Hello sir,

This is to bring your kind attention that i purchased 4 jeggins on 130716. the same was received immediately. however it was not comfortable in size to my wife and so on the same day of the receipt i called to shopcj customer care department and notified on the size issue. they confirmed that the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to me.

The jeggins were collected from my home in the month of july itself. it has been almost 2 months since then but the money is not credited to my account. i have called more than 20 times to the customer care department during last 2-3 months and they end up transferring to the refund department and every time i get the assurance that the money will be credited in 3 working days.

To my surprice when i spoke to the complain department senior manger sweta dubey on 060916 she told that the money is refunded to someone wrongly in the jawaharnagar branch of rajasthan. i don't understand how can it go to the jawahar nagar branch. sweta told me that she would cancel that transaction as it is wrong and would credit the refund in 3-5 working days. she accepted that the transaction is wrongly done. when i called after 5 days and tried to reach sweta, she is not coming on the line either she is not available or she is on leave as per their colleagues. i dont understand how can one be on leave for such a long period of time in service industry!!!

Still i tried to reach her on 100916 and end up talking with someone in customer service dept. i forgot the name of the person, he assured me that the money will be refunded in 2 working days!!!

Again i tried for the followup call on 150916 and i end up speaking with shiziya. she also assured for the refund in 3-5 working days. that also is missed and the money is not credited.

Lastly i spoke to shridhar on 210916 and he has told me as usual that the money will be credited in 3 working days.

This call history is of the month of september. i have been calling since july 19th but everytime i have been told that the refund will be processed in 3-5 working days. now i am lossing my patient.

Request you to please look into this matter and refund the money (rs. 1098) to my account at the earliest.

Sub: Return of 5 Blanc Mattress Protectors

Dear Sir,

Please refer to the aforementioned Order Numbers which was returned on 17.09.2016 due to the following reasons:

1. Extremely inferior quality;
2. bed sheet does not stay on the protector;
3. does not fit the bed as it is small in size.
4. People to whom these protectors were gifted were highly disappointed and it was an extremely embarrassing experience.
5. There were no pillow covers in one set;
6. Sheets on the protector were dirty and stained.

One Mr. Arvind had received the 5 faulty mattress protectors and had promised that refund would be done in two working days. However, due to reasons best known to you the refund has not been done till date.
You are requested to do the needful on an immediate basis. Please remember that I have been your very old customer.

      Sir,

      I am giving you this notice as under:-

      1. that on 20.08.2016, vide order no. [protected], i had purchased a combo of 5 rajasthani kurta (product name - rangilo rajasthan po5 kurta kasturi collection) for a sum of rs 1098 (rs. 999/- product price + rs. 99/- shipping charges) which was delivered to me, with much delay on 28.08.2016 and the payment of rs. 1100/- was made as cash on delivery.

      2. that before placing the order, i had twice confirmed the size over telephonic conversations with the customer care executives, and they had assure me that size xxl means size 44 inches.

      3. that yet it was repeatedly assured on your part that in case of non-acceptance of the product, the same shall be returned and the amount shall refunded.

      4. that when i opened the parcel of 29.08.2016 and found that 4 out of 5 kurtas were size 42 and were not fitting me, i immediately made a call to your customer care and raised a request for return and refund.

      5. that my request was taken down and i immediately received a message on my registered mobile no. that my aforementioned order was cancelled.

      6. that i again called up the customer care no. to enquire about the return and refund details and i was assured that by 09.09.2016 the pickup of the product shall be arranged and once the product shall reach your warehouse, i shall receive a call for the details of my bank account and in next 7 working days, the entire amount of rs. 1098/- shall be refunded in my given account.

      7. that since 09.09.2016, i have been making calls almost every third day to customer care for the pickup of the order, and each time i am assured that i shall be getting a call and a pickup boy within next 48 hours, and after my each call, a message is sent to me that a note of my concern regarding return has been made.

      8. that it is almost a month and no initiative has been taken by you to take back the product from me and to make the refund.

      9. that the claims made by your company about "easy online shopping" and "hassle free returns" are completely a lie and you cheat and harass your customers.

      10. that i have all the voice recordings and messages saved with me which clearly show that i had raised the request for return in time and you people have deliberately delayed the matter and have no intentions to pay back my money.

      You are hereby directed to get the product collected and refund the amount of rs. 1098/- and also pay a sum of rs. 5000/- as compensation to me for inconvenience, harassment and mental agony caused to me by you, within 7 days from today, failing which i shall be forced to take legal action against you on your cost.

        21st sep 2016 around 12:05 am i placed a order for vlcc 20pcs facial kit of rs. 999 + delivery charges. i applied the discount voucher offer10, so that the final order amount was rs. 998. i opted for online payment through mobikwik from my mobile. the payment of rs. 998 has been deducted from my account & the transaction ref. no. is [protected]. but i didn't received the shop cj order no. i have attached the screen shot of the payment done to shop cj

              I had ordered rangilo rajisthan kurti set, i received my order on 20/08/2016 afternoon, when i checked the order i found that size was not correct so i called - up at your no.[protected]. and registered the complain regarding change of size. despite my repeated calls there is no response from your side. one month has passed neither i have received any call from your side nor you have shown any willingness to solve the problem. now i want no exchange i want my money back. you are therefore requested to refund the amount of rs. 1098 to me at the earliest.

                I had order a phone from your site (karbonn titanium s205 dual sim smart phone) on 13-sept-2016 and received on 18-sept-2016. i was shocked and furious after unveiling the box, since the phone was no where to be found instead it had stones in it!
                We are living in 21st century where online shopping sites and their business are growing day by day, and this is how you are growing your business?
                I have ordered so many things from so many shopping sites, but never had this experience. this whole incident caused me to question on your integrity.
                I am highly disappointed after receiving this package, also from now onwards. i will never ever refer your site to anyone.

                  Ordered 2 shape up kits of vlcc on 31st july. After complaining on social media they delivered the product. But till today they never delivered gift on that order. Their social media person ms rupali and other employees of company has an, subhash and rest assured every time they will send in next five working days. But from the 31st july 2016 till today they never get five working days.

                    I received my product spice mobile from shop cj on 3 sept 2016. On checking it, i find the mobile having internally damaged. So, on the same day i register my complaint to shop cj asking it to exchange my mobile. This matter goes continuously since one week. Finally, shop cj operator provide me a date to exchange my mobile on 19 sept 2016. So i believe that my mobile now has been changed but no this is not happen. Shop cj operator call me again asking the same thing that i am told us since from one week. So finally i call shop cj asking them that my problem has been solved or not. They said our operator call me and again asking "what happen in my mobile?" that i already told us. This is the first time bad impact from shop cj which i am not expecting. I really feel very bed response for shop cj!

                      Dear Sir/ Madam

                      With reference to the Order No. [protected] Dated 15/08/16 I have purchased Electrolux Microwave worth Rs. 6589/-. But when I received the product that was in damaged condition (a dent on top of the Microwave). And I have submitted a complaint for the same on 31/08/16 to customer care. But no one call me for replacement or exchange. And I again call to the customer care & remind them on 06/09/16.
                      But till date they didn't pick the damaged product, they didn't gave any replacement or refund my money.
                      It is more than 16 days I didn't get reply from their side. Today I make a call for their customer service executive but no body answering properly.

                      So please arrange to cancell my order as soon as possible and refund my money i.e Rs. 6589/- along with the compensation of my harrasment.

                      I will be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.

                      I order pack of palazzo from star cj. But when I checked the product the quality is very bad. I was continuously giving complaints. But they r totally ignoring so its our humble request all other customer to verify the product and then order.                           I placed an order for Blanc Mattress Protector Set - White color on 17th August, 2016. It was delivered on 24th August, 2016. The product delivered was of a different specification i.e. multicolored print. I called the customer care while the courier was still waiting outside for the payment on 24th August, 2016 to get it picked up for exchange. They assured me that the issue will be resolved within 14 days which is well past. Every time I call them they say that the issue is being looked into and I'll get a call in 24 hours. I've never got any call from ShopCJ. Now I no longer want to exchange the product and want the money refunded as it has been too long a wait.

                              Missing- User manual guide, warrenty card, in the box indication is that '808 car key chain camera'.
                              So kindly take necessary steps for either replacement or pay.

                              In this regard I did intimate instantly when I received the product to SHOPCJ but they did not respond even though my again and again request.

                              I have ordered vlcc kit from starcj at price of 999+ 99 shipping charges. They have shown kit price 999 + free gifts but the kit original price is 600 only . When i complained for the same the company denied and told me they will not return the money and take back there product.

                                I had ordered a Saree, but it has defect n also is not of good quality so called on Monday 12 th Sep 16 to return it but there is no one come yet to collect it. I had received the order on Monday only.want a quick reply n quick repayment too.                                 I was bought a Videocon mobile on 29/03/2016from shop cj.com.after some time it fall dead. . after that I called at shop cj. they said send doa certificate.i send doa but no respone from them. I am calling last 7 days at heir customer care. but they said a call wll come you from us. but till date no call receive.no mail answer give to me

                                I have received rangilo rajasthani kurtha but the size is miss matching for me. could you please exchange that to leggings to XXL size.

                                  I had already registered complaint against shop cj my complaint I'd is 1378724 .they msg me that we cant reach u call back on our no.icalled them but they put my call on hold .after some time they reply same. We will call u.they are cheating people why no one is taking action against them .i request people not to buy from shop cj.they will cheat u.

                                    I bought a product name jagging set of 5 from shop cj in ₹1100 in last month August on 8 but that product not suitable for me so I want to return it.so I call back to channel but they didn't respond to me proper I complaint many times in last month but they didn't respond .I do make complaint on August 13, 16, 24, 26, and then on 30 August but they always repeat their statement that they representative pick the product and refund must pay in 7-10 days but no representative come.today I was calling again and they have again same answer. Can you help me to resolve this problem. I'm very grateful to you for kind of kindness.

                                      Sir/medam, I have purchased Reach Ellure 3G mobile bearing order No. [protected], delivered on 10.09.2016 by paid an amount of Rs. 4700/- includng delivery charges, after downloaded the applications the mobile has operated automatically and open all the files, I have immidietly inform to customer care to mobile company, but even not single numbers in running conditions, some of the ph numbers are not lift.. Immidietly i inform to Shop CJ, they try to help but even afterlaps of 2 days my mobile problem is not solved. recently received the message the problem is resolved till now the problem is continued.
                                      Therefore I would like to exchange my mobile phone or refund my amount immidietly. Further it is informed u that I have booked the mobile is gold color but you have sent pink color.

                                      thank u very much shop cj and Reach Ellure mobile company, I have purchased the said mobile set and asked for exchange for hanging and automatically functions operated,
                                      within 5 days the new set received and send back old set at free of cost vide order No. [protected],

                                        I hve ordered before 2months. I am complaining them from last 2months.
                                        Now i am tiered and frustrated.
                                        Product has manufaturing defects for that i have aksed for return and refund.
                                        Now they are not listening.

                                        Shop cj picks up the call everytime and say that we will pickup your product today. Then nobody comes. Its been 2months. I am regularly calling them and shopcj has the same answer.
                                        Its 1200rs combo jewelry pack.
                                        Its not usable at all. Shopping on shopcj is waste of money. They donot listen for refund or exchange.

                                        I have call clip which clearly say that when i have ordered from their executive and how they respond. same lines 'today we will pickup' then no response from last 2months. Its frustrating. i have spent too much money to call them everytime. it feels like cheated, annoying. i would suggest everybody not to shop from shopcj.
