I bought sheffield hand blender and chopper from shop cj on 14th sept 2016.

The product i bought was defected and is not working properly.
Despite of several complaints no proper actions are taken.
Return against complaint no. [protected].
No proper action is taken and even the staff is not talking properly.

Hi,

I have ordered a mobile handset ie iball calling tablet in july and found that the product is not meeting my qulaity expectationas hence raised a return request. After that i had followd up more than 15 times with the shop cj customer desk but still there is no replacement done from their end. Its more than 3 months now. My order number is [protected].
I also want to provide names of the assoiated persons like ms faiziya (Sales manager customer desk) and mr. Abhijeet (Sales manager) who gave false promises to me that within 10 days it will get resolved or within a week we will get back to you bla bal bla. But reality is, still there is no reverse pick and refund request generated from their side for the faulty product
I am having all the phone call recordings and messages from their side which i am going to use in court against them.
I am a soldier in indian army, do you seriously think that i deserves this?

Please answer.

I order for Electrolux 20 l microwave, but when I received the parcel the gift items which included in the order specially the travell bag was damaged. Then i immdeatly call the customer care they said in 48 hours we replace it. But after 5 days i could not receive the bag.
And the gift items was very poor condition.

Firstly Highly Disappointed with your services and I definitely not recommend anyone to buy any product from here. I ordered Glitterati Jewelry Collection By Zaveraat on Jul 12, 2016. When it was delivered I had a size issue in one of the jewelry so I returned it back. This time the parcel was missing one item so I was told to return the product back in order to get all the things. Since then I have been calling the customer care everyday and they just keep saying me your parcel is dispatched from here and it is with the courier service. And the courier service says they have not received any parcel. Now I am in a situation where I have done my full payment and I am getting any product. And like an idiot I have been calling the customer care daily but they just keep giving me bunch of [censored] everyday.

I am greatly disappointed with the services. I am definitely not buying any product from here and I will make sure any of my friends or relative don't fall in a trap called 'ShopCJ'

Updated by Rajeahree I had order one product i.e. Timbre PO4 Cigarette Pants in july. They delivered me wrong product in 5th august so complaint immediately about that and request for refund. They told me that they will pick up that product first and then within 10 to 15 days i will get my refund. After that they never contact me so I contact them many times and told take my bank details for depositing refund. After that they took details and again no further process. It happened 4 to 5 times that they took bank details from me and never proceed further but every time they told me that refund will deposit in 7 to 8 working days. Today it is 8th octomber they called me and tell that they will give me shopping point of rupees 1098 instead of redund. So I clearly told them that I just want my money back don't want to do any shopping with them. Due to this harassment I have lost my trust on online shopping. This is very ridiculous that people trusting on them and they not satisfying them so I think they have to closed their channel so in future other peoples will not became fool. If they don't have just rupees 1098 which is my money to refund me then they should told me clearly and have to say sorry in written for my harassment. Otheewise I will file complaint against them in consumer court for my refund.

I called the call centre and asked for the product with free blankets. The agent booked wrong product and it was noticed when it was delivered. I called the customer care and asked for replacement and refund. I received order on 4th Sep'16 and it was returned on 16th Sep'16. The return docket number is [protected]. I have given my account number, but till date the refund is not progressed. I called the customer care on 04th Oct'16 and they said that the refund is progressed. I called them again today i.e. 05th Oct'16 and the other agents said that he has taken the complaint now and it will take another 7 days to progress. This is really a poor and bad service. I have paid cash and now struggling for refund.

There was a offer in the above product of 1000 rs gift coupon, I didn't get the coupon at the time of delivery. Then I called customer care and got 3 coupon code of validity of 30 days. I got the coupon on 18-sep-2016, so ideally it should expire on 18-oct-2016, but today when I tried to use the coupon on an online order in shop cj, its shown coupon not valid. Please get back asap. I durga prasad ordered 10 bedsheets on 15th sept-16 order no.[protected] from you over phone but it's found by me that one bed sheet was missing after receing the product and i called your costumers care on 26th sept -16 just after receiving the product through your courier for sending me one missing bed sheet. I was informed by you through phone no. [protected] that missing product will be supplied to you on 3rd oct (Monday) positively as per company policy. But regret to say say in spite of calling on no. [protected] they are saying it as per policy of company they will supply wihhin 7 days the missing product but till nowe to day on 4th october-16 no one has come to my house for supplying the ;missing product as per your assurance that it will be reached to me by 3rd october it's almost 9 days to lunch complain. No one give right answer. Pl do the needful to send me the one missing bed sheet forthwith.

Main 15/8/2016 ko Lava kkt jumbo phone Rs.1279/- ka order kar raha tha, uska payment maine online SBI internet banking ke through kiya, jiska payment successfully hua, par order complete nahi hua, product order list me place hi nahi hua.
Maine usi din customer care me complaint ki par mujhe help nahi mili, mujhe bola gaya ki hmare pas apka payment nahi aaya..
