid via redeeming Shop CJ points.
                              Order ID- [protected]- 2490 Shop CJ Points- 1990 points spent after using discount coupon
                              Order ID- [protected]- 2490 Shop CJ Points- 2290 points used after redeeming discount coupon
                              The delivery was scheduled within 5-6 working days from the date of order. I have been trying to connect Shop CJ - [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]. Everytime I called I have been asked to wait for 24-48 hrs but there is no reply as such. Past one week I have been told that my order is not being delivered since there is a CURRENCY EXCHANGE ISSUE.

                              The current exchange issue has been started from 8TH NOVEMBER 2016 whereas I had placed the order on 19TH OCTOBER 2016 THAT TOO VIA SHOP CJ POINTS- (PREPAID ORDER).

                              Kindly accept my complaint and take the necessary action and compensate me for my loss of time and the payment made but no service awailed

                                    I am mohan from salem tamilnadu, i bought a new spice xlife m5pro 12.7cm mobile from shopcj on 27/10/2016. Order no[protected] and invoice no[protected]. From the day i bought this mobile camera is not working and battery backup is less and also overheat i already complaint about it they asked for bank account number ifsc number but still now there is no progress. So i kindly request you to make arrangements to return money as soon as possible.

                                    Shop CJ — Wrong product delivery

                                    I buy a micromax spark 4 4g mobile which have
                                    Quad core processor but the message send by the company is written October core and the company advertisement also show that it has octa core processor.
                                    So I want to refund my money from the company.

                                        I ordered a mixer grinder for Rs.3044 and received an defective product. I requested for return. But its been 2 months since i returned the product. Still i did not get any refund for my product in my account.
                                        When ever i call the customer care people they say everything is on process please wait till next 3 working days, this is happening for the last 2 months. now we are really frustrated about this. We have spent more than 300Rs for phone call to the customer care. I request to Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.
