The product i bought was defected and is not working properly.
Despite of several complaints no proper actions are taken.

No proper action is taken and even the staff is not talking properly.

I have ordered a mobile handset ie iball calling tablet in july and found that the product is not meeting my qulaity expectationas hence raised a return request. After that i had followd up more than 15 times with the shop cj customer desk but still there is no replacement done from their end. Its more than 3 months now. My order number is [protected].

I want to return one product ordered from shopcj online website which was delivered to me on 13th aug. On the next day i requested for return but till date nobody came for pickup and till the product does not reach the seller i am not able to get the refund.
I contacted their customer care n-number of times, but all the time they gave the assurance that the pickup will be done within 2-3 days, but till date nobody turned up. My order...

I ordered cutting edge 101 pieces microwave new foil designer dinner set with gift hotwave tiffin & gift voucher. But i got 101 pcs dinner set only. I made complaint before also but still got dinner set only not mentioned gift.
